Abstract
본 발명은 개선된 이중 금속 시안화 촉매에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 거의 무정형 촉매는 에폭시드를 중합시키는 데에 있어서, 거의 결정질 성분을 지닌 종래의 DMC 촉매보다 높은 활성을 가진다. 상기 촉매로 제조된 폴리올 생성물들은 통상 투명하고, 매우 낮은 불포화도를 가지며, 저 분자량 폴리올 불순물이 거의 없다. 본 발명은 개선된 DMC 촉매를 제조하는 방법도 기술하고 있다. 그중 한 방법에서, 반응물들은 친밀하게 결합되어 본 발명의 촉매를 생성한다. 또 다른 방법에서, 유기 착화제는 반응물 용액에 초기에 존재한다.

제1도는 250ppm에서 본 발명의 촉매 조성물중 하나로 중합 반응을 수행하는 동안에 시간에 대한 프로필렌옥사이드의 소비량을 플롯한 그래프이다. 제2도 내지 제10도는 각종 이중 금속 시안화 결합물의 분말 X-선 회절 패턴이다.
Claims (21)
- 수용성 금속염, 수용성 금속 시안화염, 및 착화제의 반응 생성물인 이중 금속 시안화 촉매로서, 이 촉매는 마무리 가공처리된 폴리에테르의 중량을 기준으로 3g PO(프로필렌 옥사이드)/분100ppm(촉매) 이상의 속도로 105℃에서 프로필렌 옥사이드의 중합반응을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 금속 시안화 촉매.
- 수용성 금속염, 수용성 금속 시안화염, 및 착화제의 반응 생성물인 이중 중금속 시안화 촉매로서, 이 촉매는 마무리 가공처리된 폴리에테르의 중량을 기준으로 5g/PO/분/250ppm(촉매) 이상의 속도로 105℃에서 프로필렌 옥사이드의 중합반응을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 금속 시안화 촉매.
- 약 70중량% 이상의 거의 무정형 이중 금속 시안화(DMC) 착물을 포함하는 촉매로서, 이 촉매는 에폭시드를 중합반응시키는데 유용하며, 상기의 거의 무정형 DMC 착물은 약 5.1(d-면간격, 옹스트롬)에서 샤프한 선이 거의 없는 분말 X-선 회절 패턴을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- (a) 수용성 금속염의 수용액과 수용성 금속 시안화염의 수용액을 착화제의 존재하에서 결합 및 반응시켜 침전된 DMC 착물 촉매를 포함한 수성 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 DMC 착물 촉매를 분리 및 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 이중 금속 시안화(DMC) 착물을 제조하는 방법으로서, 산출된 촉매는 약 5.1(d-면간격, 옹스트롬)에서 샤프한 선이 거의 없는 분말 X-선 회절 패턴을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 거의 무정형 헥사시아노코발트산 아연 착물을 주성분으로 하는 촉매로서, 상기 촉매는 에탄올, 이소프로필 알코올, 3차-부틸 알코올, 2차-부틸 알코올, n-부탈 알코올, 및 이소부틸 알코올로 구성된 군에서 선택된 착화제의 존재하에서 제조되고, 거의 무정형 헥사시아노코발트산 아연 착물은 약 5.1(d-면간격, 옹스트롬)에서 샤프한 선이 거의 없는 분말 X-선 회절 패턴을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 약 5.1(d-면간격, 옹스트롬)에서 샤프한 선이 거의 없는 분말 X-선 회절 패턴을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 금속 시안화(DMC) 착물 촉매.
- 칙화제로서 에탄올, 이소프로필 알코올, 3차-부틸 알코올, 2차-부틸 알코올, 및 이소부틸 알코올로 구성된 군에서 선택된 수용성 지방족 알코올을 갖는 헥사시아노코발트산 아연 착물 촉매로서, 이 촉매는 40kV 및 30mA로 동력이 공급되고, 각각 0.05° 및 1.15°의 단색광기 개구 및 검출기 개구와 함께 1°의 회절계 발산 슬릿을 이용하여 2초/스텝의 계수 시간으로 0.02° 2θ의 스텝 주사 방식으로 작동하는 세이먼스(Seimens) D500 크리스톨로플렉스 회절계를 사용하여 단색화된 CuKa1방사선(λ=1.54059Å)으로 X-선 회절 분석할 때, 약 5.1(d-면간격, 옹스트롬)에서 샤프한 선이 거의 없는 분말 X-선 회절 패턴을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 헥사시아노코발트산 아연 착물 촉매.
- 제7항에 있어서, 약 5.1 및 3.6(d-면간격, 옹스트롬)에서 샤프한 선이 거의 없는 분말 X-선 회절 패턴을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.

- 노르말 히드록실 작용가가 3 이상이고, 거의 대부분이 2차 히드록실기이며, 약 0.007meq/g 미만의 불포화도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르 폴리올.
- 제15항에 있어서, 폴리올은 폴리옥시프로필렌 폴리올 또는 에틸렌 옥사이드-프로필렌 옥사이드 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르 폴리올.
- 제15항에 있어서, 약 0.005meq/g 미만의 불포화도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르 폴리올.
- 제15항에 있어서, 약 0.004meq/g 미만의 불포화도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에테르 폴리올.
