Claims (18)
- 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질막, 상기 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질막을 끼우는 촉매층 및 상기 촉매층에 접촉한 가스확산층을 갖는 한 쌍의 전극, 상기 전극의 한쪽에 연료가스를 공급하는 가스유로를 갖는 도전성 세퍼레이터판, 및 상기 전극의 다른 쪽에 산화제가스를 공급하는 가스유로를 갖는 도전성 세퍼레이터판을 구비한 고분자 전해질형 연료전지로서, 상기 촉매층이, 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질, 및 촉매금속을 담지한 도전성 탄소입자를 포함하고, 상기 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질이 상기 도전성 탄소입자의 어그로머레이트 구조의 세공 내에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 도전성 탄소입자의 어그로머레이트 구조의 세공이, 5nm 이상이고 100nm 이하인 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질이, 상기 도전성 탄소입자의 1차입자의 세공 내에 배치되어 있는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 상기 도전성 탄소입자의 1차입자의 세공이, 1nm 이상이고 10nm 이하인 제 3 항에 기재된 고분자 전해질형 연료전지용 전극.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질이, 분자량 1만 이상이고 50만 이하인 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질은, 주쇄(主鎖)의 중합도가 10 이상이고 500 이하인 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매입자가, 상기 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질의 층 내부에 존재하는 수소이온 전도경로의 근방에서, 상기 탄소입자의 표면에 0.5nm 이상 5nm 이하의 입자로서 존재하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매층이, 두께방향으로 불연속인 복수의 층으로 이루어지는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매층이, 상기 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질막에 접하는 제 1 촉매층과, 상기 제 1 촉매층의 위에 형성된 제 2 촉매층을 갖고, 제 1 촉매층의 촉매성분은 백금이고, 제 2 촉매층의 촉매성분은, 루테늄, 파라듐, 로듐, 니켈, 이리듐 및 철로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속과 백금인 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질막, 상기 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질막을 끼우는 촉매층 및 상기 촉매층에 접촉한 가스확산층으로 이루어지는 한 쌍의 전극, 상기 전극의 한쪽에 연료가스를 공급하는 가스유로를 갖는 도전성 세퍼레이터판, 및 상기 전극의 다른 쪽에 산화제가스를 공급하는 가스유로를 갖는 도전성 세퍼레이터판을 구비한 고분자 전해질형 연료전지로서, 상기 촉매층이, 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질 및 촉매금속을 담지한 탄소입자를 포함하고, 상기 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질이 상기탄소입자의 1차입자의 세공 내에 배치되어 있는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 탄소입자의 1차입자의 세공이, 1nm 이상이고 10nm 이하인 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 10nm 이상 150nm 이하의 1차입자의 입자지름을 갖는 도전성 탄소입자의 적어도 일부에, 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질을 접합하는 공정, 상기 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질을 접합한 도전성 탄소입자를, 백금이온을 포함하는 용액에 침지하여, 상기 도전성 탄소입자를 음극으로서 전해하는 것에 의해, 상기 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질의 층 내부에 존재하는 수소이온 전도경로의 근방에서의 상기 도전성 탄소입자의 표면에 백금을 포함하는 촉매입자를 석출시키는 공정을 갖는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지용 전극의 제조방법.
- 10nm 이상 150nm 이하의 1차입자의 입자지름을 갖는 도전성 탄소입자의 표면의 적어도 일부에, 음이온성 관능기를 부여하는 공정, 상기 도전성 탄소입자의 표면에 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질을 접합하는 공정, 및 상기 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질을 접합한 도전성 탄소입자를, 백금이온을 포함하는 용액에 침지하는 것에 의해, 상기 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질의 층 내부에 존재하는 수소이온 전도경로의 근방에서, 상기 도전성 탄소입자의 표면에 백금을 포함하는 촉매입자를 석출시키는 공정을 갖는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지용 전극의 제조방법.
- 화학적으로 불활성인 제 1 기재상에, 제 1 촉매입자와 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질을 포함하는 잉크를 도포하여 제 1 촉매층을 형성하는 공정, 화학적으로 불활성인 제 2 기재상에, 제 2 촉매입자와 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질을 포함하는 잉크를 도포하여 제 2 촉매층을 형성하는 공정, 상기 제 1 촉매층을 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질막의 표리양측에 전사하는 공정, 및 상기 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질막의 적어도 한쪽의 제 1 촉매층상에 상기 제 2 촉매층을 전사하는 공정을 갖는, 제 8 항에 기재된 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 제조방법.
- 화학적으로 불활성인 기재상에, 제 2 촉매입자와 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질을 포함하는 잉크를 도포하여 제 2 촉매층을 형성하는 공정, 상기 제 2 촉매층상에, 제 1 촉매입자와 수소이온 전도성 고분자 전해질을 포함하는 잉크를 도포하여 제 1 촉매층을 형성하는 공정, 및 상기 제 1 및 제 2 촉매층을 수소이온 전도성고분자 전해질막의 적어도 한쪽 면에 전사하는 공정을 갖는, 제 8 항에 기재된 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 제조방법.
- 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서, 화학적으로 불활성인 기재가 다공성시트인 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 제조방법.
- 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서, 화학적으로 불활성인 기재가 발수처리되어 있는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 제조방법.
- 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서, 화학적으로 불활성인 기재가, 기체투과율이 다른 2종류 이상의 시트의 적층체로 이루어지는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 제조방법.
