Claims (18)
- 鉄道レール固定用のスイッチオン/スイッチオフクリップ(3)を保持するために使用する固定装置であって、
クリップ(3)は、不動作形態から、クリップ(3)の爪先部分(34)が鉄道レールを支持する、少なくとも1つの動作形態へと偏向することができ、クリップ(3)は、ロッドの片端Aからロッドの他端Bへ前進して、まず、実質的に直線状である第1の部分(31)と、次に、実質的に屈曲した第2の部分(32)と、次に、第3の部分(33)と、次に、実質的にU字形であり、クリップの爪先部分を形成している第4の部分(34)と、次に、第5の部分(35)と、次に、実質的に屈曲した第6の部分(36)と、最後に、実質的に直線状である第7の部分(37)とを有するように形成された弾性材料のロッドから形成され、第3と第5との部分(33,35)は、第1と第7との部分(31,37)の間に配置され、
固定装置(1)は、2つの相互に結合されて間隔を隔てた壁(10)を備え、固定装置(1)が使用されているとき、これらの壁(10)の間に、保持されるべきクリップ(3)の一部分が保持され、さらに、前記壁(10)によって支持され、接触領域(110A,110B)を形成するクリップ係合手段(11)を備え、クリップ(3)が鉄道のレールを支持するとき、固定装置(1)は、接触領域(110A,110B)において、保持されるべきレールクリップ(3)の第1の部分(31)及び第7の部分(37)と係合し、クリップ(3)が通常の動作においてレールを支持しているとき、固定装置(1)は、固定装置(1)の任意の他の領域においてはクリップ(3)と係合せず、固定装置(1)が鉄道のレールに隣接して使用される、動作方位にあるとき、固定装置(1)を上から見たとき、固定装置(1)における接触領域(110A,110B)は見えず、固定装置(1)が前記動作方位にあるとき、固定装置(1)を下から見たとき、固定装置(1)における接触領域(110A,110B)が見えることを特徴とする固定装置。 - 装置(1)が使用されているとき、装置(1)におけるすべての前記接触領域(110A,110B)は、レールの軸線に対して垂直にレール足部の平面において測定したとき、レールの足部の縁から、実質的に同一の水平距離に存在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定装置。
- 装置(1)は、クリップ(3)が使用されているとき、下向きを向いたクリップ部分の表面と係合する特徴又は表面をなんら有することがないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定装置。
- 前記壁(10)は相互に結合され、そのための結合部分(14)は、片端から前記壁(10)との間に延びた部分を有し、これは、装置が使用されているとき、鉄道のレールに最も近く、その他端に向かい、下向きに傾斜した方向に延びる上部表面を有し、固定装置(1)に押し込まれて保持されるべき前記鉄道レール固定クリップ(3)の部分を偏向させるための斜面(140)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の固定装置。
- 前記結合部分(14)は、別の部分(12)を有し、これは、壁(10)の前記片端の間に延びて、前記上部表面の下に、ベアリング面(12)を形成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の固定装置。
- 前記ベアリング面(12)の高さは、前記壁(10)の高さに比べて、低くなっていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の固定装置。
- 前記結合部分(14)の壁(10)の前記片端における高さは、前記壁(10)の高さのおよそ半分の高さであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の固定装置。
- 前記斜面(140)を形成している結合部分(14)における前記部分は、側縁に沿って、前記壁(10)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項4乃至7の何れか1項に記載の固定装置。
- 装置(1)は、前記クリップ係合手段(11)と、装置(1)の頭部(1A)の下方に下向きに延びた軸(100)とを備え、装置(1)をコンクリート製枕木に結合するために使用されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の固定装置。
- 前記軸(100)は、頭部(1A)の第1の端部に配置され、この第1の端部は、装置(1)が使用されているとき、鉄道レールに隣接していることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の固定装置。
- 軸(100)は、およそY字形であって、Y字形の上端を形成している軸(100)の一部分は、装置(1)の頭部(1A)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の固定装置。
- 装置(1)の頭部(1A)の下側から下向きに延びている、少なくとも1つの突起部(1C)をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項9、10、又は11に記載の固定装置。
- 前記又はそれぞれの突起部(1C)は、第1の端部とは反対側の頭部(1A)における第2の端部に又はその付近に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の固定装置。
- 前記軸(100)と前記頭部(1A)の下側との間に延在している、少なくとも1つのウェブ(1D)が存在していることを特徴とする請求項10乃至13の何れか1項に記載の固定装置。
- 弾性的な鉄道レール固定クリップ(3)と請求項1乃至14の何れか1項に記載の固定装置(1)とを有する鉄道レール固定組立体であって、クリップ(3)における第1と第7との部分(31,37)は、脚部部分を形成し、脚部部分の長手軸線は、クリップ(3)が不動作形態にあるとき、実質的に第1の平面(P)にあり、クリップを前記第1の平面(P)に対して垂直な方向から見たとき、第3と第5との部分(33,35)は、第1と第7との部分(31,37)の間にあるように現れ、クリップ(3)が不動作形態にあるとき、第2の、第3の、第4の、第5の、及び第6の部分(32〜36)における長手軸線は、実質的に前記第1の平面(P)にあり、クリップ(3)が前記少なくとも1つの動作形態にあるとき、第3の、第4の、及び第5の部分(33〜35)における長手軸線は、実質的に第2の平面(R)にあり、第1の及び第7の部分(31,37)における長手軸線は、実質的に第3の平面(Q)にあり、第2の及び第3の平面(R,Q)は互いに非平行であり、クリップ(3)は、クリップ(3)がレールから意図せずに引っ込むことを阻止するクリップ保持手段(38)を備え、固定装置(1)は、前記クリップ(3)の前記クリップ保持手段(38)と協働して、前記クリップ(3)を前記固定装置(1)の内部に保持するクリップ協働手段(110A,110B)を備えていることを特徴とする組立体。
- 前記クリップ(3)は、平面視において、実質的にM字形であり、M字形の内側の脚部を結合している領域は、前記爪先部分(34)を形成し、M字形の外側の脚部は、クリップ(3)における前記脚部部分(31,37)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の組立体。
- 前記クリップ保持手段は、クリップ(3)がレールに支承しない、プリアセンブリ位置に、クリップ(3)を保持するように動作可能であることを特徴とする請求項15又は16に記載の組立体。
- 前記クリップ保持手段(38)は、クリップ(3)における前記脚部部分に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項15、16、又は17に記載の組立体。
