- 구동력을 출력하는 엔진과, 상기 엔진과 구동차륜과의 동력전달을 자유로이 맞물림하는 마찰맞물림요소를 가지는 자동변속기와, 상기 마찰맞물림요소의 맞물림 상태를 공급되는 유압에 기하여 제어하는 유압서보와, 상기 엔진에 연동하여 구동하고, 상기 유압서보에 유압을 공급하는 기계식 오일펌프와, 상기 유압서보에 유압을 공급하는 전동오일펌프를 구비하고, 정차 중에 상기 엔진을 정지할 수 있는 차량의 제어장치에 있어서,상기 전동오일펌프의 구동을 제어하고, 상기 기계식 오일펌프의 구동상태에 기하여 상기 유압서보에 공급하는 대기압(待機壓)을 발생시키는 전동오일펌프 제어수단을 구비하고,상기 전동오일펌프 제어수단에 의한 상기 대기압은, 아이들 운전시인 경우에 상기 기계식 오일펌프의 구동에 기하여 발생하는 라인압 미만이고, 또한 상기 마찰맞물림요소가 토크 전달을 개시하는 맞물림 개시압 이상으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어장치.
- 구동력을 출력하는 엔진과, 상기 엔진과 구동차륜과의 동력전달을 마찰판의 가압상태에 기하여 자유로이 맞물림하는 마찰맞물림요소를 가지는 자동변속기와, 공급되는 유압에 기하여 상기 마찰판을 가압하는 피스톤을 가지고, 이 피스톤의 가압에 의하여 상기 마찰맞물림요소의 맞물림 상태를 제어하는 유압서보와, 상기 엔진에 연동하여 구동하고, 상기 유압서보에 유압을 공급하는 기계식 오일펌프와, 상기 유압서보에 유압을 공급하는 전동오일펌프를 구비하고, 정차 중에 상기 엔진을 정지시킬 수 있는 차량의 제어장치에 있어서,상기 전동오일펌프의 구동을 제어하고, 상기 기계식 오일펌프의 구동상태에 기하여 상기 유압서보에 공급하는 대기압을 발생시키는 전동오일펌프 제어수단을 구비하고,상기 전동오일펌프 제어수단에 의한 상기 대기압은, 아이들 운전시인 경우에 상기 기계식 오일펌프의 구동에 기하여 발생하는 라인압 미만이고, 또한 상기 피스톤 및 상기 마찰판을 틈 없이 맞닿게 하는 스트로크 엔드압 이상으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 전동오일펌프 제어수단에 의한 상기 대기압은, 아이들 운전시인 경우에 상기 마찰맞물림요소에 입력되는 입력 토크를 전달 가능한 압력 이하로 설정되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 엔진의 구동력을 전달하는 크랭크축과,상기 크랭크축에 구동력을 전달하는 모터와,차량의 발진요구를 검출하는 발진요구 검출수단과,상기 발진요구의 검출 결과에 기하여 상기 모터를 구동하는 모터구동 제어수단을 구비하고,상기 전동오일펌프 제어수단에 의한 대기압은, 상기 발진요구의 검출에서부터 상기 모터의 구동력에 기한 상기 기계식 오일펌프의 구동에 의하여 발생하는 유압이 라인압이 되기까지의 동안에, 상기 기계식 오일펌프의 구동에 의하여 상기 유압서보에 공급하는 유압의 상승을 가함으로써, 상기 모터의 구동력에 기한 상기 마찰맞물림요소에 입력되는 입력 토크에 의하여 상기 마찰맞물림요소에 미끄러짐이 생기지 않도록 하는 압력으로 설정되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,스로틀 개도를 검출하는 스로틀 개도 검출수단을 구비하고,상기 모터구동 제어수단은, 상기 스로틀 개도 검출수단의 검출 결과에 따라 상기 모터를 구동할 때의 구동력을 제어하게 되고,상기 전동오일펌프 제어수단에 의한 상기 대기압은, 상기 발진요구를 검출한 때의 모든 상기 스로틀 개도에 대하여, 상기 발진요구의 검출에서부터 상기 모터의 구동력에 기한 상기 기계식 오일펌프의 구동에 의하여 발생하는 유압이 라인압이 되기까지의 동안에, 상기 기계식 오일펌프의 구동에 의하여 상기 유압서보에 공급하는 유압의 상승을 가함으로써 상기 마찰맞물림요소에 미끄러짐이 생기지 않을 만큼의 압력으로 설정되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 엔진의 구동력을 전달하는 크랭크축과,상기 크랭크축에 구동력을 전달하는 모터와,차량의 발진요구를 검출하는 발진요구 검출수단과,상기 발진요구의 검출 결과에 기하여 상기 모터를 구동하는 모터구동 제어수단과,상기 모터의 구동에 기하여, 상기 엔진이 정지상태에서부터 소정 회전수가 된 때에, 상기 엔진을 점화하는 엔진점화 제어수단을 구비하고,상기 전동오일펌프 제어수단에 의한 대기압은, 상기 발진요구의 검출에서부터 상기 엔진점화 제어수단에 의하여 상기 엔진이 점화되기까지의 동안에, 상기 모터의 구동에 기한 상기 기계식 오일펌프의 구동에 의하여 상기 유압서보에 공급하는 유압의 상승을 가함으로써, 상기 모터의 구동력에 기한 상기 마찰맞물림요소에 입력되는 입력 토크에 의하여 상기 마찰맞물림요소에 미끄러짐이 생기지 않을 만큼의 압력으로 설정되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,스로틀 개도를 검출하는 스로틀 개도 검출수단을 구비하고,상기 모터구동 제어수단은, 상기 스로틀 개도 검출수단의 검출 결과에 따라 상기 모터를 구동할 때의 구동력을 제어하게 되고,상기 전동오일펌프 제어수단에 의한 상기 대기압은, 상기 발진요구를 검출한 때의 모든 상기 스로틀 개도에 대하여, 상기 발진요구의 검출에서부터 상기 엔진점화 제어수단에 의하여 상기 엔진이 점화되기까지의 동안에, 상기 기계식 오일펌프의 구동에 의하여 상기 유압서보에 공급하는 유압의 상승을 가함으로써 상기 마찰맞물림요소에 미끄러짐이 생기지 않을 만큼의 압력으로 설정되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어장치.
- 제4항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발진요구 검출수단은, 브레이크의 해제에 기하여 차량의 발진요구를 검출하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어장치.
- 제4항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 모터는, 상기 크랭크축에 직접 연결되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전동오일펌프 제어수단은, 상기 엔진의 회전수가 제1 회전수 역치 이상인 경우에, 상기 전동오일펌프의 구동을 정지하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전동오일펌프 제어수단은, 상기 엔진의 회전수가 제2 회전수 역치 이하인 경우에, 상기 전동오일펌프의 구동을 개시하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어장치.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 자동변속기는, 유체전동(傳動)장치와, 복수개의 마찰맞물림요소의 이음ㆍ끊음에 의하여 전동(傳動) 경로를 절환(切換)하고, 입력축의 회전을 변속하여 상기 구동차륜에 출력하는 기어전동(傳動)수단을 가지고,상기 마찰맞물림요소는, 상기 복수개의 마찰맞물림요소 중의, 적어도 전진 1속단(速段)에 맞물려서 상기 입력축의 회전을 접속하는 입력 클러치인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어장치.
