Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufstellen und Ausrichten eines Leichtkranes, welcher aus einem Grundgestell (1), einer vom Grundgestell (1) getragenen vertikalen Säule (2), einem von der Säule (2) aufgenommenen Ausleger (3) sowie einem hydraulisch betriebenen Arbeitszylinder (5) besteht, wobei der Arbeitszylinder (5) sowohl an der Säule (2) als auch am Grundgestell (1) des Leichtkranes angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zum Arbeitszylinder (5) parallel angeordnete, in ihrer Längsrichtung verstellbare und an die Hubhöhe des Arbeitszylinders (5) anpaßbare Abstützung (4) als Kombination mit dem Arbeitszylinder (5) sowohl an der Säule als auch am Grundgestell (1) des Leichtkranes angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mit der Abstützung (4) kombinierte Arbeitszylinder (5) durch je einen Verbindungsbolzen (6) mit der Säule (2) sowie dem Grundgestell (1) des Leichtkranes gelenkig verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstützung (4) aus einem äußeren Abstützrohr sowie einem, in diesem geführten, inneren Abstützrohr (8) besteht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das äußere Abstützrohr (7) an seinen beiden Enden jeweils eine radiale Durchgangsbohrung (16) zur Aufnahme eines Steckbolzens (14) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Stirnseite des äußeren Abstützrohres (7) mit einem inneren Führungsstück (9) verschlossen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Inneren des äußeren Abstützrohres (7) eine Verstellmutter (11) geführt ist, welche axial mit einem Innengewinde und radial mit einem durchgehenden Langloch (13) zur Aufnahme des Steckbolzens versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das innere Abstützrohr (8) an seinem unteren Ende ein Außengewinde aufweist, welches sich von oben in das Innengewinde der Verstellmutter (11) schrauben läßt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Innengewinde der Verstellmutter (11) länger als das Außengewinde des inneren Abstützrohres (8) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in das Innengewinde der Verstellmutter (11) von unten eine Einstellschraube (12) mit einer radialen Durchgangsbohrung (15) zur Aufnahme des Steckbolzens (14) eingeschraubt ist. - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4, 6 und 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Einstellschraube (12) derart verstellen läßt, daß sich die Durchgangsbohrung (15) der Einstellschraube (12) mit dem Langloch (13) der Verstellmutter (11), sowie einer der Durchgangsbohrungen (16) des äußeren Abstützrohres (7) zur Aufnahme des Steckbolzens (14) deckt.
