Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 제3급 부탄올을 원료로 하여 이소부텐을 제조하는 방법으로서,Na 함유량이 Na2O로 환산하여 0.1∼0.6 중량%의 범위이고, Si 함유량이 SiO2로 환산하여 0.4 중량% 이하이며, 또한, 비표면적이 200∼600 ㎡/g인 알루미나 촉매를 이용하여 200∼450℃의 반응 온도에서 기상 하에 탈수 반응을 행하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이소부텐의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나 촉매는 촉매 중의 전 세공 용적이 0.1∼0.5 cc/g의 범위에 있고, 또한, 세공 반경 70Å 이상의 세공이 갖는 세공 용적이 전 세공 용적의 60% 이상을 차지하는 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이소부텐의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제3급 부탄올은 이소부텐 및 n-부텐을 함유하는 탄화수소 혼합물로부터, 물 및 헤테로폴리산 촉매를 함유하는 촉매 수용액을 이용하여 선택적으로 이소부텐을 수화하고, 제3급 부탄올을 제조하는 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이소부텐의 제조 방법.
- 이소부텐 및 n-부텐을 함유하는 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 물 및 촉매를 함유하 는 촉매 수용액을 이용하여 선택적으로 이소부텐을 수화하고, 제3급 부탄올을 연속적으로 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 탄화수소 혼합물, 상기 촉매 및 제3급 부탄올 중 적어도 1종을 순환하는 리사이클계를 이용하여 상기 적어도 1종을 리사이클시키는 공정과,이 리사이클계에서 축적성 불순물의 일부를 제거하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제3급 부탄올의 연속적 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 축적성 불순물을 제거하는 공정에 있어서, 다공질 흡착제 및/또는 이온교환수지를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 다공질 흡착제의 세공 반경이 0.5∼500 ㎚의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 Hammett의 산도 함수 Ho에서 -5.6≥Ho로 표시되는 강산 또는 강산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 헤테로폴리산인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 헤테로폴리산은 인몰리브덴산, 인몰리브도바나딘산, 인텅스텐산, 인텅스토바나딘산, 규화텅스텐산 및 이들의 염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며, 각각 단독으로, 또는 2종류 이상의 헤테로폴리산을 혼합하여 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 이온교환수지는 양이온교환수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 수용액 및 상기 탄화수소 혼합물이 향류가 되도록 공급하면서 반응시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화제를 연속적 또는 불연속적으로 첨가하는 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 적어도 1개의 교반조형 반응기,상기 교반조형 반응기에 접속한 증류탑,상기 교반조형 반응기 및/또는 상기 증류탑과 접속하여, 불순물을 제거하는 분리기,상기 분리기와 상기 교반조형 반응기 및/또는 상기 증류탑을 연통시키는 하 부 액배관을 구비하는 제3급 부탄올의 연속 제조 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 교반조형 반응기는 촉매 분리기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제3급 부탄올의 연속 제조 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 분리기는 상기 촉매 분리기와 연통하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제3급 부탄올의 연속 제조 장치.
- 제13항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분리기는 흡착제 컬럼 및/또는 이온교환수지 컬럼을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제3급 부탄올의 연속 제조 장치.
- 제13항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 교반조형 반응기는 촉매 수용액과 원료 탄화수소 혼합물이 향류가 되도록 공급하면서 반응시키는 향류형 반응기인 것을 특징으로 하는 제3급 부탄올의 연속 제조 장치.
- 제13항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연속 제조 장치에 있어서, 촉매가 접촉하는 부위의 재질은 적어도 Cr을 17∼21%, Ni을 8∼14% 함유하고, C가 0.10% 이하인 스테인리스강으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제3급 부탄올의 연속 제조 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 헤테로폴리산인 것을 특징으로 하는 제3급 부탄올의 연속 제조 장치.
