Abstract
Description
Claims (24)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de formation d'une cathode d'un condensateur à électrolyte liquide, le procédé comprenant l'expulsion d'un moyen abrasif contre un substrat métallique pour former une surface micro-rugueuse comportant une pluralité de piqûre ; et la formation d'un revêtement conducteur sur la surface micro-rugueuse, le revêtement conducteur comprenant un polythiophène substitué intrinsèquement conducteur.
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les piqûres présentent une profondeur moyenne allant d'environ 200 nanomètres à 2500 nanomètres.
- 3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les piqûres présentent une distance sommet à sommet allant d'environ 30 micromètres à environ 400 micromètres.
- 4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le moyen abrasif comprend des particules de céramique.
- 5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le moyen abrasif est expulsé à une pression allant d'environ 10 psi à 35 psi (environ 69 kPa à 245 kPa).
- 6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le moyen abrasif est expulsé contre le substrat métallique pendant une durée d'environ 10 secondes à environ 30 secondes.
- 7. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le moyen abrasif est expulsé par l'intermédiaire d'une buse.
- 8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la buse tourne par rapport au substrat.
- 9. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le moyen abrasif est retiré de la surface avant l'application 30 de la solution de précurseur.
- 10. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le polythiophène substitué contient des motifs récurrents de formule générale (I), de formule générale (II) ou des deux où, A est un radical alkylène en C1 à C5 facultativement substitué ; 10 R est un radical alkyle en C1 à c,8, linéaire ou ramifié, facultativement substitué ; un radical cycloalkyle en C5 à c,, facultativement substitué ; un radical aryle en C6 à C14 facultativement substitué ; un radical aralkyle en C7 à c,.8 facultativement substitué ; un radical 15 hydroxyalkyle en C1 à C4 facultativement substitué, ou un radical hydroxyle ; et x est un nombre entier allant de 0 à 8.
- 11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel A est un radical alkylène en C2 à C3 facultativement 20 substitué et x est 0 ou 1.
- 12. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le polythiophène substitué est le poly(3,4-éthylènedioxythiophène)5
- 13. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le polythiophène substitué est formé par une polymérisation in situ d'un monomère de thiophène.
- 14. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le revêtement conducteur comprend une dispersion de particules, les particules contenant le polythiophène substitué.
- 15. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le substrat métallique comprend du titane, du tantale ou une de leurs combinaisons.
- 16. Procédé de formation d'un condensateur à électrolyte liquide, le procédé comprenant : l'expulsion d'un moyen abrasif contre un substrat métallique pour former une surface micro-rugueuse comportant une pluralité de piqûres ; la formation d'un revêtement conducteur sur la surface micro-rugueuse, qui contient un polythiophène substitué intrinsèquement conducteur ; et le placement du substrat métallique revêtu en communication électrique avec une anode et un électrolyte, l'anode étant formée à partir d'un corps poreux d'anode qui contient une couche de diélectrique.
- 17. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide, comprenant : un corps poreux d'anode qui contient une couche de diélectrique formée par oxydation anodique ; un électrolyte liquide ; un boîtier métallique dans lequel l'anode et l'électrolyte liquide sont positionnés, le boîtier métallique définissant une surface interne qui contient une pluralité de piqûres formées par projection abrasive ; et un revêtement conducteur déposé sur la surface interne du boîtier et dans ses trous de piqûre, le revêtement conducteur comprenant du poly(3,4-éthylène-dioxythiophène)
- 18. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide selon la revendication 17, dans lequel le revêtement possède une épaisseur allant d'environ 0,2 µm à 50 µm.
- 19. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide selon la 5 revendication 17, dans lequel le corps d'anode comprend du tantale, du niobium ou l'un de leurs oxydes électro- conducteurs.
- 20. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide selon la revendication 17, dans lequel le substrat métallique 10 comprend du titane, du tantale ou l'une de leurs combinaisons.
- 21. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide selon la revendication 17, dans lequel l'électrolyte liquide est aqueux. 15
- 22. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide selon la revendication 17, dans lequel l'électrolyte liquide possède un pH allant d'environ 4,5 à environ 7,0.
- 23. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide selon la revendication 17, dans lequel l'électrolyte liquide 20 comprend de l'acide sulfurique.
- 24. Condensateur à électrolyte liquide selon la revendication 17, dans lequel le boîtier est généralement cylindrique.
