Description
Claims (9)
- 피스톤 가이드를 갖는 펌프 하우징과, 상기 피스톤 가이드 내에서 축방향으로 움직일 수 있도록 안내되는 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤과 접하며 피스톤을 축방향으로 왕복 행정 운동시킬 수 있는 구동 가능한 구동 소자와, 상기 피스톤과 맞물려 피스톤을 구동 소자에 대해 가압하는 복원 스프링과, 상기 피스톤에 설치되며 상기 피스톤 펌프를 통과하는 유체의 유동 방향을 제어하는 밸브를 구비한 피스톤 펌프에 있어서,상기 피스톤(20)은 상기 피스톤 펌프(10)를 통과하는 유체 유동 방향을 제어하는 상기 밸브(44)의 밸브 시트(30)를 갖는 밸브 시트 부품(24)을 포함하며, 상기 밸브 시트 부품(24)은 이 밸브 시트 부품(24)과 일체형의 피스톤 밀봉부(32)를 포함하고, 상기 피스톤 밀봉부는 상기 피스톤(20)을 상기 피스톤 가이드(14, 16)내에서 밀봉하고,상기 피스톤(20)은 상기 복원 스프링(38)과 맞물리는 지지체(34)를 가지며, 상기 지지체(34)는 상기 밸브 시트(30)와 상기 피스톤 밀봉부(32)로부터 이격되어 상기 밸브 시트 부품(24)과 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 시트 부품(24)은 플라스틱 부품인 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 밀봉부는 주변 밀봉 립(32)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지체(34)는 상기 피스톤 펌프(10)를 통과하는 유체 유동 방향을 제어하는 상기 밸브(44)의 밸브 폐쇄체(42)를 고정 및 안내하기 위한 고정부 또는 가이드(41)로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브(44)는 체크 밸브로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 체크 밸브(44)는, 상기 피스톤 펌프(10)를 통과하는유체 유동 방향을 제어하는 상기 밸브(44)의 상기 밸브 폐쇄체(42)를 위한 고정부(42)로서 형성된 상기 지지체(34)에 지지되어 상기 밸브 폐쇄체(42)를 상기 밸브 시트 부품(24)의 상기 밸브 시트(30)에 대해 가압하는 밸브 폐쇄 스프링(46)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(20)은 상기 지지체(34)와 상기 밸브 시트 부품(24)을 결합하는 스냅 연결부(48)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 시트 부품은 이 시트 부품과 밀봉 립(32) 사이에서 하나의 슬롯을 가지며, 상기 밀봉 립의 베이스(36)는 상기 지지체(34)와 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(20)은 다수의 부분으로 형성되며, 일측면은은 폐쇄되고 반대편 측면은 개방된 슬리브 형태의 성형 부품(22)을 구비하며, 상기 성형 부품의 폐쇄된 측면은 구동 소자(40)와 접하며 개방된 측면에는 상기 밸브 시트 부품(24)이 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 펌프.
