Abstract
Un servidor de diagnóstico (200) que comprende: una unidad de recepción de sonido (220) que recibe, por intermedio de una red de comunicación predeterminada, información de producto que incluye al menos una de entre una información de identificación de un utensilio doméstico (100), información de ajuste de parámetros, información de puesta en práctica e información de anomalías funcionales, que se proporciona, a la salida, desde el utensilio doméstico (100); una unidad de registro de sonido (230) que registra una señal recibida por intermedio de la unidad de recepción de sonido (220); una unidad de procesamiento de señal (240) que extrae inversamente la información de producto a partir de la señal registrada por la unidad de registro de sonido (220) y una unidad de diagnóstico (250) que analiza la información del producto, diagnostica un estado o avería del utensilio doméstico (100) y proporciona un resultado de diagnóstico, caracterizado por cuanto que: la unidad de procesamiento de señal (240) está adaptada para detectar un punto de inicio de un preámbulo que representa un inicio de la información del producto y una frecuencia de la señal, para detectar el preámbulo por coincidencia de formas, para efectuar una demodulación y una decodificación de cualquiera de entre una pluralidad de tramas que constituyen la información del producto con respecto al preámbulo y para detectar un error del preámbulo; y en donde la unidad de procesamiento de señal (240) está adaptada para compensar el error que se produce durante un proceso de transmisión estableciendo una sección predeterminada antes y después de una posición del preámbulo como una zona de inicio de preámbulo.

Si la desintercalación es completa, la señal se decodifica por un decodificador 219 y de este modo, se extrae la información de producto.
La Figura 5 es un diagrama de flujo que ilustra un método de análisis de la señal de un servidor de diagnóstico según una forma de realización de la presente invención.
Haciendo referencia a la Figura 5, el servidor de diagnóstico recibe una señal sonora a través de una red de comunicación si la información de producto de un utensilio doméstico es objeto de salida como un sonido predeterminado.
Si la señal sonora es una entrada (S310), la unidad de recepción de sonido 220 del servidor de diagnóstico la aplica a la unidad de registro de sonido 230 que luego memoriza el sonido como el de una señal sonora.
La unidad de procesamiento de señal 240 detecta un preámbulo a partir del sonido de la señal memorizado mediante el filtrado, detección de borde y coincidencia de formas de configuración (S320 a S340) y realiza una decodificación sobre una trama basada en el preámbulo detectado, con lo que se efectúa la transformación de datos (S350).
Se realiza un control de error en la trama transformada (S360) para determinar, de este modo, si un resultado del control de error es normal o no (S370). En este momento, si el resultado del control de error se muestra ‘anormal’, la unidad de procesamiento de señal 240 retrocede a la detección del preámbulo en la señal sonora de entrada para realizar repetidamente la transformación en la trama.
En caso de que el resultado del control de error muestre la indicación de “normal”, la siguiente trama se establece a transformación (S380).
Si la trama transformada se determina como que es normal al realizar un control de error sobre la trama transformada (S390), y en caso de que sea normal, la transformación de trama se realiza hasta la última trama (S380, S400).
Si la transformación es normalmente completa hasta la última trama (S410), la unidad de diagnóstico 250 diagnostica el estado del utensilio doméstico y si existe un fallo, o no, en el utensilio doméstico sobre la base de la información de producto extraída.
Asimismo, en caso de que se produzca un error en la trama transformada, el error es objeto de salida (S420). En este momento, el error que se produce durante la transformación de trama es objeto de salida a través de la unidad de presentación visual 210. En algunos casos, la detección del preámbulo y sus procesos posteriores pueden volverse a realizar o puede generarse y visualizarse un mensaje que demanda que la señal vuelva a ser objeto de salida para el utensilio doméstico.
La Figura 6 es una vista que ilustra un método de detección de un preámbulo de un servidor de diagnóstico según una forma de realización de la presente invención.
Haciendo referencia a la Figura 6, si un sonido que es una señal sonora se aplica a la entrada de la unidad de recepción de sonido 220 (S510), la señal es filtrada según se describió con anterioridad. En este momento, se detecta una frecuencia portadora mediante un filtrado utilizando un filtro de banda de paso 214 (S520).
A partir de la señal filtrada, se detecta una posición en donde la frecuencia se cambia bruscamente mediante el detector de borde 215. En este momento, puede detectarse una posición en donde aparece la frecuencia portadora y si un cambio en la frecuencia es superior a un valor de referencia es objeto de determinación (S530), con lo que se detecta un punto de inicio de preámbulo.
Si el cambio de frecuencia es menor que el valor de referencia, se determina como un cambio de señal temporal debido a ruido o causa similar y otras posiciones se detectan nuevamente sobre sus señales posteriores (S520 a S530). Si el cambio de frecuencia es mayor que el valor de referencia, se determina como una frecuencia portadora que aparece y la posición correspondiente se designa como un punto de inicio previsto del preámbulo (S540).
Los candidatos de preámbulos se detectan mediante la detección de borde con respecto al punto de inicio previsto del preámbulo (S550). En este momento, puede existir una pluralidad de puntos de inicio previstos del preámbulo o puede existir una pluralidad de candidatos de preámbulo.
La unidad de procesamiento de señal determina si los candidatos de preámbulos son el preámbulo mediante coincidencia de formas (S560). Puesto que el preámbulo consiste en una forma de configuración designada o datos designados, entre la pluralidad de candidatos de preámbulo, la que tiene la mayor similitud se determina como el preámbulo mediante coincidencia de formas (S570). En este momento, el punto de inicio del preámbulo se determina sobre la base del preámbulo determinado.
