Abstract

本发明涉及一种铁轨紧固扣件。
背景技术
专利文献WO93/12294、WO93/12295和WO93/12296(都是本申请人申请的)公开了一种铁轨紧固系统,在该系统中,铁轨紧固扣件横置于铁轨上、由扣件锚定装置(肩形件)支撑于“预装配”或“停放”位置,在该预装配位置中,所述扣件的尖端不与铁轨接触。这使得可在工厂中将扣件预载于铁路枕木上,使所述扣件被支撑于所述预装配位置,这样,当枕木被运送到指定地点时,一旦放置好铁轨,就可将所述扣件简单地推到位。此外,当需要支撑铁轨或侧柱绝缘子(位于铁轨和锚定装置之间)时,可将所述扣件推离所述铁轨、重新推入所述预装配位置,或进一步推入一个“绝缘子变动位置”,在该位置,所述扣件不搁在所述侧柱绝缘子上,因此不需要将所述扣件从所述锚定装置处完全撤出。这种扣件有时被称为“开关式扣件”。这种紧固系统被证明非常成功,但申请人还是希望能在其制造和使用方面作些改进。
专利文献WO93/12294、WO93/12295和WO93/12296公开了一种弹性铁轨紧固扣件,可以将铁轨紧固至下面的路基,该紧固扣件可以从一个非工作状态偏转到至少一个工作状态,该至少一个工作状态中所述扣件的尖端压在铁轨上,其中所述扣件由弹性材料棒制成,并且从棒的A端起至棒的B端分别为:首先是笔直的部分,随后为弯曲的第二部分,之后第三部分,然后为形成扣件尖端的U形第四部分,之后第五部分,以及最后的笔直的第七部分。所述扣件的第一部分和第七部分形成腿部,当扣件处于非工作状态时该腿部的纵轴处于第一平面,当从与所述第一平面的垂直方向观察所述扣件时,第三部分和第五部分处于第一部分和第七部分之间。在现有技术中,在非工作状态中,所述扣件的第三部分、第四部分和第五部分处于与第一平面倾斜的第二平面,而当扣件处于工作状态时,所述第三部分、第四部分和第五部分处于第三平面,其中第二平面与第一平面相同,并隔开相互平行。尽管如此,还是需要降低扣件的制造成本。
发明内容
因此,根据本发明,与上述现有技术的扣件不同,当扣件处于非工作状态时,所述第二部分、第三部分、第四部分、第五部分和第六部分的纵轴处于第一平面,而当扣件处于所述至少一个工作状态时,所述第三部分、第四部分和第五部分的纵轴处于第二平面,所述第一部分和第七部分的纵轴处于第三平面,所述第二平面和第三平面彼此不相互平行。
当不使用时,该扣件为平直的,并且与其他形状的类似扣件相比,具有较好的疲劳特性,并且达到同样的尖端负载下,制造所需的材料较少。
优选地,所述扣件为M形,M的内脚的连接区形成扣件的尖端,M的外脚形成扣件的腿部。
更优选地,所述扣件设置有扣件固定机构,以防止扣件无意地从铁轨退出。扣件固定机构也可以将所述扣件保持在预装配位置,在该预装配位置上所述扣件没有压在铁轨上。所述扣件固定机构可以设置在所述扣件的所述腿部。
优选地,所述扣件的表面上设置有防护涂层,除了扣件的所述尖端外;该尖端将与所述扣件承载的绝缘件接触,以使扣件与铁轨电绝缘。如果扣件的尖端(该尖端随后将被尖端绝缘体覆盖)没有涂层,那么吸取尖端绝缘体的所需的力增加,并且进一步减少了使用中的松动可能性。

具体实施方式
根据本发明实施例的铁轨紧固扣件3如图1A至1C所示。铁轨扣件2由钢棒制成,并弯曲成:从棒的A端至B端,首先是形成扣件一个脚的平直第一部分31,随后为弯曲的第二部分32,该第二部分32弯成超过180°,随后,第三部分33,弯曲超过180°并形成扣件尖端的第四部分34,随后为镜像第三部分33的形状的第五部分35,之后为镜像第二部分32的形状的第六部分36,以及形成扣件另一脚的第七部分37。因此,如图7A所示,扣件可以认为是M形。棒的自由端A和B具有斜面37a,当扣件3压在铁轨上时,该斜面处于脚的顶面,有助于扣件插入锚定装置中。所述扣件3上还形成有用于与所述突起110A、110B配合、以保持所述扣件3的止动机构38,该止动机构38位于扣件3的顶面上、邻近所述末端A、B,所述突起110A、110B形成于所述锚定装置1的所述壁10上。所述止动机构38具有两个相向倾斜、彼此隔开的表面,该两个表面分别界定了所述扣件相对于所述锚定装置1的预装配位置和绝缘子变动位置。
虽然图1A至1C中没有表示出,但从图2A至2F中可以看出,使用中的扣件3的尖端部分34通常装载有尖端绝缘体34a,用于使扣件3和铁轨绝缘。所述尖端绝缘体34a还覆盖了所述扣件3的第三部分33和第五部分35的一部分。为了降低无意中将所述尖端绝缘体34a从所述扣件3移开的可能性,可不将会与所述尖端绝缘体34a接触的所述尖端部分34、第三部分33和第五部分35涂上涂料,而将扣件的其它部分都涂上涂料。
当扣件3处于非工作状态即无压力结构时,扣件的所有部分的纵轴位于同一平面P上,也即此时所述扣件是平的。
如图1C所示,当通过将扣件推入锚定装置1中、使扣件3进入工作状态时,扣件3的腿部31、37被向下推离所述第一平面P、进入第二平面Q,而扣件3的第三、第四和第五部分33、34、35被向上推离所述平面P、进入第三平面R,所述平面P、Q、R彼此不平行。
与申请人的现有技术开关式扣件相比,根据本发明实施例的扣件可以由14mm直径的棒制成,取代现有技术中的15mm。另外,在平面图中,扣件较小,缩短了10mm,并缩窄了10mm。上述扣件可以形成半径较小的扣件拱形,特别是扣件尖端处半径较小,以及较小直径,扣件的重量明显减轻。同样,扣件也是工作在较高压力水平。扣件起初可以制造成某些外形,随后冷固使之返回平直形状(也就是,当冷却时碾压而发生永久变形)。
图2A至2F展示了使用上述元件的铁轨紧固组件。用于紧固铁轨5的铁轨紧固组件包括:实施了本发明的第一至第三个方面的锚定装置1,铁轨紧固扣件3,封板2以及轨下垫板4。虽然图2A~2F中未表示出,但使用时最好轨头两侧都由所述组件进行紧固,且茎部1B和脚部1C均埋在混凝土枕木6中。所述封板2也被埋入混凝土枕木6中,使得封板2的顶面与枕木6的顶面平齐。如图2A或2B所示,通过将扣件腿部31、37的倾斜自由端A、B导入封板2的扣件座突起25的顶面25a与锚定装置1的壁10的外表面上的第一突起110A之间的间隙、同时将套有尖端绝缘体34a的扣件3的尖端部分34推入所述锚定装置的壁10的内表面之间的空间,可将所述扣件3推入所述锚定装置1中,这样,扣件3的所述尖端部分34通过所述尖端绝缘体34a压在锚定装置1的斜坡140上,而所述突起110A被定位于扣件腿部31、37的所述止动机构38内,且突起110A与止动机构38的后表面接触。这一位置被称为“预装配”或“停放”位置,在该位置,所述扣件并不压在所述铁轨5上,而是放在垫板4的侧柱绝缘子部分46的搁板47上。所述腿部31、37的朝下部分搁在所述扣件座突起25的顶面25a上。
如图2C和2D所示,可将所述扣件3从预装配位置(第一工作位置)推入第二工作位置,在该第二工作位置,扣件3的尖端部分34撑在轨脚5上,壁10上的第二突起110B与扣件3的腿部37、37的止动机构38啮合,同时扣件3的第二部分32和第六部分36(后端部分)撑在所述扣件座突起25的顶面25a上。所述扣件覆在轨下垫板4的侧柱绝缘子部分46的搁板47上。如果为了移动铁轨、或在铁轨上作业需要,所述扣件可从所述第二工作位置退回到所述预装配位置,或进一步退回到“绝缘子变动”位置,在该位置,所述止动机构38的前表面与所述突起110A接触,而所述扣件3没有覆在垫板4的侧柱绝缘子部分46的搁板47上。
安装扣件3时,将扣件3的尖端部分34通过锚定装置1中央的斜坡140向上推,同时将腿部31、37向下推,从而使所述扣件打开。这使得所述组件可比现有技术中可能达到的更低一点。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于将铁轨固定至下面地基的弹性铁轨紧固扣件,其特征在于:所述扣件(3)可从非工作状态偏转至至少一个工作状态,该工作状态中所述扣件(3)的尖端(34)压在铁轨上,所述扣件(3)由弹性材料棒制成,且所述扣件(3)从所述弹性材料棒的A端至B端,首先为平直第一部分(31),随后为弯曲的第二部分(32),接着为第三部分(33),然后为构成所述扣件尖端的U形的第四部分(34),随后为第五部分(35),接着是弯曲的第六部分(36),最后是平直的第七部分(37),所述第一和第七部分(31、37)构成腿部,当所述扣件(3)处于非工作状态时该腿部的纵轴处于第一平面,并且当扣件(3)从垂直于所述第一平面(P)处观察时,所述第三部分(33)和第五部分(35)处于所述第一部分(31)和所述第七部分(37)之间,其中,当所述扣件(3)处于非工作状态时,所述第二部分(32)、第三部分(33)、第四部分(34)、第五部分(35)和第六部分(36)的纵轴也处于所述第一平面(P),并且当所述扣件处于所述至少一个工作状态时,所述第三部分(33)、第四部分(34)、第五部分(35)的纵轴处于第二平面(R),所述第一部分(31)和所述第七部分(37)的纵轴处于第三平面(Q),所述第二平面(R)和所述第三平面(Q)彼此相互不平行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扣件,其特征在于:所述扣件(3)为M形,连接M的内脚的区域形成所述扣件的所述尖端(34),M的外脚(31、37)形成所述扣件的所述腿部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的扣件,其特征在于:所述扣件(3)设置有防止扣件(3)从铁轨无意识地退出的扣件固定机构(38)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的扣件,其特征在于:所述扣件(3)设置有防止扣件(3)从铁轨无意识地退出的扣件固定机构(38)。
5.根据以上权利要求3或4所述的扣件,其特征在于:所述扣件固定机构(38)也可以将所述扣件(3)保持在预装配位置,该预装配位置上所述扣件(3)未压在所述铁轨上。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的扣件,其特征在于:所述扣件固定机构(38)设置在所述扣件的所述腿部(31、37)上。
7.根据权利要求5所述的扣件,其特征在于:所述扣件固定机构(38)设置在所述扣件的所述腿部(31、37)上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的扣件,其特征在于:除了所述扣件(3)的所述尖端(34)的将与所述扣件承载的绝缘体接触的部分外,所述扣件(3)的其余表面上设置有保护涂层,其中所述绝缘体使所述扣件与所述铁轨之间电绝缘。
9.一种铁轨紧固组件,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求3所述的铁轨紧固扣件(3),以及用于固定所述铁轨紧固扣件(3)的锚定装置(1),其中所述锚定装置(1)设置有用于与所述扣件(3)上的所述扣件固定机构(38)一起将所述扣件(3)固定在所述锚定装置(1)内的扣件配合机构(11)。
