- REVENDICATIONS1. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide (100) comprenant un boîtier (12) à l'intérieur duquel est positionnée une anode (20) formée à partir d'un corps poreux fritté oxydé anodiquement et un électrolyte de travail fluide, le boîtier (12) contenant un revêtement composite qui est déposé sur une surface d'un substrat métallique, dans lequel le revêtement composite contient une couche de métal noble qui recouvre le substrat métallique et une couche de polymère conducteur qui recouvre la couche de métal noble.
- 2. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la couche de métal noble inclut du ruthénium, du rhodium, du palladium, de l'osmium, de l'iridium, du platine ou une combinaison de ceux-ci.
- 3. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la couche de métal noble inclut du palladium.
- 4. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide (100) selon 20 l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la couche de métal noble est discontinue et contient une pluralité de projections discrètes qui sont déposées sur la surface du substrat métallique selon un mode espacé. 25
- 5. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les projections forment d'environ 5 % à environ 80 % de la surface du substrat métallique.
- 6. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la couche de polymère conducteur inclut un polythiophène.

Condensateur à électrolyte liquide (100) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le polythiophène est un poly(3,4-éthylènedioxythiophène) ayant la formule générale suivante : (R7)q dans laquelle, R7 est un radical alkyle en C1 à Cu éventuellement substitué linéaire ou ramifié ; un radical cycloalkyle en C5 à Cu éventuellement substitué ; un radical aryle en C6 à C14 éventuellement substitué ; un radical aralkyle en C7 à C18 éventuellement substitué ; un radical hydroxyalkyle en C1 à C4 éventuellement substitué ou un radical hydroxyle ; q est un entier de 0 à 8 ; et n vaut de 2 à 5000

- 9. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le revêtement composite inclut en outre un revêtement composite (17) qui est positionné entre le substrat métallique et la couche de métal noble.
- 10. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide (100) selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le revêtement composite (17) contient une pluralité d'agglomérats de métal de valve frittés formés à partir d'une composition de métal de valve.
- 11. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide (100) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel les agglomérats sont 15 frittés sur le substrat métallique.
- 12. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide (100) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la composition de métal de valve inclut du tantale.

- 22. Procédé selon la revendication 19, dans lequel la couche de métal noble est discontinue et contient une pluralité de projections discrètes qui sont déposées sur la surface du substrat métallique d'une 30 manière espacée.
- 23. Procédé selon la revendication 19, dans lequel la couche de polymère conducteur inclut un poly(3,4- éthylènedioxythiophène) éventuellement substitué.
- 24. Procédé selon la revendication 19, dans lequel 5 la couche de polymère conducteur est formée par électropolymérisation.
- 25. Procédé selon la revendication 19, dans lequel le substrat métallique est formé à partir de tantale.
- 26. Procédé selon la revendication 19, dans lequel 10 une pluralité d'agglomérats de métal de valve sont frittés sur la surface du substrat métallique avant que la couche de métal noble soit formée sur celle-ci.
