Abstract

Ovaj patent otkriva postupak za razdvajanje 4-[4-(dimeti lamino)-1-(4’-fl uorofenil)-1-hidroksibuti l]-3-(hidroksimeti l)-benzonitrila kao racemske ili neracemske enanti omerne smješe u njegove izolovane enanti omere, pri čemu navedeni postupak sadrži korak frakcione kristalizacije 4-[4-(dimeti lamino)-1-(4’-fl uorofenil)-1-hidroksibuti l]-3-(hidroksimeti l)-benzonitrila kao soli sa (+)-(S,S)- ili (-)-(R,R)-enanti omera O,O’-di-p-toluoil-vinske kisjeline u sistemu rastvarača koji sadrži 1-propanol, etanol ili acetonitril.
