技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于包装的、可重新密封的封装件，具体地涉及具有包装完整性指示器的这种可重新密封的封装件。 
背景技术
某些用于食品(如，小甜点及其他点心)的容器一般包括外面的包装材料。在一种容器中，包装材料包围用作容纳食品并保护食品不被破坏的托盘的框架。其它食品被包装在塑料托盘中，如利用某种盖子材料来密封顶端的热成型托盘。在食品容器罩技术领域中的一项最新的进步包括在美国专利US 6918532 (在下文中称为“532专利”)中公开的可重新封装件，此处结合其作为参考，该文献公开了形成容器顶端的包装材料，该容器的顶端具有由可重新密封的板条覆盖的进口。

发明内容
本发明通常涉及一种用于容器的可重新密封的封装件，其中通过当初次打开可重新密封的封装件时破裂和/或产生可听见的声音的结构来指示包装完整性。

有利的是，内部薄膜层12共同延伸且粘合地结合在外部薄膜层13上。在制造包装10期间，通过第一破裂线20而不是破裂线23在第一内部薄膜层12的侧面上冲切第一内部薄膜层12，该第一破裂线包括图1中的所有虚线。通过第三破裂线21和冲模割口25在外部薄膜层13的侧面上冲切外部薄膜层13。在美国专利申请文献U.S.2005/0276525中公开了内部和外部破裂线，在此结合作为参考。 
第一破裂线20形成为连续的破裂线，以限定第一板条22。第一破裂线20还限定出多条长条50、52、54。第二破裂线23形成第二板条42，该第二板条还用来指示包装完整性。 
第一板条22可以从内部薄膜12的其余部分上分离开，以露出开口24，在破裂长条50、52、54破裂后(图2a、2b)利用该开口可以存取包装中容纳的物品。各长条50、52、54是一体化地结合的，并保持附着到内层12的其余部分上，该其余部分包括各长条部分50a、52a、54a处的上表面14，并且长条50、52、54的一部分分别在长条部分50b、52b、54b保持一体化地附着在第一板条22上。各长条50、52、54在部分50c、52c 54c处分别具有由逐渐变窄的长条宽度限定的削弱部分。该变窄部分50c、52c、54c为相应的长条50、52、54形成脆弱的区域，由此，相应的长条在初次打开封装件11时在变窄的部分50c、52c、54c处破裂。 
长条部分50b、52b、54b分别在长条端部50d、52d、54d处一体化结合到第一板条22上。有利的是，第一破裂线20按平行的“u”字形状形成了长条端部50d、52d、54d，其有助于确保长条50、52、54不会在长条端部50d、52d、54d处破裂并保持一体化地结合到第一板条22上，并且允许长条50、52、54分别在变弱的窄条部分50c、52c、54c处破裂。 
如在497的申请中所详细描述的，甚至在打开包装之后第二板条42在端部44处保持一体化结合到内部薄膜层12上，并且第二板条42的其余部分落入到开口24中。 
第三破裂线21限定出外部薄膜层13的密封板条26，并且切口25在密封板条26中限定出多个调整片部分27。密封板条26延伸过靠近开口24的第一破裂线20和第二破裂线23的周边，以便密封板条26完全覆盖并延伸过第一板条22、长条50、52、54和第二板条42的周边。结果，密封板条26完全覆盖第一板条22、长条50、52、54和第二板条42。 
在面对内部薄膜层12 (包括调整片部分27)的密封板条26的侧面上涂上可撕开的粘合剂28 (参见图2a、2b)，以便密封板条26在邻近第一板条22的部分处可撕开地固定到内部薄膜层12上，并且以便调整片部分27永久地保持附着到内部薄膜层12上。 
备选地，或与可撕开的粘合剂28一起，可以沿第一板条22的外部周边将可撕开的粘着剂涂抹在内部薄膜层12上。可撕开的粘着剂可以是允许再密封的任何压敏胶，并且包括(但不限于)在美国专利申请U.S.11/029626中公开的粘合剂，在此结合作为参考。密封板条26具有未涂抹粘合剂28的调整片30或其他拉柄，以便可以将密封板条26从内部薄膜层12上向后剥开以打开包装10。 
有利的是，密封板条26具有透明窗口部分29，在包装10被初次打开之前，该窗口部分位于内部薄膜层12的第二板条42的上，以允许在包装10被初次打开之前可视地观察到所粘合的第二板条42，并且在包装10已经被打开之后观察到附着在密封板条26上的第二板条42，以显示如497申请中所描述的包装完整性。 
现在具体参见图2a、2b和图3，通过抓住调整片30且按箭头33 (图2a、2b)所标记的剥开方向剥开密封板条26来打开包装10。当初次剥开密封板条26时，第一板条22沿第一薄膜层的破裂线20被从内部薄膜层12 (包括第二板条42和长条50、52、54的一部分)的其余部分上分开。长条部分50a、52a、54a保持一体化地附着到内部薄膜层12的其余部分上，并且长条部分50b、52b、54b保持一体化地附着到第一板条22 (图3)。此外，调整片部分27从密封板条26上分离，并且由于粘着剂28而保持附着到内部薄膜层12，从而在密封板条26上形成孔32 (图2和图3)。 
如图2a所示，开始当打开封装件11时，长条部分50a、52a、54a从密封板条26上分离而长条部分50b、52b、54b保持附着到密封板条26上。当剥开密封板条26时，在某些点处，长条52优选地在变窄长条部分52c处首先破裂，而长条50和54保持完整无损(图2a)。当长条52破裂时，产生了可听见的声音(如啪哒声)。如图2a和图2b所示，长条可以间隔开小于所容纳物质(例如在图2a和2b所图示的饼干58)的最大尺寸的距离，以便实际上在长条52破裂之前，长条之间的间距太小而不能移动饼干58。 
更进一步在箭头33的方向拉拔密封板条26以更进一步打开封装件11并且最后长条50和54分别在窄带材部分50c、54c处破裂。当各长条破裂时，出现可听见的声音(如啪哒声)。有利的是，长条变窄部分50c、54c位于沿长条50、54的对应的相同位置上，以便长条50和54同时破裂，从而产生统一或单独的可听见的声音。因为长条52在长条50、54之前破裂，所以产生两声可听见的声音，一个声音是当长条52破裂时产生，第二个声音是当长条50和54同时破裂时产生。 
包装完整性通过结合若干新颖特征的封装件11显示。包装完整性由人们可以观察到的整体结合的长条50、52、54的完好性来可视地显示，有利的是，在允许人们取出容纳物质前将封装件11打开足够大时长条50、52、54破裂，从而显示包装完整性的。更进一步，包装完整性由长条破裂时产生的可听见的声音来显示，凭该可听见的声音显示包装初次被打开。 
此外，包装完整性由密封板条26的一部分34的可见标记(其图示为加黑的字"SEALED")和横跨一部分板条22的内部薄膜层12的一部分36的可见标记(其图示为灰色的)来显示，在封装件11被初次打开前(图1)可以通过窗口部分29来观察该横跨一部分板条22的内部薄膜层12的一部分36的可见标记，并且中间部分的字“SEALED”具有空隙46，因为第二板条42在包装被初次打开前在位并且是完好的，所以存在该空隙，中间部分的单词此刻落入到包装中且在空隙区46中是不可见的。因此，在封装件已经被打开并重新密封后(图4)空隙区46图示为未被遮蔽的。 
更进一步，因为密封板条26通常未返回到其准确的起始位置上，反而却相对于其起始位置稍微有些未对准，在密封板条26已经被打开并重新密封之后(图4)，包装完整性由密封板条的孔32与调整片部分25的该未对准表示。 
参见图5，与图1至图4的实施例的元件相似的元件的附图标记增加100。包装110包括形成侧面116和端部61、62的热成形托盘60。包括内部薄膜层112和外部薄膜层113的双层薄膜材料密封到热成形托盘60的凸缘63上。与包装10相似，向后拉拔调整片130来将密封板条126从外部薄膜层113上分开并且将第一板条122从内部薄膜层112、长条150、152、154部分和第二板条142上分开。在包装110已经被初次打开后，长条150、152、154在窄带材部分150c、152c、154c处破裂，当破裂时产生可听见的声音并提供包装完整性状况的可见标记，表示包装已经如图5所示地被预先打开。 
包装110可应用于不同的食品(诸如干酪、肉片等)。此外，包装110可以用于半固体物品(诸如布丁和酸奶酪)。虽然包装110被描述成具有矩形的形状，但是包装110可以具有任何形状。包括圆柱形和不规则形状。 
内部和外部薄膜层112、113可以由与薄膜层12、13的材料相同的材料形成，该材料包括聚丙烯、聚乙烯、玻璃纸或任何其他适用于形成包装外壳的聚合材料。 
现在参见图6至图8，与图1至图4中相似的元件的附图标记增加200。密封板条226具有透明窗口部分229，在包装210被初次打开之前该窗口部分位于内部薄膜层212的上面，其允许人们在初次打开包装210之前可视地观察所粘合的长条254。与包装10相似，向后拉拔调整片230以将密封板条226从外部薄膜层213上分开并将第一板条222从内部薄膜层212和长条250、252和254部分上分开。在包装210被初次打开以后，长条250、252、254在窄带材部分250c、252c、254c处破裂，当破裂时产生可听见的声音，并且如图7所示提供包装完整性状况的可见标记，其显示包装已经被预先打开过。此外，包装完整性状况由包装210被打开后附着到密封板条226上的长条254部分的消失来证明。 
现在具体地参照图8，在封装件211被初次打开之前(图6)，包装完整性状况还由密封板条226的部分234的可见标记来显示，该可见标记图示为加黑的字“SEALED”，具有空隙246的字"SEALED"的中间部分此刻落入到包装中并且在空隙246中不可见，因为在包装被初次打开之前长条254在位并且是完好的，所以存在该空隙。因此，在封装件已经被打开并重新密封后(图8)空隙246图示为未被遮蔽。此外，类似于包装10，在密封板条226按与包装10类似的方式被打开并重新密封之后(图8)，包装完整性的状况由密封板条的孔232与调整片部分225的轻微未对准来显示。现在参见图9和图10，根据另一实施例，包装310具有位于开口324的中间部分处的单个长条352。包装310设计成容纳单排食品(诸如小甜点358)。

破裂线323a和323b分别形成一对完整标记板342a、342b。如在497申请中所详细描述的，当包装310被初次打开时，甚至在包装310被打开之后，板条342a、342b的其余部分落入到开口324中后，板条342a、342b在端部344a、344b上保持一体化结合到内部薄膜层312上。 
包装310包括带有一对透明窗口部分329a、329b的密封板条326，在包装310被初次打开之前，该窗口部分分别位于内部薄膜层312的板条342a、342b上。该透明窗口329a、329b允许人们在包装310被初次打开之前可视地观察所粘合的板条342a、342b，并且在包装310被打开以后观察到附着到密封板条326上的密封板条342a、342b的消失，以显示包装完整性状况。 
一旦包装310被打开并重新密封，则包装完整性状况由以类似于包装10中第二板条42附着的方式附着到密封板条326上的板条342a、342b的消失来证明。此外，类似于包装10，在密封板条326被打开并重新密封之后(图10)，包装完整性状况可通过密封板条的孔332与调整片部分325的未对准而观察到。更进一步，当包装310被初次打开时，包装完整性的状况由当长条352破裂时产生的可听见的声音来提供。 
本发明具体地图示了带有三排食品(诸如小甜点)及三个长条、单排食品(如，小甜点)及单个长条的实施例。应当理解，本发明适合于具有多排食品的包装，其中可以按需要(考虑食品排数、包装的宽度和所希望的长条的空间)来选择长条的数量。同样，不同尺寸的包装可以使用任何所希望的窗口数，而无论这种窗口位于第二或第三板条上还是位于一个或多个长条上。此外，可以按包装的横排来布置食品，或可以根本就没有排，诸如对于花生。在任何这些布置中，本发明可以包括任何适当数量的长条和/或任何适当的数量的密封窗口。 
这对本领域的技术人员来说，显然本发明的包装完整性特征优于现有技术中的防盗盖或包装完整性特征。 

Claims (20)

1.一种包装完整性部件，包括∶
容器的封装件，其具有带有固定部分和活动部分的薄膜包装材料；和
与所述封装件相关联的结构，所述结构连接所述封装件的固定部分和活动部分，所述结构被构造成在初次打开所述封装件时破裂以便因此指示所述容器已经被打开，所述结构包括长条，所述长条由所述薄膜包装材料中的切口限定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装完整性部件，其特征在于，所述长条包括削弱部分。
3.根据权利要求2所述的包装完整性部件，其特征在于，所述削弱部分包括所述长条的变窄部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的包装完整性部件，其特征在于，所述结构包括多个长条。
5.根据权利要求4所述的包装完整性部件，其特征在于，所述多个长条被构造成在初次打开所述封装件时在不同的时间破裂，以便因此在不同的时间产生可听见的声音。
6.根据权利要求4所述的包装完整性部件，其特征在于，所述多个长条被构造成在初次打开所述封装件时接连地破裂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的包装完整性部件，其特征在于，所述封装件的固定部分包括封装件的顶部，且所述封装件的活动部分包括挡板。
8.根据权利要求1所述的包装完整性部件，其特征在于还包括设置在所述封装件的活动部分上的密封板条。
9.根据权利要求8所述的包装完整性部件，其特征在于，所述密封板条包括在初次打开所述封装件之前位于所述结构上的透明窗口部分。
10.根据权利要求9所述的包装完整性部件，其特征在于，所述结构被保持完好表示所述封装件没有被打开，而所述结构被分离表示所述封装件已经预先被打开。
11.一种具有完整性封装件的包装，包括：
薄膜顶端，其具有进口、固定部分和活动部分，所述活动部分被构造成覆盖所述进口；
与所述封装件相关联的结构，所述结构连接所述封装件的固定部分和活动部分并且被构造成在初次打开所述封装件时破裂以指示所述包装已经被预先打开，所述结构包括长条，所述长条由所述薄膜顶端中的切口限定。
12.根据权利要求11所述的包装，其特征在于还包括密封板条，所述密封板条覆盖所述活动部分并在所述进口周围密封式接合所述顶端以最初地密封所述包装并且随后重新密封所述顶端。
13.根据权利要求12所述的包装，其特征在于，所述密封板条包括至少一调整片部分，所述调整片部分在初次打开所述封装件时从所述密封板条上分离开，并且保持附着到所述顶端上，从而在所述密封板条上形成孔，以便在重新密封所述密封板条与顶端时使所述孔与所述调整片部分未对准。
14.根据权利要求12所述的包装，其特征在于，所述密封板条包括在初次打开所述封装件之前位于所述结构上的透明窗口部分。
15.根据权利要求11所述的包装，其特征在于，所述结构被构造成在破裂时产生可听见的声音。
16.根据权利要求11所述的包装，其特征在于，所述长条包括削弱部分。
17.根据权利要求11所述的包装，其特征在于，所述结构包括多个长条。
18.根据权利要求17所述的包装，其特征在于，所述多个长条被构造成在初次打开所述封装件时在不同的时间破裂，以便因此在不同的时间产生可听见的声音。
19.根据权利要求17所述的包装，其特征在于，所述长条相互间隔开使得在所述长条破裂之前，所述长条之间的间距足够小，以使所述包装中的物品不能在相邻的所述长条之间从所述包装中取出来。
20.根据权利要求17所述的包装，其特征在于，所述多个长条被构造成在初次打开所述封装件时接连地破裂。
