Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing a container (1) with a pressure compensation opening. The container comprises an outer container (2) which houses an inner pouch (3), and a pressure compensation opening (10). By the method, two coaxial tubes are produced by a co-extrusion blow-moulding method, whereby a bottom seam (5) is produced, that protrudes outwardly. By the method pressure is compensated in the container (1), without impairing its tightness, wherein the level of the rejected output is reduced, and productivity rises. The bottom seam (5) is partially cut away in the bottom (4) by force acting in the direction of the seam, in the preliminary moulding at temperature from 40 to 70 degrees C, after which the bottom seam (4) is plastically deformed, so that a pressure compensation opening (10) is formed in the bottom area (4). 24 claims, 7 figures
