Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM RECIPIENTE EQUIPADO COM UMA ABERTURA DE COMPENSAçãO DE PRESSãO, E RECIPIENTE FABRICADO DE ACORDO COM ESSE PROCESSO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de um recipiente (1) constituído de um recipiente externo (2), de um saco interno (3) disposto nesse recipiente, e de uma abertura de compensação de pressão (10) disposta no recipiente externo (2) e a um recipiente (1) fabricado de acordo com esse processo, sendo que em primeiro lugar um briquete preparatório, constituído de dois tubos axiais, é fabricado no processo de sopro por coextrusão com auxílio de um molde de sopro, com a formação de uma costura de fundo (5) que se sobressai para fora. O processo deve formar no recipiente (1) uma abertura de compensação de pressão (10) no recipiente externo (2) sem prejudicar a vedação do recipiente (1), sendo que deve ser possibilitada uma cota de refugo menor e produtividade mais alta. Isso é obtido por meio de um processo, no qual a costura de fundo (5) é cortada parcialmente e no briquete preparatório ainda quente com 40<198>C até 70<198>C é introduzida uma força radial que atua na direção da costura, que rompe a costura de fundo (5) e é deformada plasticamente, de tal modo que, uma abertura de compensação de pressão (10) é formada na área do fundo (4).
