Abstract
Description
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 도 1 내지 3의 체크 밸브(10)를 갖는 피스톤 펌프(56)를 도시한다. 피스톤 펌프(56)는 예컨대 나머지 부분은 도시되지 않은, 슬립 제어되는 유압식 차량 브레이크 장치의 펌프로서 제공된다. 이와 같은 피스톤 펌프(56)는 구조와 기능이 공지되어 있으므로 하기에서 간단하게만 설명된다.
Claims (16)
- 하류 단부를 갖는 관통홀을 구비한 밸브 하우징(12)을 포함하고,상기 관통홀은 종방향으로 연장된 가이드 리브 및 밸브 시트를 가지며, 상기 가이드 리브는 상기 밸브 하우징에 수용된 밸브 폐쇄체를 이동 가능하게 가이드하며, 상기 밸브 폐쇄체는 밸브 시트에 대해 정렬되며, 상기 밸브 하우징 내에 장착된 지지 소자는 상기 지지 소자 자체와 상기 밸브 시트 사이에 밸브 폐쇄체를 유지시키고,상기 지지 소자(26)는 가이드 리브(20)상에 설치되고,상기 지지 소자(26)와 상기 밸브 하우징(12) 둘레벽(22)의 내측면 사이에 중간 공간(38)이 형성되고,상기 지지 소자(26)는, 관통홀(16)의 하류측 단부상에서, 밸브 하우징(12) 내에 축방향으로 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지 소자(26)는 디스크 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지 소자(26)는 상기 체크 밸브(10)의 유출구로서 하나 이상의 관통홀(28)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 하우징(12)은 임펙트 성형품인 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 하우징(12)은 방사상 외부로 돌출한 실링 칼라(14)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 시트(18)는 상기 밸브 하우징(12)의 외부 둘레를 따라 형성된 실링면(42)과 축 방향으로 간격을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 하우징(12)은 상기 지지 소자(26) 영역에서 방사상 내부로 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지 소자(26)의 외부림(54)은 구형인 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 체크 밸브(10)는 상기 지지 소자(26)에 지지되어 상기 밸브 폐쇄체(24)에 밸브 시트(18)에 대한 하중을 제공하는 밸브 폐쇄 스프링(30)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 축방향으로 이동 가능하게 가이드되어 펌프 하우징의 실린더 개구에 수용되고 왕복 스트로크 운동을 위해 구동될 수 있는 피스톤을 포함하는 피스톤 펌프에 있어서,상기 피스톤 펌프(56)는 청구항1 내지 청구항9 중 어느 한 항에 따른 체크 밸브(10)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 체크 밸브(10)는 상기 피스톤 펌프(56)의 유입 밸브로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 체크 밸브(10)는 상기 피스톤 펌프(56)의 유출 밸브로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 9 중 어느 한 항에 따른 체크 밸브(10)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 브레이크 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 체크 밸브(10)는 유출 밸브의 중간 접속하에 휠 브레이크 실린더와 유압적으로 연결되며, 펌프(80)의 흡입측 앞에 연결되고, 상기 체크 밸브(10)는 펌프(80) 방향으로 관류될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 브레이크 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 체크 밸브(10)는 유체 저장부(78)와 펌프(80)의 흡입측 사이에 연결되고, 상기 체크 밸브(10)는 펌프(80) 방향으로 관류될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 브레이크 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 차량 브레이크 장치는 슬립 제어 장치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 브레이크 장치.
