Abstract
1. Способ получения концентрированных серебряных нанопластин, которые сохраняют форму после концентрирования с увеличением оптической плотности, включающий:добавление стабилизирующего агента в неконцентрированный раствор,при этом неконцентрированный раствор содержит серебряные нанопластины,где каждая серебряная нанопластина имеет пластинчатую форму,неконцентрированный раствор имеет максимальную оптическую плотность при первой длине волны;стабилизирующий агент включает полимер на основе поливинила и борат; иувеличение концентрации серебряных нанопластин в неконцентрированном растворе с получением концентрированного раствора,причем концентрированный раствор имеет максимальную оптическую плотность при второй длине волныи при этом максимальная оптическая плотность концентрированного раствора больше максимальной оптической плотности неконцентрированного раствора, ипо меньшей мере часть серебряных нанопластин, присутствующих в неконцентрированном растворе, сохраняет пластинчатую форму в концентрированном растворе.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что увеличение концентрации выполняют с использованием фильтрации в тангенциальном потоке,при этом максимальная оптическая плотность концентрированного раствора по меньшей мере в десять раз больше максимальной оптической плотности неконцентрированного раствора,максимальная оптическая плотность концентрированного раствора составляет по меньшей мере 100 см,полимер на основе поливинила включает по меньшей мере один полимер из группы, состоящей из поливинилпироллидона (ПВП) и поливинилового спирта (ПВС),борат включает борат натрия,вторая
Claims (25)
1. Способ получения концентрированных серебряных нанопластин, которые сохраняют форму после концентрирования с увеличением оптической плотности, включающий:
добавление стабилизирующего агента в неконцентрированный раствор,
при этом неконцентрированный раствор содержит серебряные нанопластины,
где каждая серебряная нанопластина имеет пластинчатую форму,
неконцентрированный раствор имеет максимальную оптическую плотность при первой длине волны;
стабилизирующий агент включает полимер на основе поливинила и борат; и
увеличение концентрации серебряных нанопластин в неконцентрированном растворе с получением концентрированного раствора,
причем концентрированный раствор имеет максимальную оптическую плотность при второй длине волны
и при этом максимальная оптическая плотность концентрированного раствора больше максимальной оптической плотности неконцентрированного раствора, и
по меньшей мере часть серебряных нанопластин, присутствующих в неконцентрированном растворе, сохраняет пластинчатую форму в концентрированном растворе.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что увеличение концентрации выполняют с использованием фильтрации в тангенциальном потоке,
при этом максимальная оптическая плотность концентрированного раствора по меньшей мере в десять раз больше максимальной оптической плотности неконцентрированного раствора,
максимальная оптическая плотность концентрированного раствора составляет по меньшей мере 100 см-1,
полимер на основе поливинила включает по меньшей мере один полимер из группы, состоящей из поливинилпироллидона (ПВП) и поливинилового спирта (ПВС),
борат включает борат натрия,
вторая длина волны концентрированного раствора составляет от 300 до 1500 нм, и
по меньшей мере одно оптическое свойство концентрированного раствора является, по существу, таким же, как это свойство неконцентрированного раствора в том, что максимальная оптическая плотность неконцентрированного раствора и максимальная оптическая плотность концентрированного раствора наблюдаются, по существу, при одной и той же длине волны, и
при этом часть серебряных нанопластин, которая сохраняет пластинчатую форму в концентрированном растворе, составляет более 90%.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что
серебряные нанопластины получают посредством способа выращивания с применением затравочных кристаллов,
причем способ выращивания с применением затравочных кристаллов включает:
объединение цитрата, полистиролсульфоната натрия (ПССН) и боргидрида натрия в первом растворе,
добавление нитрата серебра к первому раствору с получением раствора затравочных кристаллов,
добавление части раствора затравочных кристаллов ко второму раствору, где второй раствор содержит аскорбиновую кислоту, и
добавление нитрата серебра ко второму раствору с получением неконцентрированного раствора.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что увеличение концентрации выполняют с использованием фильтрации в тангенциальном потоке,
при этом фильтрацию в тангенциальном потоке выполняют с использованием фильтрующей мембраны, имеющей поры, отсекающие молекулярные массы от 10 кДа до 0,05 мкм,
максимальная оптическая плотность концентрированного раствора по меньшей мере в десять раз больше максимальной оптической плотности неконцентрированного раствора,
при этом максимальная оптическая плотность концентрированного раствора составляет по меньшей мере 100 см-1.
5. Способ по любому из п.п. 1-4, дополнительно включающий нанесение на серебряные нанопластины покрытия из диоксида кремния, при этом нанесение на серебряные нанопластины покрытия из диоксида кремния включает:
добавление этанола к неконцентрированному раствору,
добавление основания к неконцентрированному раствору и
добавление силана к неконцентрированному раствору.
6. Способ по любому из п.п. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что вторая длина волны составляет от 300 до 1100 нм, и оптическая плотность неконцентрированного раствора составляет от 0,1 до 10 см-1, а оптическая плотность концентрированного раствора составляет по меньшей мере 100 см-1.
7. Способ по любому из п.п. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что стабилизирующий агент включает по меньшей мере одно соединение из группы, состоящей из поливинилпироллидона (ПВП), поливинилового спирта (ПВС) и полиэтиленгликоля (ПЭГ).
8. Способ по любому из п.п. 1-4, дополнительно включающий образование оболочки из оксида металла на поверхности серебряной нанопластины.
9. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что оболочка из оксида металла представляет собой любую оболочку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из оболочки из диоксида кремния и оболочки из диоксида титана, при этом толщина оболочки из оксида металла составляет от 1 до 100 нм.
10. Способ по любому из п.п. 1-4, дополнительно включающий образование оболочки из полистирола на поверхности серебряной нанопластины.
11. Способ по любому из п.п. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что стабилизирующий агент включает тиольную химическую группу.
12. Способ по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что тиольная химическая группа включает по меньшей мере одно соединение из группы, состоящей из липоевой кислоты, меркаптогексадекановой кислоты, меркаптоундекановой кислоты и дигидролипоевой кислоты.
13. Способ по любому из п.п. 1-4, дополнительно включающий добавление в неконцентрированный раствор любого из веществ, выбранного из группы, состоящей из кислоты, основания и буферного агента.
14. Способ по любому из п.п. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что вторая длина волны находится в пределах 10% от первой длины волны.
15. Способ по любому из п.п. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что длина ребра серебряных нанопластин составляет от 10 до 250 нм.
16. Способ по любому из п.п. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что доля серебряных нанопластин, которые сохраняют пластинчатую форму в концентрированном растворе, составляет более 80%.
17. Способ по любому из п.п. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что неконцентрированный раствор получают с использованием способа выращивания с применением затравочных кристаллов.
18. Способ по любому из п.п. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что после увеличения концентрации с использованием фильтрации в тангенциальном потоке неконцентрированный раствор подвергают центрифугированию.
19. Способ по любому из п.п. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что неконцентрированный раствор выдерживают с субстратом, при этом субстрат включает волокно.
20. Композиция, содержащая:
множество серебряных нанопластин в растворе, характеризующемся оптической плотностью,
при этом серебряные нанопластины содержат на своей поверхности покрытие,
оптическая плотность раствора составляет более 100 см-1, и
покрытие содержит борат и по меньшей мере один агент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из полимера на основе поливинила и тиолсодержащей молекулы.
21. Композиция, по п. 20, отличающаяся тем, что борат включает по меньшей мере одно соединение из группы, состоящей из бората натрия и тетрабората калия.
22. Композиция по любому из п.п. 20 и 21, отличающаяся тем, что покрытие включает указанный полимер на основе поливинила, при этом полимер на основе поливинила выбран из группы, состоящей из поливинилпироллидона (ПВП) и поливинилового спирта (ПВС).
23. Композиция по любому из п.п. 20 и 21, отличающаяся тем, что покрытие включает указанную тиолсодержащую молекулу, при этом тиолсодержащая молекула включает по меньшей мере одно соединение из группы, состоящей из липоевой кислоты, меркаптогексадекановой кислоты, меркаптоундекановой кислоты и дигидролипоевой кислоты.
24. Композиция по любому из п.п. 20 и 21, отличающаяся тем, что покрытие дополнительно включает оболочку из оксида металла.
25. Композиция по п. 24, отличающаяся тем, что оболочка из оксида металла представляет собой любую оболочку, выбранную из группы, состоящей из оболочки из диоксида кремния и оболочки из диоксида титана, при этом толщина оболочки из оксида металла составляет от 1 до 100 нм.
