Claims (9)

  1. 一種固體電解電容器,係具有固體電解質層,前述固體電解質層係具備混合有電解聚合導電性高分子及化學聚合導電性高分子的導電性高分子混合層,前述固體電解質層係具有含有導電性物質之導電性預塗(Precoat)層、及前述導電性高分子混合層,前述導電性高分子混合層係形成在前述導電性預塗層上。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之固體電解電容器,其中,在前述導電性高分子混合層上形成有陰極拉出層。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之固體電解電容器,其中,前述導電性預塗層係形成在電介質皮膜上。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項之固體電解電容器,其中,前述固體電解質層係具備含有電解聚合導電性高分子之電解聚合導電性高分子層、及前述導電性高分子混合層。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項之固體電解電容器,其中,前述導電性高分子混合層係形成在前述電解聚合導電性高分子層上。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第4項或第5項之固體電解電容器,其中,在前述導電性高分子混合層上形成有陰極拉出層。
  7. 一種固體電解電容器之製造方法,該固體電解電容器係具有固體電解質層,前述固體電解質層係具備含有電解聚合導電性高 分子及化學聚合導電性高分子的導電性高分子混合層,該製造方法係在含有可電解氧化之金屬離子及/或金屬氧化物離子的電解聚合液中,藉由進行電解聚合反應、及使用了將前述金屬離子及/或金屬氧化物離子電解氧化所產生之氧化劑的化學聚合反應,形成前述導電性高分子混合層。
  8. 一種固體電解電容器之製造方法,該固體電解電容器係具有固體電解質層,前述固體電解質層係具備含有電解聚合導電性高分子之電解聚合導電性高分子層、及含有電解聚合導電性高分子與化學聚合導電性高分子的導電性高分子混合層,該製造方法係藉由在至少包含單體及摻雜物之電解聚合液中進行電解聚合反應,以形成前述電解聚合導電性高分子層,在前述電解聚合液中添加用以形成可電解氧化之金屬離子及/或金屬氧化物離子的金屬化合物,並藉由進行電解聚合反應、及使用了將前述金屬離子及/或金屬氧化物離子電解氧化所產生之氧化劑的化學聚合反應,形成前述導電性高分子混合層。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第7項或第8項之固體電解電容器之製造方法,其中,前述金属離子及/或金属氧化物離子係包含選自由鐵(II)離子、鎳(II)離子、釕(II)離子、錳(II)離子、錳酸離子、鉻酸離子所構成之組群之至少一種。
