Claims (16)
- 밸브 차단체의 밸브 시트 작용방향으로 진행하는 가이드 리브를 갖는 밸브 하우징과, 상기 리브가 밸브 하우징에 장착되는 밸브 차단체를 고정소자와 밸브 시트 사이의 밸브 하우징에 유지시켜주는 하나의 고정소자를 구비하는 체크 밸브에 있어서,상기 고정소자(26)는 가이드 리브(20)에 설치되는 것과,상기 고정소자(26)와 밸브 하우징(12) 주위 벽(22) 내부 사이에 공간(38)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고정소자(26)는 판 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 고정소자(26)는 체크 밸브(10)의 배출구로써 하나 이상의 관통홀(28)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 하우징(12)은 소성 가공 특히 냉간 가공, 특히 냉간 단조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 하우징(12)은 방사 방향으로 진행하는 밀폐 프레트(14)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 시트(18)는 밸브 하우징(12)의 외경을 따라 진행하는 밀폐면(42)과 축 방향으로 거리를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 하우징(12)은 고정소자(26) 영역에서 내향 방사상 방향으로 변형 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 고정소자(26)의 외부 모서리(54)는 구형인 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 체크 밸브(10)는 고정소자(26)에 지지되어 밸브 차단체(24)를 밸브 시트(18)에 밀어주는 밸브 차단 스프링(30)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9항중 어느 한 항에 따른 체크 밸브(10)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제동장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 체크 밸브(10)는 방출 밸브를 사이에 두고 휠 제동 실린더와 연결되며, 펌프(80) 앞에 유압식으로 연결되고, 이때 체크 밸브(10)는 펌프(80) 방향으로 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제동장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 체크 밸브(10)는 유체실(78)과 펌프(80)의 흡입측 사이에 연결되는 것과, 상기 체크 밸브(10)는 펌프(80) 방향으로 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제동장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 차량 제동장치는 슬립 제어장치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제동장치.
- 펌프 하우징의 실린더 개구에 설치되어 축 방향으로 왕복운동하는 피스톤 펌프에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 펌프(56)는 상기 제 1항 내지 제 13항중 어느 한 항에 따른 체크 밸브(10)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 체크 밸브(10)는 피스톤 펌프(56)의 유입 밸브 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 14항 또는 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 체크 밸브(10)는 피스톤 펌프(56)의 방출 밸브 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
