− 前記スペックル・パターンからフィルタ処理された光信号を送り、前記回折層に対して整列される、感光性材料でできたバイナリ・マスクを有する空間フィルタ層と、
− 前記フィルタ処理された光信号を暗号化キーを生成する電気信号に転換する検出層と、
を有する情報担体。 - 前記検出層は、パターン光電子材料から作られる、請求項1記載の情報担体。
- 前記空間フィルタ層から前記回折層を分離するスペーサを更に有し、前記スペーサは、前記光源の波長より大きく且つ前記回折層の幅より小さい幅を有する、請求項1記載の情報担体。
