Claims (12)
- Klappspitzen-Abwinklungsvorrichtung für einen Mobilkran (20), mit einem Gelenkbereich (9), durch dessen Abwinklung der Winkel der Klappspitze (10) eingestellt wird und der ein Gelenk (8) im oberen bzw. im Zuglast-Bereich aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gelenkbereich (9) im unteren bzw. im Drucklast-Bereich eine mechanisch feststellbare Teleskopiereinrichtung (7) aufweist.
- Klappspitzen-Abwinklungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teleskopiereinrichtung ein Teleskoprohr (7) aufweist.
- Klappspitzen-Abwinklungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teleskopiereinrichtung bzw. das Teleskoprohr (7) Abstützelemente (2, 4) aufweist, mittels der sie es in unterschiedlichen Längen mechanisch feststellbar ist.
- Klappspitzen-Abwinklungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teleskopiereinrichtung bzw. das Teleskoprohr (7) ein Halterungselement (7a) und ein ausfahrbares Element (7b) aufweist, wobei das Halterungselement (7a) gelenkig an der zur Basis der Klappspitze (10) hin gelegenen Seite des Gelenkbereiches (9) befestigt ist, und wobei das ausfahrbare Element (7b) gelenkig an der zur Spitze der Klappsitze (10) hin gelegenen Seite des Gelenkbereiches (9) befestigt ist.
- Klappspitzen-Abwinklungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstützelemente (2, 4) für das ausfahrbare Element (7b) am Halterungselement (7a) angeordnet sind.
- Klappspitzen-Abwinklungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigung (1) des Halterungselements (7a) an der zur Basis der Klappspitze (10) hin gelegenen Seite des Gelenkbereiches (9) eine der Abstützvorrichtungen bildet.
- Klappspitzen-Abwinklungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teleskopiereinrichtung ein rundes oder eckiges Basisrohr (7a) und einen ausfahrbaren Kolben (7b) aufweist, wobei das Basisrohr (7a) Querbohrungen (6) zur Aufnahme von Abstützbolzen (2) aufweist, die den Kolben (7b) an seinem unteren Ende abstützen.
- Klappspitzen-Abwinklungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teleskopiereinrichtung ein rundes oder eckiges Basisrohr (7a) und einen ausfahrbaren Kolben (7b) aufweist, wobei das Basisrohr (7a) seitliche Einsätze zur Führung des Kolbens aufweist.
- Klappspitzen-Abwinklungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Einsätze Naben (4) für die Querbohrungen (6) bilden.
- Klappspitzen-Abwinklungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teleskopiereinrichtung (7) eine Sicherung aufweist, die verhindert, dass ihre Teleskopbestandteile sich voneinander lösen, insbesondere eine Distanzhülse (5) zwischen dem unteren, abstützenden Ende des ausfahrbaren Elements (7b) und dem oberen Ende des Halterungselements (7a).
- Klappspitzen-Abwinklungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere, abstützende Ende des als Rohr ausgebildeten, ausfahrbaren Elements (7b) fest mit dem Kolbenboden (3) verbunden ist.
- Klappspitzen-Abwinklungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Kolbenboden (3) eine Nut angebracht ist, die mit dem Abstützelement (1, 2) eine Zentrierung der Kolbenlage in einer Achse bildet.
