Claims (14)
- Teleskopausleger für einen Fahrzeugkran, mit einem Grundkasten (1), der an seinem unteren Ende in einem horizontalen Drehgelenk (2) an einer Oberkonstruktion des Fahrzeugkrans lagerbar ist und ein weiteres horizontales Drehgelenk (3) besitzt, an dem ein mit der Oberkonstruktion verbindbarer Wippzylinder zur Schrägstellung des Teleskopauslegers anlenkbar ist, und mit mehreren jeweils ineinander oder im Grundkasten (1) geführten Teleskopschüssen (4 - 11), die alle mittels einer unmittelbar an den jeweiligen Teleskopschuss ankoppelbaren Teleskapiereinrichtung (12) teleskopierbar sind und in der teleskopierten Stellung gegeneinander verriegelbar sind, wobei einer der teleskopierbaren Teleskopschüsse (4 - 11) als abwinkelbarer Teleskopschuss (4) in seiner axialen Länge aus zwei Teilstücken (4 a, b) zusammengesetzt ist und die beiden Teilstücke (4 a, b) mittels eines Scharniers zueinander verschwenkbar sind und wobei die Teilstücke (4a, b) mittels einer Sperrvorrichtung hinsichtlich ihrer Längsachsen in einer koaxialen Ausrichtung und in mindestens einer zueinander abgewinkelten Stellung miteinander verriegelbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnier des abwinkelbaren Teleskopschusses (4) innen an der Unterseite des abwinkelberen Teleskopschusses (4) und innerhalb der Innenkontur des nächstgrößeren Teleskopschusses (5) und dass die Sperrvorrichtung innen an der Oberseite des abwinkelbaren Teleskopschusses (4) und innerhalb der Innenkontur des nächstgrößeren Teleskopschusses (5) angeordnet sind und dass das Scharnier mindestens einen, insbesondere ein Paar Gelenkbolzen (13 a, b) aufweist, die jeweils mit einer Gelenklasche (14 a, b), welche mit dem einen Teilstück (4 a) verbunden ist, und einer Gelenkgabel (15 a, b), welche mit dem anderen Teilstück (4 b) verbunden ist, zusammenwirken. - Teleskopausleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der abwinkelbare Teleskopschuss (4) der innerste der Teleskopschüsse (4 -11) ist. - Teleskopausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperrvorrichtung durch einen oder mehrere hydraulische Zylinder-Kolben-Systeme gebildet ist, die auf der Innenseite der beiden Teilstücke (4a,b) angelenkt sind. - Teleskopausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperrvorrichtung durch einen oder mehrere Gewindespindeltriebe gebildet ist, die auf der Innenseite der beiden Teilstücke (14 a, b) angelenkt sind. - Teleskopausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperrvorrichtung als Bolzenverriegelungssystem ausgebildet ist. - Teleskopausleger nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Sperrvorrichtung mindestens ein Sperrbolzen, insbesondere ein Paar Sperrbolzen (16 a, b) vorgesehen sind, die bei koaxialer Ausrichtung der Längsachsen der Teilstücke (4 a, b) zur Erzielung einer Verriegelung dieser Ausrichtung jeweils in koaxiale Bohrungen einer Sperrgabel (18 a, b), die mit dem einen Teilstück (4 a) verbunden ist, und einer Sperrlasche (17 a, b), die mit dem anderen Teilstück (4 b) verbunden ist, einführbar und unter Aufhebung der Verriegelung aus den Bohrungen herausziehbar sind. - Teleskopausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperrvorrichtung zur Fixierung einer abgewinkelten Stellung der beiden Teilstücke (4 a, b) eine Haltelasche (20) aufweist, die durch Haltebolzen (19 a, b) jeweils mit einer Haltegabel (21 a, b) verbunden ist, die innen jeweils an einem der beiden Teilstücke (14 a, b) befestigt ist. - Teleskopausleger nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltelasche (20) ein Langloch (31) aufweist, in dem die Haltebolzen (19 a, b) gleitbar sind. - Teleskopausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperrbolzen (16 a, b) jeweils an einem Bolzenträger (23 a, b) befestigt sind, der parallel zu den Achsen der Bohrungen in den Sperrgabeln (18 a, b) und Sperrlaschen (17 a, b) verfahrbar ist. - Teleskopausleger nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bolzenträger (23 a, b) mittels eines Gewindespindeftrieds (24, 25 a, b) verfahrbar sind. - Teleskopausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bolzenträger (23 a, b) mittels eines hydraulischen, pneumatischen, elektromotorischen oder elektromagnetischen Antriebs verfahrbar sind. - Teleskopausleger nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gewindespindeltrieb (24, 25 a, b) mittels einer Handkurbel (26) drehbar ist. - Teleskopausleger nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handkurbel (26) eine Antriebsachse (28) ausweist, die In einem entsprechenden Hohlwellenteil des Gewindespindeltriebs (Verstellwelle 24) axial verschieblich und drehfest geführt ist. - Teleskopausleger nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13,
