Claims (20)
1
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstillingen af nano-fibrillære cellulosesuspensioner, kendetegnet ved trinnene at: (a) tilvejebringe cellulosefibre i formen afen suspension; (b) tilvejebringe mindst et fyldstof og/eller pigment; (c) kombinere cellulosefibrene og det mindst ene fyldstof og/eller pigment; (d) fibrillere cellulosefibrene i tilstedeværelsen af det mindst ene fyldstof og/eller pigment indtil der ikke er flere fibre tilbage og kun primære cellulosefibriler opnås.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at cellulosefibrene er således indeholdt i fibermasser valgt fra gruppen omfattende i eukalyptusmasse, grantræsfibermasse, fyrretræsfibermasse, bøgetræsfibermasse, hampfibermasse, bomuldsfibermasse, og blandinger deraf.
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved at cellulosefibrene er således indeholdt i kraftfibermasse, i særdeleshed afbleget langfiber kraftfibermasse.
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at cellulosefibrene tilvejebringes i formen afen suspension, fortrinsvis med et faststofindhold på fra 0,2 til 35 vægtprocent, mere fortrinsvis 0,25 til 10 vægtprocent, i særdeleshed 1 til 5 vægtprocent, og mest fortrinsvis 2 til 4,5 vægtprocent, f.eks. 1,3 vægtprocent eller 3,5 vægtprocent.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at fyldstoffet og/eller pigmentet vælges fra gruppen omfattende præcipiteret calciumkarbonat; naturligt formalet calciumkarbonat; dolomit; talkum; bentonit; ler; magnesit; satinhvidt; sepiolit, huntit, diatomit; silikater; og blandinger deraf.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved at fyldstoffet og/eller pigmentet vælges fra gruppen af 2 præcipiteret calciumkarbonat, fortrinsvis med vateritisk, calcitisk eller aragonitisk krystalstruktur; naturligt formalet calciumkarbonat, som fortrinsvis vælges fra marmor, kalksten og/eller kridt; og blandinger deraf.
7. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 eller 6, kendetegnet ved at det præcipiterede calciumkarbonat er ultrafint diskret prismatisk, scalenohedrisk eller rhombohedrisk præcipiteret calciumkarbonat.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at fyldstof- og/eller pigmentpartiklerne har en vægtgennemsnitlig partikelstørrelse på fra 0,5 til 15 pm, fortrinsvis 0,7 til 10 pm, mere fortrinsvis 1 til 5 pm og mest fortrinsvis 1,1 til 2 pm, f.eks. 1,5 pm eller 3,2 pm.
9. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at fyldstoffet og/eller pigmentet associeres med dispergeringsmidler valgt fra gruppen omfattende homopolymerer eller copolymerer af polycarboxylsyresalte baseret på, f.eks., akrylsyre, methakrylsyre, maleinsyre, fumarsyre, itakonsyre, akrylamid eller blandinger deraf; alkali polyphosphater, fosfonat-, citron- og vinsyre og de opløselige salte deraf; eller blandinger deraf.
10. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at kombinationen af fibre og af mindst et fyldstof og/eller pigment udføres ved at tilføje fyldstoffet og/eller pigmentet til fibrene i et eller flere trin.
11. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at fyldstoffet og/eller pigmentet tilføjes fuldkommen eller i dele før eller under fibrilleringstrinnet (d), fortrinsvis før fibrilleringstrinnet (d).
12. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at før fibrillering, pH'en af kombinationen af cellulosefibre og mindst et fyldstof og/eller pigment justeres til en pH på 10 til 12, f.eks. 11. 3
13. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at efter fibrillering pH'en i suspensionen justeres igen til omkring 7,5 til 9,5, f.eks. 8,5.
14. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at kombinationen lagres i 2 til 12 timer, fortrinsvis 3 til 10 timer, mere fortrinsvis 4 til 8 timer, f.eks. 6 timer, forud for fibrillering.
15. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at cellulosesolventer såsom kobber(II)ethylendiamin, jernnatriumtartrat eller litium-chlorin/dimethylacetamin tilføjes til kombinationen forud for fibrillering.
16. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at vægtforholdet mellem fibre og fyldstof og/eller pigment på en tørvægtsbasis er fra 1:10 til 10:1, fortrinsvis 1:6 til 6:1, mere fortrinsvis 1:4 til 4:1, i særdeleshed 1:3 til 3:1, og mest fortrinsvis 1:2 til 2:1, f.eks. 1:1.
17. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at 70 vægtprocent af afbleget langfiber kraftfibermasse fibrilleres i tilstedeværelsen 30 vægtprocent ultrafin diskret prismatisk (eller rhombohedrisk) PCC, relaterende til den samlede tørvægt af henholdsvis fibermasse og PCC.
18. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at kombinationen fibrilleres indtil Schopper Riegler-graden er øget med > 4 °SR, fortrinsvis > 6 °SR, mere fortrinsvis > 8 °SR, mest fortrinsvis > 10 °SR, i særdeleshed > 15 °SR.
19. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at kombinationen af fibre og fyldstof og/eller pigment fibrilleres indtil en endelig Schopper Riegler-grad på > 30, fortrinsvis > 45 °SR, mere fortrinsvis > 50 °SR, i særdeleshed > 60 °SR, f.eks. > 70 °SR, i særdeleshed > 80 °SR er nået. 4 >0.
