Abstract
Postupak za proizvodnju spremnika (1) s otvorom (8), koji ima vanjski spremnik (2) uglavnom krutog oblika u kojem se nalazi unutarnja vreća (3) koja dolazi u dodir sa sadržajem koji će se kasnije nalaziti u spremniku, u svakom slučaju iz različitih termoplastičnih polimernih materijala koji se međusobno ne spajaju, i otvor (10) u vanjskom spremniku (2) za izjednačenje tlaka koji postoji između vanjskog spremnika (2) i unutarnje vreće (3), pri čemu se najprije postupkom koekstruzijskog puhanja između otvorenih polovica kalupa proizvede pripravak, koji se sastoji iz dva koaksijalna crijeva, koji pripravak ima dovoljnu duljinu za izradu spremnika, zatim se kalup zatvori i uz tvorbu prema van okrenute donje linije (5) spajanja suvišak materijala izrade spremnika se odreže u području (4) dna tako da se međusobno zavare dijelovi iz materijala vanjskog spremnika (2) koji se dodiruju u područjulinije spajanja, da se crijevo koje tvori unutarnju vreću stisne između dijelova stjenke vanjskog spremnika (2), aksijalno se učvrsti i zavari, i unutarnju vreću (3) se izloži tlaku tako da stjenke pripravka prilegnu iznutra na stjenke kalupa za puhanje, naznačen time, da pri zatvaranju kalupa za puhanje i s tim povezanim oblikovanjem donje linije(5) spajanja, linija spajanja unutarnje vreće (3)se barem djelomično učvrsti aksijalno u liniji spajanja vanjskog spremnika i time se oblikuje baremjedan otvor (10) za izjednačenje tlaka, i da se neposredno nakon oblikovanja donju liniju spajanja (5) barem djelomično odreže i izloži se sili koja djeluje radijalno u smjeru linije spajanja u donjem području (4) tako da se donja linija spajanja (5) raskine, pri čemu je temperatura pripravka kod odsijecanja donje linije spajanja (5) između 40oC i70oC i vanjski spremnik (2) se još uvijek može doodređene mjere plastično deformirati, tako da deformacija uzrokovana djelovanjem sile predstavlja trajnu deformaciju i ne može se ispraviti s elastičnim povratkom.
