Claims (33)

1. Автоматизированная система для обработки представляющего интерес компонента, содержащегося по меньшей мере в одном образце, содержащая устройство для экстракции из образца представляющего интерес компонента, детектор, предназначенный для определения наличия в экстрагированной части образца представляющего интерес компонента, и предназначенный для автоматического переноса экстрагированного из образца представляющего интерес компонента из устройства для экстракции в детектор робот, содержащий манипулятор с селективно податливыми шарнирами.
2. Система по п.1, в которой представляющим интерес компонентом является нуклеиновая кислота, устройство для экстракции предназначено для экстракции из образца нуклеиновой кислоты, детектор предназначен для определения наличия в экстрагированной части образца нуклеиновой кислоты, а робот предназначен для автоматического переноса экстрагированной из образца нуклеиновой кислоты в детектор.
3. Система по п.1, в которой экстрагированный из образца представляющий интерес компонент содержит нуклеиновую кислоту, а детектор содержит устройство для амплификации нуклеиновой кислоты.
4. Система по п.3, в которой устройство для амплификации нуклеиновой кислоты содержит нагреватель.
5. Система по п.1, в которой устройство для экстракции предназначено для неспецифичного захвата представляющего интерес компонента и его экстракции из образца.
6. Система по п.5, в которой представляющим интерес компонентом образца является нуклеиновая кислота.
7. Система по п.5, в которой представляющим интерес компонентом образца является белок.
8. Система по п.1, в которой робот также предназначен для переноса жидкости и ее удаления из устройства для экстракции и помогает устройству для экстракции экстрагировать из образца представляющий интерес компонент.
9. Система по п.1, в которой устройство для экстракции и детектор объединены в один блок.
10. Система по п.1, которая содержит также штатив для образцов, в который можно установить по меньшей мере одну емкость с образцом, при этом робот предназначен для автоматического переноса образца из емкости в устройство для экстракции.
11. Автоматизированная система для экстракции нуклеиновой кислоты из образца, содержащая робот с манипулятором с селективно податливыми шарнирами и устройство для экстракции, предназначенное для экстракции нуклеиновой кислоты из образца.
12. Система по п.11, в которой манипулятор робота способен переносить образец из емкости в устройство для экстракции.
13. Система по п.11, в которой манипулятор робота способен также переносить экстрагированную нуклеиновую кислоту из устройства для экстракции в детектор, предназначенный для определения наличия нуклеиновой кислоты.
14. Автоматизированная система для экстракции из образца нуклеиновой кислоты-мишени, содержащая устройство для экстракции, предназначенное для неспецифичного захвата нуклеиновой кислоты-мишени, для экстракции нуклеиновой кислоты из образца без отделения нуклеиновой кислоты-мишени от не являющейся мишенью нуклеиновой кислоты, которая может находиться в образце, устройство для амплификации, предназначенное для амплификации экстрагированной нуклеиновой кислоты, и робот с манипулятором, предназначенным для автоматического переноса экстрагированной нуклеиновой кислоты в устройство для амплификации.
15. Система по п.14, в которой робот предназначен также для переноса образца из емкости в устройство для экстракции.
16. Система по п.14, в которой робот предназначен также для переноса жидкости в устройство для экстракции и помогает устройству для экстракции экстрагировать из образца нуклеиновую кислоту-мишень.
17. Способ обработки представляющего интерес компонента, содержащегося в образце, заключающийся в том, что представляющий интерес компонент экстрагируют из образца устройством для экстракции, определяют детектором наличие в экстрагированной части образца представляющего интерес компонента и автоматически переносят экстрагированный представляющий интерес компонент из устройства для экстракции в детектор, используя для этого робот, содержащий манипулятор с селективно податливыми шарнирами.
18. Способ по п.17, в котором представляющий интерес компонент образца содержит нуклеиновую кислоту, устройством для экстракции из образца экстрагируют нуклеиновую кислоту, детектором определяют наличие в экстрагированной части образца нуклеиновой кислоты, а при автоматическом переносе образца его переносят в устройство для экстракции с последующим автоматическим переносом экстрагированной нуклеиновой кислоты в детектор.
19. Способ по п.17, в котором экстрагированным представляющим интерес компонентом образца является нуклеиновая кислота, при амплификации которой используют детектор.
20. Способ по п.19, в котором нуклеиновую кислоту амплифицируют нагревом.
21. Способ по п.17, в котором в устройстве для экстракции осуществляют неспецифичный захват представляющего интерес компонента и экстрагируют его из образца.
22. Способ по п.21, в котором представляющим интерес компонентом является нуклеиновая кислота.
23. Способ по п.21, в котором представляющим интерес компонентом является белок.
24. Способ по п.17, в котором автоматически переносят жидкость в устройство для экстракции, помогая устройству для экстракции экстрагировать из образца представляющий интерес компонент.
25. Способ по п.17, в котором используют устройство для экстракции и детектор, которые объединены в один блок.
26. Способ по п.17, в котором по меньшей мере одну емкость с образцом устанавливают в штатив для образцов и автоматически переносят образец из емкости в устройство для экстракции роботом, содержащим манипулятор с селективно податливыми шарнирами.
27. Способ автоматической экстракции нуклеиновой кислоты из образца, заключающийся в том, что используют робот, содержащий манипулятор с селективно податливыми шарнирами, и экстрагируют устройством для экстракции из образца нуклеиновую кислоту.
28. Способ по п.27, в котором с помощью робота, содержащего манипулятор с селективно податливыми шарнирами, переносят образец из емкости в устройство для экстракции.
29. Способ по п.27, в котором роботом, содержащим манипулятор с селективно податливыми шарнирами, переносят экстрагированную нуклеиновую кислоту из устройства для экстракции в детектор, которым определяют наличие нуклеиновой кислоты.
30. Способ автоматической экстракции из образца нуклеиновой кислоты-мишени, заключающийся в том, что в устройстве для экстракции осуществляют неспецифичный захват нуклеиновой кислоты-мишени и экстрагируют ее из образца без отделения от не являющейся мишенью нуклеиновой кислоты, которая может содержаться в образце, экстрагированную нуклеиновую кислоту амплифицируют в устройстве для амплификации и автоматически переносят экстрагированную нуклеиновую кислоту из устройства для экстракции в устройство для амплификации.
31. Способ по п.30, в котором также автоматически переносят образец из емкости в устройство для экстракции.
32. Способ по п.30, в котором также автоматически переносят жидкость в устройство для экстракции, помогая устройству для экстракции экстрагировать нуклеиновую кислоту-мишень.
33. Способ выделения и амплификации нуклеотидной последовательности-мишени, которая может находиться в образце, заключающийся в том, что автоматически отделяют последовательность-мишень от жидкого образца в устройстве для сепарации путем неспецифичного связывания последовательности-мишени без ее отделения от не являющейся мишенью последовательности, которая может содержаться в образце, и автоматически переносят отделенную последовательность-мишень из устройства для сепарации в устройство для амплификации с инкубационной средой.
