Abstract
The invention discloses a hybrid power assembly with a limp home module, which comprises: a first output shaft, a front row planetary gear set, a second output shaft, a rear row planetary gear set, a motor and a generator, further comprising: and the limp home module is used for switching the connection between the power input shaft and the first output shaft or the second output shaft. The invention can effectively solve the problem of whole vehicle driving after electric failure, and the hybrid electric vehicle using double planetary rows does not need a trailer after electric failure, and can adopt a limp home mode to increase the engine torque, thereby realizing continuous running of the vehicle and realizing the limp home function of the vehicle.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of hybrid power driving systems, and particularly relates to a hybrid power assembly with a limp home module.
Background
The planetary gear mechanism has the characteristic of multiple degrees of freedom, and two motors are used for limiting the freedom degree in the hybrid power assembly. The two motors are used for completely decoupling the rotating speed and the torque of the engine respectively, so that the working point of the engine can be freely controlled, stepless speed change is realized, and the fuel economy of the hybrid power assembly is improved to the greatest extent.
The planetary row hybrid power assembly of the prior hybrid power city bus has the following defects: the planetary row hybrid power assembly applied to the market of new energy city buses at present mainly adopts a coaxial arrangement scheme of double motors and double planetary rows, and mainly has the following problems: once the electric drive system fails, the generator and the motor cannot work, and after the engine is started, the generator can only idle, so that the torque of the engine cannot be transmitted to the rear axle of the whole vehicle, and only the trailer can be used.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a hybrid power assembly with a limp home module, aiming at the problem that an electric drive system of the hybrid power assembly in the prior art cannot work normally after failure.
In order to achieve the above object, a hybrid assembly with a limp home module according to the present invention includes:
a first output shaft and a front row planetary gear set, the first output shaft being connected with a front row ring gear of the front row planetary gear set; the rear row planetary gear set comprises a second output shaft and a rear row planetary gear set, wherein a rear row planetary carrier of the rear row planetary gear set is fixedly arranged on an assembly shell, the second output shaft is connected with a rear row sun gear, one end of a rear row gear ring of the rear row planetary gear set is connected with the output shaft, and the other end of the rear row gear ring of the rear row planetary gear set is connected with a front row planetary carrier of the front row planetary gear set; the motor is connected with a rear-row sun gear of the rear-row planetary gear set, and the generator is connected with a front-row sun gear of the front-row planetary gear set; and a limp home module that switches connection of the power input shaft with the first output shaft or the second output shaft.
Preferably, the limp home module further comprises a speed reduction device, and the second output shaft is connected with the power input shaft through the speed reduction device.
Preferably, the limp home module further comprises a limp home gear set, a first output shaft gear set and a gear sleeve, the speed reducing device is a speed reducing gear, the speed reducing gear is connected with the limp home gear set and the second output shaft, the limp home gear set or the first output shaft gear set is meshed through movement of the gear sleeve, power after the limp home gear set is meshed is transmitted through the second output shaft after passing through the speed reducing gear, and power after the first output shaft gear set is meshed is transmitted through the first output shaft.
Preferably, the power output shaft extends out of the rear end of the assembly housing, and the power input shaft extends out of the front end of the assembly housing and is connected with the engine through a flexible disc/clutch.
Preferably, the motor and the generator are integrated within an assembly housing.
Preferably, only the oil seals on the power input shaft and the power output shaft are arranged on the assembly shell.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention can effectively solve the problem of whole vehicle driving after electric failure, and the hybrid electric vehicle using double planetary rows does not need a trailer after electric failure, and can adopt a limp home mode to increase the engine torque, thereby realizing continuous running of the vehicle and realizing the limp home function of the vehicle.

The invention is further described in conjunction with the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a hybrid assembly with a limp home module, comprising:
a first output shaft 1 and a front row planetary gear set 2, wherein the first output shaft 1 is connected with a front row gear ring of the front row planetary gear set 2;
the rear row planetary gear set 2 comprises a second output shaft 3 and a rear row planetary gear set 5, wherein a rear row planetary carrier of the rear row planetary gear set 5 is fixedly arranged on an assembly shell, the second output shaft 3 is connected with a rear row sun gear, one end of a rear row gear ring of the rear row planetary gear set 5 is connected with a power output shaft, and the other end of the rear row gear ring is connected with a front row planetary carrier of the front row planetary gear set 2;
an electric motor connected to a rear sun gear of the rear planetary gear set 5 and an electric generator connected to a front sun gear of the front planetary gear set 2;
further comprises: a limp home module that switches connection of the power input shaft 6 with the first output shaft 1 or the second output shaft 3;
the power output shaft 7 extends out of the rear end of the assembly shell, and the power input shaft 6 extends out of the front end of the assembly shell and is connected with the engine through a flexible disc/clutch;
the motor and the generator are integrated within an assembly housing;
only the oil seals on the power input shaft 6 and the power output shaft 7 are arranged on the assembly shell.
As shown in fig. 1, the limp home module 4 further includes a reduction gear, and the second output shaft 3 is connected to the power input shaft 6 through the reduction gear. The limp home module 4 further comprises a limp home gear set 42, a first output shaft gear set 41 and a gear sleeve 43, the speed reducing device is a speed reducing gear 44, the speed reducing gear 44 is connected with the limp home gear set 42 and the second output shaft 3, the limp home gear set 42 or the first output shaft gear set 41 is meshed through movement of the gear sleeve 43, power after the limp home gear set 42 is meshed is transmitted by the second output shaft 3 after passing through the speed reducing gear 44, and power after the first output shaft gear set 41 is meshed is transmitted by the first output shaft.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1: under normal conditions, the gear sleeve 43 of the limp home module 4 moves leftwards, the first output shaft gear set 41 is meshed, power is output through the first output shaft 1 and then transmitted to the front row of gear rings, sequentially passes through the front row of planetary carriers and the rear row of gear rings, and finally is transmitted to the rear axle through the power output shaft to drive the vehicle;
as shown in fig. 2: after the failure of the generator and the motor, the gear sleeve 43 moves rightwards, the limp home gear set 42 is meshed, the engine torque is reduced in speed and increased in torsion through the reduction gear 44 of the limp home module 4, the second output shaft 3 outputs power, the second output shaft 3 is connected with a rear row sun gear, the power is reduced again and increased in torsion and then is transmitted to a rear row gear ring, and the rear axle is transmitted through the power output shaft 7 to drive the vehicle.

Claims (6)
1. A hybrid powertrain with a limp home module, comprising:
a first output shaft and a front row planetary gear set, the first output shaft being connected with a front row ring gear of the front row planetary gear set;
the rear row planetary gear set comprises a second output shaft and a rear row planetary gear set, wherein a rear row planetary carrier of the rear row planetary gear set is fixedly arranged on an assembly shell, the second output shaft is connected with a rear row sun gear, one end of a rear row gear ring of the rear row planetary gear set is connected with a power output shaft, and the other end of the rear row gear ring of the rear row planetary gear set is connected with a front row planetary carrier of the front row planetary gear set;
the motor is connected with a rear-row sun gear of the rear-row planetary gear set, and the generator is connected with a front-row sun gear of the front-row planetary gear set;
the hybrid power assembly with the limp home module is characterized by further comprising: and the limp home module is used for switching the connection between the power input shaft and the first output shaft or the second output shaft.
2. The hybrid powertrain with limp home module of claim 1, wherein: the limp home module further comprises a speed reduction device, and the second output shaft is connected with the power input shaft through the speed reduction device.
3. The hybrid powertrain with limp home module of claim 2, wherein: the limp home module further comprises a limp home gear set, a first output shaft gear set and a gear sleeve, the speed reducing device is a speed reducing gear, the speed reducing gear is connected with the limp home gear set and the second output shaft, the limp home gear set or the first output shaft gear set is meshed through movement of the gear sleeve, power after the limp home gear set is meshed is transmitted through the speed reducing gear and then transmitted through the second output shaft, and power after the first output shaft gear set is meshed is transmitted through the first output shaft.
4. The hybrid powertrain with limp home module of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the power output shaft extends out of the rear end of the assembly shell, and the power input shaft extends out of the front end of the assembly shell and is connected with the engine through a flexible disc or a clutch.
5. The hybrid powertrain with limp home module of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the motor and the generator are integrated within an assembly housing.
6. The hybrid powertrain with limp home module of claim 4, wherein: and only the power input shaft and the oil seal on the power output shaft are arranged on the assembly shell.
