Denna ökning av luftens kinetiska energi går helt förlorad då luften lämnar generatorn och innebär alltså ett bromsande moment och därmed en effektförlust som direkt avspeg- las i generatorns verkningsgrad. Dessa ventilationsförluster är direkt proportionella mot luftflödet och man vill därför ha så litet luftmotstánd som möjligt.
Vid kombinerad luftkylning av både stator och rotor är det vanligtvis den tillåtna temperaturstegringen på luften som bestämmer luftflödet. Eftersom temperaturstegringen endast beror av de totala effektförlusterna och luftflödet går det inte att göra så mycket åt problemet med att minska ventilationsförlus- terna; luftflödet är entydigt bestämt av förluster och tillåten temperaturstegring.
Om statorn istället vattenkyls, så kan man minska luftflödet därför att luften inte behöver kyla bort lika mycket effekt.
Dessutom är det så att, när endast rotorn luftkyles, så är det värmeövergàngstalet invid fältlindningarna och inte temperatur- stegringen som är dimensionerande. Värmeövergàngstalet ökar när lufthastigheten ökar. Detta innebär att man kan reducera nödvän- digt luftflöde genom att tvinga luften att gå nära fältlind- ningarna.
Speciellt är föreliggande uppfinning tillämpbar pä en roterande elektrisk maskin vars statorlindning är utformad med högspän- ningskablar.
Liknande maskiner har konventionellt utformats för spänningar i intervallet 15 - 30 kV varvid 30 kV har normalt ansetts vara en övre gräns. Detta innebär normalt i generatorfallet att en generator måste anslutas till kraftnätet över en transformator som transformerar upp spänningen till nätets nivå vilket ligger i området ca 130 - 400 kV. Föreliggande uppfinning är bland annat avsedd att användas vid höga spänningar vilket avser spänningar som i första hand överstiger 10 kV. Vid konventionell kylning kombineras nästan alltid rotorkylning och statorkylning så att luften, efter att ha passerat rotorn, även passerar statorns radiella kylkanaler. Det finns två olika luftkylda system vid konventionell kylning. Radiell kylning, där luften passerar rotorn genom navet och leds vidare genom radiel- la kanaler i rotorn, samt axiell kylning där luften blåses in i polluckorna med axiella fläktar. Vid denna senare typ av kylning strömmar även luften ut i luftgapet mellan rotor och stator.
Teknik med enkelriktad axiell kylning där statorn ej ingår i kylkretsen är känd i tillämpningar för mindre maskiner vilka uppvisar öppna polluckor.
Vidare finns vattenkylda system för rotorer med utpräglade poler vars polluckor mellan polplattorna är försedda med en täckplåt för att minska luftfriktionen i luftgapet. Fältlindningen är då utförd med ihåliga ledare. Denna typ av rotorkylning är relativt komplicerad p.g.a. vattenkylningen.
Dessa tidigare kända typer av luftkylning och Vattenkylning ger en delvis otillfredsställande kylning vid en maskin av före- liggande typ med åtföljande höga ventilationsförluster som följd.
UPPFINNINGENS SYFTE: Syftet med uppfinningen är att åstadkomma en anordning för luftflödesstyrning vid enkelriktad axiell rotorkylning i en roterande elektrisk maskin, speciellt av angivet slag. Syftet är även att åstadkomma en högre verkningsgrad genom att minska ventilationsförlusterna i en luftkyld rotor. SAMMANFATTNING AV UPPFINNINGEN: Genom att använda högspända isolerade elektriska ledare, hög- spänningskablar, med fast isolation av likartat utförande som kablar för överföring av elkraft (exempelvis s. k. PEX-kablar) kan maskinens spänning höjas till sådana nivåer att den kan direktanslutas till kraftnätet utan mellanliggande transforma- tor. Således kan den konventionella transformatorn elimineras.
Tidigare har visats, vid vattenkylda rotorer, att luftgapsfrik- tionen går ned om polluckorna täcks över med en täckplåt så att rotorn får cylindrisk form från statorn sett.
Uppfinningen grundar sig på en maskin med luftkyld rotor och vattenkyld stator där rotorns polluckor övertäcks varvid även ingången till luftgapet på fläktsidan spärras så att en större mängd luft, från en till rotorns luftgap matande rotorfläkt, blåses in i polluckorna vilket leder till att ett lägre volym- flöde krävs än om luften delas upp i en luftström genom luft- gapet och en luftström genom polluckorna.
KORT BESKRIVNING AV RITNINGARNA: Uppfinningen kommer nu med hänvisningsbeteckningar i anslutning till bifogade ritningsfigurer att närmare beskrivas.
Figur l visar en skematisk axiell snittvy en roterande elektrisk maskin med enkelriktat luftkyld rotor enligt förelig- gande uppfinning.
Figur 2 visar ett partiellt radiellt snitt genom en rotor för- sedd med en anordning enligt föreliggande uppfinning.
Figur 3 visar ett partiellt axiellt snitt A-A genom en rotorpol enligt figur 2.
BESKRIVNING AV UPPFINNINGEN: Figur l visar en roterande elektrisk maskin l innefattande en ~ n . . .q lO 15 20 25 30 35 , \ . . . . . 1 ~ - .n 5 stator 2 med en statorlindning 3 vilken kan utgöras av högspän- ningskabel. Maskinen 1 är vidare försedd med en rotor 4 anordnad på en i ett maskinhus 5 lagrad maskinaxel 6. Rotorn 4 är vidare försedd med en med skovlar 7 försedd fläkt 8. I figuren är visat med pilar en luftflödesstyrning vid enkelriktad axiell rotorkyl- ning. Härvid framgår även hur maskinens härvändspartier tillåts kylas med luftströmmen. Emellertid är inte uppfinningen begrän- sad till den i figuren visade utföringsformen utan härvändspar- tierna kan vid en annan utföringsform istället separatkylas för att undvika att kyla ena härvänden med uppvärmd luft. Detta kan också åstadkommas genom dubbelriktad axiell kylning, där vardera rotoränden är försedd med en fläkt som blåser in luft mot rotor- mitten, där luften sedan tar vägen ut genom en i statormitten belägen radiell luftkanal.
Figur 2 visar ett partiellt radiellt snitt genom rotorn 4 vilken är utförd med utpräglade polluckor 9 mellan varje rotorpol 10.
Runt rotorpolerna är en fältlindning 11 anordnad. Ytterst på varje rotorpol 10 är en polplatta 12 anordnad. Polplattan 12 är försedd längs dess båda sidor med en avfasad kantyta 13. I polluckans 9 yttre del är ett täckorgan 14 applicerat vilket tätar mellan två närbelägna polplattors kantytor. Täckorganet 14, som kan vara av ett metalliskt material eller vara av plast, är i utföringsformen med enkelriktad kylning limmat eller fast- skruvat mot kantytorna med en utsträckning längs hela rotorns axiella längd. I utföringsformen med dubbelriktad kylning däre- mot är täckorganen delade eller perforerade vid rotorns axiella mitt, så att luften kan böjas av från sin axiella riktning till en radiell riktning ut genom en luftkanal i statorn. Mellan rotor 4 och stator 2 finns vidare ett luftgap 15, se även figur l .
Vid mindre helt luftkylda maskiner används detta luftgap till att blåsa luft genom för kyländamål för både rotor och stator.
Vid större maskiner, såsom i föreliggande fall med vattenkyld stator, är detta en oekonomisk kylmetod varför en sådan luft- ström genom luftgapet bör vara så liten som möjligt för att l0 15 20 25 30 515 845 . n 6 istället användas där den bättre behövs, i föreliggande fall för luftströmning genom polluckorna samt ev. för samtidig kylning av härvändspartierna.
Fläkten 8 är härvid anordnad att, vid rotorns 4 rotation, blåsa in kylande luft i polluckorna 9 men dessutom är fläktens skovlar 7 inställda för att minimera luftströmningen i luftgapet 15 mellan stator 2 och rotor 4 om enbart en luftström genom pol- luckorna är önskad. Som visas i figur 1 är en luftström förbi härvändspartiet vid inströmningssidan önskad varför det vid en sådan utföringsform är speciellt viktigt att minimera luftström- ning genom luftgapet.
Enligt figur 3 är, för att minimera eller för att undvika luft- strömning i luftgapet 15, minst en spärring 16 fast anordnad pà rotorns 4 periferi. Som vidare framgår av figur 3 är spärringen 16 placerad vid rotorns 4 ena sida, i det här fallet luftin- strömningssidan av maskinen. Härvid hindras luft att strömma in i luftgapet 15 mellan rotor 4 och stator 2.
Ytterligare en fördelaktig utföringsform av föreliggande upp- finning är att förse statorn men en fast anordnad spärring på motsvarande sätt i luftgapet mellan stator och rotor.
Uppfinningen är inte begränsad till de visade utföringsexemplen utan ett flertal modifikationer är tänkbara inom uppfinningens ram. Således kan spärringen monteras i vilket axiellt läge pá rotor eller stator som helst. Vidare kan flera spärringar mon- teras endera pà rotor eller pà stator. Dessutom kan ett antal spärringar monteras på rotorn och ett antal pà statorn för att därvid samverka som en labyrinttätning i syfte att minimera luftströmmen mellan rotor och stator.
Claims (6)
1. Roterande elektrisk maskin (1) med en lindningsförsedd- stator (2) och en med utpräglade poler (10) bildande polluckor (9) mellan polernas (10) polplattor (12) anordnad fältlindnings- försedd rotor (4), vilken rotor (4) är anordnad att kylas, av axiellt strömmande luft igenom rotorns (4) polluckor (9), varvid (9) (14). varje pollucka mellan polplattorna (12) är täckta med minst ett täckorgan (4) i (l5) kännetecknad av att antingen rotorn (2) (4) fast anordnad spärring eller att (15) (2) (4) invändigt fast anordnad är försedd med (16) mellan stator och rotor (4) i luftgapet luftgapet minst en runt rotorn (2) försedd med minst en runt statorn (16). mellan stator och rotor är (2) statorn spärring
2. Maskin enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad av att täckorganet (14) är anordnat att täta mellan två närbelägna polplattors kantytor.

4. Maskin enligt nàgot av ovanstående patentkrav, känne- tecknad av att den kylande luftströmningen är anordnad att åstadkommas med en till rotorn (4) ansluten fläkt (8).
5. Maskin enligt något av ovanstående patentkrav, känne- tecknad av att den kylande luftströmningen är anordnad att (4) axiellt blàsas in mot rotorns mitt från vardera rotoränden.
6. Maskin enligt något av ovanstående patentkrav, känne- tecknad av att statorlindningen (3) utgörs av högspänningskabel.
