São descritos pós de tântalo pobres em álcali e flúor com um tamanho de partículas primárias de 150 até 300 nm e um tamanho de partículas secundárias definidas pela sinterização das partículas primárias superior a 5Ám, das quais mediante sinterização 1200°C durante 10 minutos e formação a 16 V são obteníveis condensadores com uma carga específica de 80 000 até 120 000 ÁFV/g com uma corrente restante inferior a 5 nA/ÁFV.
