Abstract
바코드화의 대상으로 되는 정보로서, ID의 일종인 해적판 방지용 위치 정보를 바코드화하여 광디스크의 PCA 영역의 반사막에 레이저 트리밍하는 광디스크용 바코드 형성 방법이고, 또, 그와 같이 하여 작성된 광디스크이다. 도30에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 광디스크에서는 CLV에 의해 데이터가 기록된 광디스크의 프리피트 신호 영역의 PCA영역(998)에 그 PCA 영역(998)의 반사막을 부분적으로 제거함으로써 바코드(923, 938)가 덧쓰기 되어 있다. 이로써, 상기 광디스크에서는 동일한 광픽업으로 바코드 데이터를 재생할 수 있다.

Claims (35)
- CLV에 의해 데이터가 기록된 광디스크의 프리피트 신호 영역의 소정 영역에 그 소정 영역의 반사막을 부분적으로 제거함으로써 바코드의 전부 또는 일부가 덧쓰기 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광디스크에 관한 물리적 특징 정보를 기록하기 위한 제어 데이터 영역을 갖고, 상기 제어 데이터 영역 내에 상기 바코드의 유무를 나타내는 식별자가 기록되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 프리피트 신호 영역의 소정 영역과 상기 제어 데이터 영역 사이에 데이터가 기록되지 않는 가드 밴드 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 바코드는 소정의 타임슬롯 내에 2개 이상 들어가지 않도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 바코드는 적어도 상기 광디스크에 개별적으로 부여되는 ID 정보를 포함하는 데이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 상기 바코드는 상기 ID 정보 외에 그 ID 정보에 대응하는 공개키 암호 함수의 공개키도 포함하는 데이터이고, 상기 공개키는 소저의 데이터를 암호화하기 위하여 이용되고, 상기 암호화된 소정의 데이터는 상기 광디스크의 재생에 필요하게 되는 패스워드를 외부로부터 얻기 위하여 상기 외부로 송신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 ID 정보는 암호화 또는 디지털 서명되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 암호화 또는 상기 디지털 서명되는 경우, 공개키계 암호 함수의 비밀키가 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광디스크는 2장의 디스크 기판이 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 광원으로부터의 펄스 형상의 레이저광을 장방형의 마스크를 이용하여 장방형의 광패턴으로 하고, 그 장방형의 광패턴을 데이터가 기록된 광디스크의 소정 반경의 프리피트 신호 영역의 반사막 상에 결상시키고, 그와 동시에 상기 광디스크를 회전시킴으로써 상기 반사막 상의 동일 반경 상에 장방형의 반사막 제거 영역을 바코드로 하여 복수개 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크용 바코드 형성 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 광디스크는 상기 광디스크에 관한 물리적 특징 정보를 기록하기 위한 제어 데이터 영역을 갖고, 그 제어 데이터 영역 내에 상기 바코드의 유무를 나타내는 식별자가 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크용 바코드 형성 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 바코드는 소정의 타임슬롯 내에 2개 이상 들어가지 않도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크용 바코드 형성 방법.
- 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광디스크는 2장의 디스크 기판이 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크용 바코드 형성 방법.
- 광디스크 상에 피트로 기록된 기록 영역의 기록 내용을 모터를 회전 위상 제어함으로써 재생하고, 또, 상기 광디스크 상의 상기 기록 영역과는 다른 기록 영역에 그와 다른 기록 영역 상의 반사막 상에 저반사율부를 부분적으로 설정함으로써 기록된 기록 내용을 상기 모터를 회전 속도 제어함으로써 재생하고, 상기 기록 영역의 기록 내용과 상기 다른 기록 영역의 기록 내용을 동일한 광픽업을 이용하여 상기 재생을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 재생 장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 다른 기록 영역에 대해서는 트랙킹 제어를 행하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 재생 장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 다른 기록 영역에 대해서는 실질상, 트랙킹 제어를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 재생 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 회전 속도는, 상기 회전 위상 제어를 행한다고 가정한 경우에 있어서의 상기 다른 기록 영역 내에서의 회전 속도인 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 재생 장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 다른 영역 내의 최소 길이의 피트의 계측 결과를 이용하여 상기 회전 속도 제어에 있어서의 상기 모터의 회전 속도를 소정의 속도로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 재생 장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 저반사부는 상기 반사막이 제거되어 형성된 바코드인 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 재생 장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 저반사부는 바코드이고, 상기 다른 기억 영역도 피트로 내용이 기록된 영역으로서, 상기 다른 기록 영역의 기록 내용을 재생하는 경우, 그 다른 기록 영역에 있어서의 피트의 재생에 의해 생성되는 고주파 성분의 신호를 로우 패스필터에 의해 저감 또는 제거하여 상기 바코드의 재생 신호를 분리 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 재생 장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 저반사부는 바코드이고, 상기 다른 기록 영역의 기록 내용을 재생하는 경우, 상기 바코드를 판독하여 얻어진 신호의 폭을 소정의 폭까지 크게 하고, 제어부로부터의 샘플링 펄스에 의해 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 재생 장치.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광디스크는 2장의 디스크 기판이 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 재생장치.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 광디스크는 상기 광디스크에 관한 물리적 특징 정보를 기록하기 위한 제어 데이터 영역을 갖고, 그 제어 데이터 영역 내에 상기 바코드의 유무를 나타내는 식별자가 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 재생 장치.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 데이터 영역의 기록 내용을 판독하여 상기 바코드의 유무를 판정한 후, 광픽업을 상기 광디스크의 내주부로 이동시키는지 또는 외주부로 이동시키는지를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크 재생 장치.
- 디스크에 형성된 반사막에 마킹을 실시하는 마킹 생성 수단과, 상기 마킹의 위치를 검출하는 마킹 위치 검출 수단과, 적어도 상기 검출된 위치 정보 또는 그 위치 정보에 관한 정보를 바코드화하고, 그 바코드를 CLV에 의해 데이터가 기록된 광디스크에 반사막을 부분적으로 제거함으로써 기입하는 위치 정보 기입 수단을 포함하고, 상기 바코드의 전부 또는 일부는 상기 광디스크의 프리피트 신호 영역의 소정 영역에 덧쓰기 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마킹 생성 장치.
- 제 25 항에 있어서, 상기 디스크는 2장의 디스크 기판을 접합함으로써 작성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마킹 생성 장치.
- 제 25 항에 있어서, 상기 위치 정보 기입 수단은 적어도 상기 검출된 위치 정보 또는 그 위치 정보에 관한 정보를 암호화하는 암호화 수단을 갖고, 그 암호화된 내용을 상기 디스크에 기입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마킹 생성 장치.
- 제 25 항에 있어서, 상기 위치 정보 기입 수단은 적어도 상기 검출된 위치 정보 또는 그 위치 정보에 관한 정보에 대하여 디지털 서명을 행하는 디지털 서명 수단을 갖고,상기 적어도 출력된 위치 정보 또는 그 위치 정보에 관한 정보를 기입하는 것은 상기 디지털 서명을 행한 결과에 관한 정보를 상기 디스크에 가입하는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 마킹 생성 장치.
- 디스크에 형성된 반사막에 마킹을 실시하고, 상기 마킹의 위치를 검출하여 그 위치 정보 또는 그 위치 정보에 관한 정보를 바코드화하고, 그 바코드를 CLV에 의해 데이터가 기록된 광디스크에 반사막을 부분적으로 제거함으로써 기입하는 것에 의하여 형성된 마킹의 위치 정보 또는 그 위치 정보에 관한 정보를 판독하는 위치 정보 판독 수단과, 상기 마킹의 현실 위치에 관한 정보를 판독하는 마킹 판독 수단과, 상기 위치 정보 판독 수단에 의한 판독 결과와, 상기 마킹 판독 수단에 의한 판독 결과를 이용하여 그들을 비교 판정하는 비교 판정 수단과, 상기 비교 판정 수단의 비교 판정 결과에 기초하여 상기 광디스크의 기록 데이터를 재생하는 재생 수단을 포함하고, 상기 바코드의 전부 또는 일부는 상기 광디스크의 프리피트 신호 영역의 소정 영역에 덧쓰기 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생 장치.
- 제 29 항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 검출된 위치 정보 또는 그 위치 정보에 관한 정보는 위치 정보 기입 수단에 의해 상기 디스크에 기입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생 장치.
- 제 30 항에 있어서, 상기 위치 정보 기입 수단은 적어도 검출된 위치 정보 또는 그 위치 정보에 관한 정보를 암호화하는 암호화 수단을 갖고, 상기 위치 정보 판독 수단은 상기 암호화 수단에 대응하는 복호화 수단을 갖고, 상기 위치 정보 판독 수단은 상기 암호화된 위치 정보 또는 그 위치 정보에 관한 정보를 상기 복호화 수단에 의해 복호화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생 장치.
- 제 30 항에 있어서, 상기 위치 정보 기입 수단은 적어도 상기 검출된 위치 정보 또는 위치 정보에 관한 정보에 대하여 디지털 서명을 행하는 디지털 서명 수단을 갖고, 그 디지털 서명을 행한 결과에 관한 정보를 상기 디스크에 기입하고, 상기 위치 정보 판독 수단은, 상기 디지털 서명 수단에 대응하는 인증 수단과, 그 인증 수단에 의한 인증 과정으로부터 및/또는 상기 디지털 서명 결과에 관한 정보로부터 상기 위치 정보를 얻는 위치 정보 추출 수단을 갖고, 상기 비교 판정 수단은 상기 인증 수단에 의해 상기 인증 결과가 정상인 의미의 출력이 된 경우는 상기 위치 정보 추출 수단에 의해 얻어진 위치 정보와 상기 마킹 판독 수단에 의한 판독 결과를 이용하여 상기 비교 판정을 행하고, 또, 상기 정상인 의미의 출력이 되지 않은 경우는 상기 재생을 행하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생 장치.
- 디스크의 성형을 행하는 단계와, 상기 성형된 디스크에 반사막을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 반사막에 대하여 마킹을 실시하는 단계와, 상기 마킹의 위치를 검출하는 단계와, 상기 검출된 위치의 정보를 암호화하여 상기 디스크에 기입하는 단계를 포함하고, 그 암호화하여 기입할 때, 적어도 상기 암호화 정보를 바코드화하고, 그 바코드를 CLV에 의해 데이터가 기록된 상기 디스크에 반사막을 부분적으로 제거함으로써 기입하고, 또 상기 바코드의 전부 또는 일부는 상기 디스크의 프리피트 신호 영역의 소정 영역에 덧쓰기 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 제조 방법.
- 디스크의 성형을 행하는 단계와, 상기 성형된 디스크에 반사막을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 반사막에 대하여 마킹을 실시하는 단계와, 상기 마킹의 위치를 검출하는 단계와, 상기 검출된 위치의 정보를 디지털 서명하여 상기 디스크에 기입하는 단계를 포함하고, 그 디지털 서명하여 기입할 때, 적어도 그 디지털 서명의 결과를 바코드화하고, 그 바코드를 CLV에 의해 데이터가 기록된 상기 디스크에 반사막을 부분적으로 제거함으로써 기록하고, 또 상기 바코드의 전부 또는 일부는 상기 디스크의 프리피트 신호 영역의 소정 영역에 덧쓰기 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 제조 방법.
- 데이터가 기입된 디스크이 반사막에 레이저에 의해 마킹이 실시되어 있고, 적어도 그 마킹의 위치 정보 또는 그 위치 정보에 관한 정보가 암호화되고, 혹은 디지털 서명되어 다시 적어도 그 암호화 정보 혹은 디지털 서명 정보를 바코드화하고, 그 바코드를 CLV에 의해 데이터가 기록된 상기 디스크에 반사막을 부분적으로 제거함으로써 기입하고, 또 상기 바코드의 전부 또는 일부는 상기 디스크이 프리피트 신호 영역의 소정 영역에 덧쓰기 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
