Description
; Изобретение относитс к способу произ водства тонкостенной сотовой структуры из керамической смеси, расплавленного стекла, пластмассы и подобных материа- лов, которые имеют свойства текучести ил пластической деформации при прессовании и достаточно быстрого отвердени непосредственно после прессовани . I Известен способ формовани сотовой структуры из экструдируемого материала, в котором материал подаетс через эле- .менты удлиненной втулки и наружу через отверсти , образованные в боковых стен- ;ках удлинени . Удлинени втулки размещены на рассто нии одно от другого дл обе спечени каналов. Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности процесса. Дл этого материал, продольно проход щий по каналам, подают на решетку из взаимосоедин ющихс пазов, создают вре- : менную задержку продольного потока и ус кор ют поперечный поток материала через решетку, затем продольно выдают полу- j ченную сетчатую массу из пазов. Материал смеси протекает продольно через питающие каналы к взаимосоедин - ющимс пазам, образующим решетку, после чего часть материала протекает горизонтально в решетке дл образовани непрерывной решетчатой массы в ней. Смесь одновременно подаетс к кольцевому отверстию , окружающему решетчатую массу, и затем св занна масса одновременно продольно разгружаетс из пазов и отверстий дл образовани сотовой структуры. Как чейки, так и элементы св зывающих стенок влйютс однородными по всему поперечному и продольному сечению. После того, как керамическа структура высушиваетс и обжигаетс , полученные элементы стенок имеют толщину стенок даже меньш$ ; чем О,01О , следовательно , полученна структура вл етс действительно тонкостенной сотовой структурой , имеющей однородные части стенок и чеек.

Claims (3)
1. Способ формовани сотовой структуры из экструдируемого материала путем 5 подачи материала продольно и поперечно через каналы, формовани сетчатой массы у выходного конца каналов и продольной ; выдачи сетчатой массы, о т л и ч а ю- щ и и с тем, 4To,:j с целью повышени 10
эффективности процесса, материал, продольно проход щий по каналам, подают на решетку из взаимосоедин ющихс пазов, создают временную задержку продольного потока и ускор ют поперечный Поток материала через решетку, затем продольно выдают полученную сетчатую массу из пазов.
