Abstract

Способ получения метил-1,1,N-триметил-N-(3,3-дифенилпропил)-2-аминоэтил-1,4-дигидро-2,6-диметил-4-(3-нитрофенил)пиридин-3,5-дикарбоксилата [1] (лерканидипина) включает реакцию кислотного галогенида 2,6-диметил-5-метоксикарбонил-4-(3-нитрофенил)-1,4-дигидропиридин-3-карбоксильной кислоты с 2,N-диметил-N-(3,3-дифенилпропил)-1-амино-2-пропанолом в апротонном растворителе. Продукт можно выделять промышленно применимыми методами кристаллизации и получать с высоким выходом в виде безводного гидрохлорида, т.е. в форме, которая обладает высокой стабильностью и низкой гигроскопичностью.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
