Description
Mはそれぞれ独立して(CH3)3SiO1/2またはR(CH3)2SiO1/2;
Dは(CH3)2SiO1/2;
D’はR(CH3)SiO2/2;
xは40〜220、特に85〜220
yは5〜40、特に8〜40、但し、x/y<10である;および
Rはそれぞれ独立して高原子質量のポリエーテル基または低原子質量のポリエーテル基である。但し、十分な数のR基が高原子質量ポリエーテル基であり、全ポリエーテル基の平均原子質量は少なくとも1000、特に少なくとも1100であるものとする。高原子質量ポリエーテル基Rは、好ましくは構造−(CH2)n(C2H4O)n(CH2CH(CH3)O)bR’を有し、ここでnは約3から10、aおよびbは、そのエチレンオキシド残基(即ち、−C2H4O−基)がR基の重量の30から100%、特に30−50%を構成するようなものであり、R基の原子質量は約1400から6000、特に3500から5000であり、R’は水素、アルキル、−C(O)R’’、 −C(O)OR’’、または−C(O)NHR’’で、ここでR’’は単官能性アルキルまたはアリール基である。低原子質量ポリエーテル基Rは、好ましくは構造−(CH2)n(C2H4O)n(CH2CH(CH3)O)bR’を有し、ここでnは約3から10であり、aおよびbは、そのエチレンオキシド残基がR基の重量の30から100%を構成するようなものであり、R基の原子質量が300から750であり、R’は前に定義されたとおりである。

Claims (13)
- 少なくとも一種のポリイソシアネート、一分子あたり平均少なくとも0.8個のヒドロキシメチル基を有する脂肪酸および少なくとも一種のポリオール、ポリアミンまたはアミノアルコール化合物を含む反応混合物を形成し、前記反応混合物を硬化させてポリウレタンポリマーを形成することを含み、前記脂肪酸が、反応混合物中に存在する水とは別の10から50モル%のイソシアネート反応性物質を構成する、ポリウレタンの製造方法。
- 前記脂肪酸が10から26個の炭素原子を含有する、請求項1の方法。
- 前記脂肪酸が構造A1、A2、A3、A4およびA5を有する物質から選択される物質の混合物であり、A1は:
- 少なくとも一種のポリイソシアネート、一分子あたり平均少なくとも0.8個のヒドロキシメチル基を有する脂肪酸の非置換の、または不活性化置換されたアルキルエステル、および少なくとも一種のポリオールまたはポリアミン化合物を含む反応混合物を形成し、前記反応混合物を硬化させてポリウレタンポリマーを形成することを含み、前記不活性化置換基がアリール、シクロアルキル、シリル、ハロゲン、ニトロ、エーテル及びエステルから選ばれる、ポリウレタンの製造方法。
- 前記エステルが12から26個の炭素原子を有する脂肪酸を含むヒドロキシメチルのものである、請求項4の方法。
- 前記脂肪酸が構造A1、A2、A3、A4およびA5を有する物質から選択される物質の混合物であり、A1は:
- 前記ポリオール、ポリアミンまたはアミノアルコールが少なくとも400当量を有するポリエーテルまたはポリエステルポリオールを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つの方法。
- 前記ポリオール、ポリアミンまたはアミノアルコールが30から200当量を有する少なくとも一つの物質を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つの方法。
- 前記反応混合物がウレタン形成反応およびエステル交換反応またはアミド交換反応を触媒する少なくとも一つの触媒を含む、請求項4〜6のいずれか一つの方法。
- 前記反応混合物が少なくとも一つの有機スズ触媒を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つの方法。
- 前記ポリウレタンポリマーを高温で後硬化して、ヒドロキシメチル含有脂肪酸エステルのエステル基と、ポリオール、ポリアミンまたはアミノアルコールのアミノ基もしくはヒドロキシル基との間にエステルおよび/またはアミド基を形成する、請求項4〜6または9のいずれか一つの方法。
- 前記反応混合物が発泡剤を含み、前記ポリウレタンポリマーが気泡質である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つの方法。
- 前記ポリウレタンポリマーがエラストマーである、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つの方法。
