Claims (10)
- 弁コンポーネント(26)と、前記弁コンポーネント(26)の一領域をフード状に、かつ少なくとも1つの密閉領域(31)で密閉式に取り囲む弁体(10)とを有する電磁弁(1)であって、前記弁体(10)と前記弁コンポーネント(26)の端面(28)との間には流動室(27)が構成されており、流体の軸方向の通過部(15)を形成するために前記弁コンポーネント(26)は前記端面(28)を貫通して前記流動室(27)に連通する軸方向に延びる通過通路(29)を有するとともに、前記弁体(10)は前記流動室(27)と流動工学的に接続された通過開口部(11)を有しており、前記通過開口部(11)は前記流動室(27)と反対を向いているほうの前記弁体(10)の側に変位可能に配置された閉止部材(6)によって閉止可能である、そのような電磁弁において、前記通過通路(29)は一定の断面を有していることを特徴とする電磁弁。
- 前記弁コンポーネント(26)は、前記通過通路(29)に対して半径方向で間隔をおいて配置された、前記密閉領域(31)に対して作用する密閉装置(30)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記密閉装置(30)は流体の圧力により変形可能な、前記弁コンポーネント(26)の少なくとも1つの材料ゾーン(33)として構成されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁コンポーネント(26)と前記弁体(10)により構成される前記密閉領域(31)は前記材料ゾーン(33)の外側領域(38)と前記弁体(10)の内側領域(39)とによって形成されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記材料ゾーン(33)は前記弁コンポーネント(26)の外側のウェブ(34)として、特に外側の環状ウェブ(35)として構成されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記材料ゾーン(33)を区切る、前記流動室(27)に連通する軸方向の凹部(32)が、特に溝が、前記弁コンポーネント(26)の前記端面(28)に構成されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記凹部(32)は前記通過通路(29)の周りでこれに対して半径方向の間隔をおいて延びる環状の、特に円環状の凹部(32)として構成されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁コンポーネント(26)は前記通過通路(29)と前記凹部(32)の間に構成された内側のウェブ(36)、特に内側の環状ウェブ(37)を有していることを特徴とする、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁コンポーネント(26)は(半径方向で内側から外側に向かって見たときに)前記通過通路(29)、前記内側のウェブ(36)、前記凹部(32)、および前記外側のウェブ(34)を相前後して位置するように有していることを特徴とする、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 軸方向で見たときに、前記内側のウェブ(36)と前記外側のウェブ(34)の高さは同じ大きさであることを特徴とする、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
