one end of the first shaft is connected with the engine through the second clutch, the other end of the first shaft is connected with the planet carrier, an output shaft of the first motor is connected with the sun gear, one end of the third shaft is connected with the second motor, the second shaft is a hollow shaft which is sleeved on the first shaft in an empty mode, and the first clutch is connected between the second shaft and the engine;
the 1-gear driving gear is fixed on the first shaft, the 2-gear driving gear is fixed on the second shaft, the outer gear ring driven gear and the 1-gear driven gear are sleeved on the third shaft in an empty mode, and the main reduction driving gear and the 2-gear driven gear are fixedly connected to the third shaft;

Optionally, the external gear ring driven gear, the first synchronizer, the 1-gear driven gear, the main reduction driving gear, the third clutch and the 2-gear driven gear are sequentially arranged along the axis of the third shaft in a direction close to the engine.
In still another aspect, the embodiment of the invention further provides a vehicle, which includes the hybrid power driving system.
The hybrid power driving system and the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention adopt multi-stage speed ratios, and can realize working modes of pure electric drive of the motor, series range-extended drive of the engine and the motor, parallel drive of the engine and the motor, direct drive of the engine and the like by controlling the engaging states of the clutches and the synchronizers. The engine can work in a region with higher fuel economy, and therefore the fuel economy of the vehicle is improved. Furthermore, the problem that the energy consumption of the existing hybrid power transmission based on the planetary gear mechanism is higher under a high-speed working condition is solved with lower cost and structure. The efficiency problem and the electric balance problem of the low-speed engine and the medium-low speed engine and the dynamic problem of the high-speed engine can be solved at the same time.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
First embodiment
As shown in fig. 1, a hybrid drive system 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes an engine 1, a first electric machine 2, a second electric machine 3, a single-row planetary gear mechanism 4, a first shaft 5, a 1-stage drive gear 6, a first clutch 7, a second clutch 8, a second shaft 9, a 2-stage drive gear 19, a third shaft 10, an outer ring gear driven gear 11, a first synchronizer 12, a 1-stage driven gear 13, a main reduction drive gear 14, a 2-stage driven gear 20, and a main reduction driven gear 15.
The single row planetary gear mechanism 4 includes a sun gear 401, a planetary gear 402, a carrier 403, and a ring gear 404. The planetary gear 402 is externally engaged with the sun gear 401, the planetary gear 402 is internally engaged with the ring gear 404, and the planetary gear 402 is rotatably supported on the carrier 403 by a pin provided on the carrier 403.
The driving and driven gear 15 is provided on a case of the differential 16. The driving and driven gear 15 rotates together with the housing of the differential 16.
One end of the first shaft 5 is connected to the crankshaft of the engine 1 via the second clutch 8, the other end of the first shaft 5 is connected to the carrier 403, and the output shaft of the first motor 2 is connected to the sun gear 401. One end of the third shaft 10 is connected with the second motor 3, the second shaft 9 is a hollow shaft which is sleeved on the first shaft 5, the second shaft 9 rotates around the first shaft 5, and the first clutch 7 is connected between the second shaft 9 and a crankshaft of the engine 1.
In the first embodiment, one end of the third shaft 10 is directly fixedly connected to or integrally formed with the output shaft of the second motor 3.
The 1-gear driving gear 6 is fixed on the first shaft 5, the 2-gear driving gear 6 is fixed on the second shaft 9, the outer gear ring driven gear 11 and the 1-gear driven gear 13 are sleeved on the third shaft 10 through a needle bearing in an empty manner, the 2-gear driven gear 20 and the main reduction driving gear 14 are fixedly connected on the third shaft 10, the first synchronizer 12 is arranged on the third shaft 10 and located between the outer gear ring driven gear 11 and the 1-gear driven gear 13, a sliding shaft sleeve of the first synchronizer 12 can slide on the third shaft 10, and the first synchronizer 12 can be selectively engaged with or disengaged from the outer gear ring driven gear 11 and the 1-gear driven gear 13. Specifically, when the first synchronizer 12 is engaged with the outer ring gear driven gear 11, the outer ring gear driven gear 11 is coupled with the third shaft 10 and rotates integrally. When the first synchronizer 12 is engaged with the 1 st-gear driven gear 13, the 1 st-gear driven gear 13 is coupled with the third shaft 10 and integrally rotates.
The 1 st gear driving gear 6 is meshed with the 1 st gear driven gear 13, the gear ring 404 is meshed with the outer gear ring driven gear, the 2 nd gear driving gear 19 is meshed with the 2 nd gear driven gear 20, and the main reduction driving gear 14 is meshed with the main reduction driven gear 15.
More preferably, the first clutch 7 and the second clutch 8 are nested with each other to form a double clutch, the single-row planetary gear mechanism 4, the 1-gear driving gear and the double clutch are sequentially arranged along the axis of the first shaft 5 in a direction close to the engine 1, the engine 1 and the first motor 2 are coaxially arranged, and the first shaft 5 and the third shaft 10 are arranged in parallel at intervals. The first electric machine 2 and the second electric machine 3 are located on the same side of the engine 1 in the axial direction.
The outer gear ring driven gear 11, the first synchronizer 12, the 1 st gear driven gear 13 and the main reduction driving gear 14 are sequentially arranged along the axis of the third shaft 10 in a direction close to the engine 1.
Second embodiment
Fig. 2 shows a hybrid drive system 100 according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which is different from the first embodiment in that the external gear ring driven gear 11, the 2 nd-gear driven gear 20, and the 1 st-gear driven gear 13 are loosely fitted on the third shaft 10, and the main reduction drive gear 14 is fixedly connected to the third shaft 10.
Another difference from the first embodiment is that the hybrid drive system 100 further includes a second synchronizer 17, the first synchronizer 12 is provided on the third shaft 10 between the outer ring gear driven gear 11 and the 1 st gear driven gear 13, and the first synchronizer 12 is selectively engageable with or disengageable from the outer ring gear driven gear 11 and the 1 st gear driven gear 13; the second synchronizer 17 is disposed on the third shaft 10 between the 2 nd driven gear 20 and the main reduction driving gear 14, and the second synchronizer 17 can be selectively engaged with or disengaged from the 2 nd driven gear 20.
The outer gear ring driven gear 11, the first synchronizer 12, the 1 st gear driven gear 13, the main reduction driving gear 14, the second synchronizer 17 and the 2 nd gear driven gear 20 are sequentially arranged along the axis of the third shaft 10 in the direction close to the engine 1.
Third embodiment
Fig. 3 shows a hybrid drive system 100 according to a third embodiment of the present invention, which is different from the first embodiment in that the hybrid drive system 100 further includes a third clutch 18, the first synchronizer 12 is disposed on the third shaft 10 and between the external gear ring driven gear 11 and the 1 st-gear driven gear 13, and the first synchronizer 12 can be selectively engaged with or disengaged from the external gear ring driven gear 11 and the 1 st-gear driven gear 13; the third clutch 18 is disposed on the third shaft 10 between the 2 nd driven gear 20 and the main reduction drive gear 14.
The external gear ring driven gear 11, the first synchronizer 12, the 1 st gear driven gear 13, the main reduction driving gear 14, the third clutch 18 and the 2 nd gear driven gear 20 are sequentially arranged along the axis of the third shaft 10 in a direction close to the engine 1.
The hybrid power driving system 100 provided in the above embodiment adopts multiple speed ratios, and can realize the working modes of pure electric motor driving, series range-extending engine and motor driving, parallel engine and motor driving, direct engine driving, and the like by controlling the engagement states of the clutch and the synchronizer. The engine can work in a region with higher fuel economy, and therefore the fuel economy of the vehicle is improved. Furthermore, the problem that the energy consumption of the existing hybrid power transmission based on the planetary gear mechanism is higher under a high-speed working condition is solved with lower cost and structure. In addition, the hybrid power driving system can simultaneously solve the problems of low-speed and medium-low-speed engine efficiency and electric balance and the problem of high-speed engine dynamic property.
In the above embodiment, there are 2 kinds of operation coupling modes of the power from the engine 1:
(1) the engine and the single-row planetary gear mechanism are coupled to work in a power mode: after passing through the double clutches, the engine 1 transmits power to the first motor 2, so that the parking power generation function of the first motor 2 can be realized; the power of the engine 1 is coupled with the first motor 2, the power can be output to the gear ring 404 and transmitted to the output shaft (the third shaft 10) through the first synchronizer 12, the rotating speed of the first motor 2 can be continuously changed, so that the steady state control of the rotating speed of the engine 1 is realized, the rotating speed output to the output shaft is adjusted, the engine can work in a region with high fuel economy, and the fuel economy of the vehicle is improved;
(2) the engine 1 and the parallel shaft gear mechanism are coupled to work in a power mode: the 2-gear driving gear 19 and the 2-gear driven gear 20 form a first group of parallel shaft gear mechanisms, the 1-gear driving gear 6 and the 1-gear driven gear 13 form a second group of parallel shaft gear mechanisms, the gear ring 404 and the outer gear ring driven gear 11 form a third group of parallel shaft gear mechanisms, and the power of the engine 1 is transmitted to the first group of parallel shaft gear mechanisms through one clutch (a first clutch 7) in double clutches, so that the power is transmitted to a power output shaft (a third shaft 10); in addition, after passing through the other clutch (second clutch 8) of the double clutches, the power of the engine 1 is transmitted to the second group of parallel shaft gear mechanisms, so that the power is transmitted to the power output shaft (third shaft 10); further, the power of the engine 1 passes through the other clutch (second clutch 8) of the double clutches, and then is transmitted to the third group of parallel shaft gears, thereby transmitting the power to the power output shaft (third shaft 10).
In the above embodiment, the first motor 2 has the following operation modes and characteristics:
a. the first motor generates electricity and works as follows: in the mode, the engine 1 drives the first motor 2 to generate electricity;
b. the first motor and the engine rotate in the same direction: the first motor 2 and the engine 1 rotate in the same direction;
c. the first motor and the engine rotate reversely: the first electric machine 2 rotates in the reverse direction of the engine 1.
In the above embodiment, the second motor 3 has the following operation modes and characteristics:
a. a second motor pure electric drive mode;
b. the second motor no-load running mode: the engine 1 directly drives the vehicle, and the second motor 3 does not participate in driving and does not generate electricity;
c. the engine drives the second motor to generate power: the engine 1 drives a vehicle and also drives the second motor 3 to generate power, the power of the engine 1 is transmitted to one group of parallel shaft gear mechanisms through one clutch (a first clutch 7 or a second clutch 8) in the double clutches and then to a power output shaft (a third shaft 10), and the second motor 3 generates power in a follow-up manner;
d. second motor and engine drive mode: the power of the engine 1 is transmitted to one group of parallel shaft gear mechanisms through one clutch (a first clutch 7 or a second clutch 8) in the double clutches and then to a power output shaft (a third shaft 10), and the engine 1 and the second motor 3 drive the vehicle simultaneously;
e. the second motor is braked, decelerated and generates power.
Fourth embodiment
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, a fourth embodiment of the invention also provides a vehicle 1000 including the hybrid drive system 100 of the above embodiment.

Claims (10)
1. A hybrid power driving system is characterized by comprising an engine, a first motor, a second motor, a first shaft, a 1-gear driving gear, a first clutch, a second shaft, a 2-gear driving gear, a third shaft, an outer gear ring driven gear, a first synchronizer, a 1-gear driven gear, a main reduction driving gear, a 2-gear driven gear, a main reduction driven gear and a single-row planetary gear mechanism;
the single-row planetary gear mechanism comprises a sun gear, a planet carrier and a gear ring;
one end of the first shaft is connected with the engine through the second clutch, the other end of the first shaft is connected with the planet carrier, an output shaft of the first motor is connected with the sun gear, one end of the third shaft is connected with the second motor, the second shaft is a hollow shaft which is sleeved on the first shaft in an empty mode, and the first clutch is connected between the second shaft and the engine;
the 1-gear driving gear is fixed on the first shaft, the 2-gear driving gear is fixed on the second shaft, the outer gear ring driven gear and the 1-gear driven gear are sleeved on the third shaft in an empty mode, the 2-gear driven gear and the main reduction driving gear are fixedly connected to the third shaft, the first synchronizer is arranged on the third shaft and is located between the outer gear ring driven gear and the 1-gear driven gear, and the first synchronizer can be selectively connected with or disconnected from the outer gear ring driven gear and the 1-gear driven gear;
the 1 st gear driving gear is meshed with the 1 st gear driven gear, the gear ring is meshed with the outer gear ring driven gear, the 2 nd gear driving gear is meshed with the 2 nd gear driven gear, and the main reduction driving gear is meshed with the main reduction driven gear.
2. The hybrid drive system of claim 1, wherein the single row planetary gear mechanism, the 1-gear drive gear, the 2-gear drive gear, the first clutch, and the second clutch are located between the engine and the first electric machine.
3. The hybrid power drive system according to claim 2, wherein the first clutch and the second clutch are nested with each other to form a double clutch, the single-row planetary gear mechanism, the 1-gear driving gear, the 2-gear driving gear and the double clutch are sequentially arranged along an axis of the first shaft in a direction close to the engine, the engine and the first motor are coaxially arranged, and the first shaft and the third shaft are arranged in parallel at intervals.
4. The hybrid drive system according to claim 1, wherein the outer ring gear driven gear, the first synchronizer, the 1 st-gear driven gear, the main reduction drive gear, and the 2 nd-gear driven gear are arranged in this order along the axis of the third shaft in a direction toward the engine.
5. A hybrid power driving system is characterized by comprising an engine, a first motor, a second motor, a first shaft, a 1-gear driving gear, a first clutch, a second shaft, a 2-gear driving gear, a third shaft, an outer gear ring driven gear, a first synchronizer, a second synchronizer, a 1-gear driven gear, a main reduction driving gear, a 2-gear driven gear, a main reduction driven gear and a single-row planetary gear mechanism;
the single-row planetary gear mechanism comprises a sun gear, a planet carrier and a gear ring;
one end of the first shaft is connected with the engine through the second clutch, the other end of the first shaft is connected with the planet carrier, an output shaft of the first motor is connected with the sun gear, one end of the third shaft is connected with the second motor, the second shaft is a hollow shaft which is sleeved on the first shaft in an empty mode, and the first clutch is connected between the second shaft and the engine;
the 1-gear driving gear is fixed on the first shaft, the 2-gear driving gear is fixed on the second shaft, the outer gear ring driven gear, the 2-gear driven gear and the 1-gear driven gear are sleeved on the third shaft in an empty mode, and the main reduction driving gear is fixedly connected to the third shaft;
the first synchronizer is arranged on the third shaft and is positioned between the external gear ring driven gear and the 1 st gear driven gear, and the first synchronizer can be selectively connected with or disconnected from the external gear ring driven gear and the 1 st gear driven gear; the second synchronizer is arranged on the third shaft and is positioned between the 2 nd-gear driven gear and the main reduction driving gear, and the second synchronizer can be selectively engaged with or disengaged from the 2 nd-gear driven gear;
the 1 st gear driving gear is meshed with the 1 st gear driven gear, the gear ring is meshed with the outer gear ring driven gear, the 2 nd gear driving gear is meshed with the 2 nd gear driven gear, and the main reduction driving gear is meshed with the main reduction driven gear.
6. The hybrid power drive system according to claim 5, wherein the first clutch and the second clutch are nested with each other to form a double clutch, the single-row planetary gear mechanism, the 1-gear driving gear, the 2-gear driving gear and the double clutch are sequentially arranged along an axis of the first shaft in a direction close to the engine, the engine and the first motor are coaxially arranged, and the first shaft and the third shaft are arranged in parallel at intervals.
7. A hybrid power driving system is characterized by comprising an engine, a first motor, a second motor, a first shaft, a 1-gear driving gear, a first clutch, a second shaft, a 2-gear driving gear, a third shaft, an outer gear ring driven gear, a first synchronizer, a third clutch, a 1-gear driven gear, a main reduction driving gear, a 2-gear driven gear, a main reduction driven gear and a single-row planetary gear mechanism;
the single-row planetary gear mechanism comprises a sun gear, a planet carrier and a gear ring;
one end of the first shaft is connected with the engine through the second clutch, the other end of the first shaft is connected with the planet carrier, an output shaft of the first motor is connected with the sun gear, one end of the third shaft is connected with the second motor, the second shaft is a hollow shaft which is sleeved on the first shaft in an empty mode, and the first clutch is connected between the second shaft and the engine;
the 1-gear driving gear is fixed on the first shaft, the 2-gear driving gear is fixed on the second shaft, the outer gear ring driven gear and the 1-gear driven gear are sleeved on the third shaft in an empty mode, and the main reduction driving gear and the 2-gear driven gear are fixedly connected to the third shaft;
the first synchronizer is arranged on the third shaft and is positioned between the external gear ring driven gear and the 1 st gear driven gear, and the first synchronizer can be selectively connected with or disconnected from the external gear ring driven gear and the 1 st gear driven gear; the third clutch is arranged on the third shaft and is positioned between the 2-gear driven gear and the main reduction driving gear;
the 1 st gear driving gear is meshed with the 1 st gear driven gear, the gear ring is meshed with the outer gear ring driven gear, the 2 nd gear driving gear is meshed with the 2 nd gear driven gear, and the main reduction driving gear is meshed with the main reduction driven gear.
8. The hybrid drive system according to claim 7, wherein the first clutch and the second clutch are nested with each other to form a dual clutch, the single-row planetary gear mechanism, the 1-gear driving gear, the 2-gear driving gear and the dual clutch are sequentially arranged along an axis of the first shaft in a direction close to the engine, the engine and the first motor are coaxially arranged, and the first shaft and the third shaft are arranged in parallel at intervals.
9. The hybrid drive system according to claim 7, wherein the external ring gear driven gear, the first synchronizer, the 1 st-gear driven gear, the main reduction driving gear, the third clutch, and the 2 nd-gear driven gear are arranged in this order along an axis of the third shaft in a direction toward the engine.
10. A vehicle characterized by comprising the hybrid drive system of any one of claims 1 to 9.
