Claims (9)
- 少なくとも弁金属からなる陽極と、この弁金属の上に形成した誘電体被膜と、この誘電体被膜の上に形成された導電性高分子およびドーパントからなる固体電解質層で構成された固体電解コンデンサにおいて、導電性高分子をイオン性高分子との複合体とし、且つ、前記ドーパントは前記イオン性高分子と異なる材料を有することを特徴とした固体電解コンデンサ。
- イオン性高分子をポリアクリル酸またはポリマレイン酸の単体もしくは共重合体とした請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- イオン性高分子をポリオレフィン、ポリエーテル、ポリビニルアルコールのうちのいずれか一つとイオン性高分子との共重合体とした請求項2に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 導電性高分子の主成分をポリピロールおよびその誘導体とした請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 導電性高分子の主成分をポリチオフェンおよびその誘導体とした請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 導電性高分子の主成分をポリチオフェンおよびその誘導体とポリピロールおよびその誘導体の積層膜とした請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 導電性高分子を化学重合で形成した請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 導電性高分子を電解重合で形成した請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 導電性高分子を化学重合および電解重合で形成した請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
