Claims (20)
- 음전극이 전류 콜렉터, 전류 콜렉터에 의해 지지되는 음전극 활성 물질, 전도제 및 결합제를 포함하고;상기 음전극 활성 물질의 Li 삽입 전위가 0.2 V 이상 (Li/Li+에 대해)이고 평균 일차 입자 직경이 1 ㎛ 이하이고, 전류 콜렉터의 중량을 제외한 음전극의 비표면적이 BET 방법에 의해 측정시 3 내지 50 m2/g의 범위 이내이며;상기 음전극 활성 물질, 상기 전도제 및 상기 결합제의 배합비는 음전극 활성 물질 80 내지 95 중량%, 전도제 3 내지 18 중량%, 결합제 2 내지 7 중량%인;활성 물질을 함유한 양전극, 음전극 및 비수성 전해질을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전류 콜렉터를 제외한 음전극의 다공도가 20 내지 50%의 범위 이내인 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 음전극 활성 물질의 Li 삽입 전위가 0.2 내지 3 V (Li/Li+에 대해)인 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 음전극 활성 물질의 평균 일차 입자 직경이 0.001 내지 1 ㎛인 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 음전극의 비표면적이 5 내지 50 m2/g의 범위 이내인 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 음전극 활성 물질이 리튬 티타늄 산화물 또는 티타늄 산화물을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 리튬 티타늄 산화물이 Li4+xTi5O12 (-1 ≤ x ≤ 3) 또는 Li2+xTi3O7 (-1 ≤ x ≤ 3)로 표시되는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 음전극 활성 물질이 P, V, Sn, Cu, Ni, 또는 Fe를 함유한 티타늄 산화물을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 양전극의 활성 물질이 리튬-니켈-코발트-망간 복합 산화물, 스피넬 (Spinel)-형 리튬-망간-니켈 복합 산화물, 감람석 구조를 갖는 리튬-인 산화물, 리튬-코발트 산화물, 리튬-니켈-코발트 복합 산화물, 및 리튬-망간 복합 산화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 리튬-니켈-코발트-망간 복합 산화물이 LiaNibCocMndO2로 표 시되고 a, b, c, 및 d의 몰 비율이 0 ≤ a ≤ 1.1, 0.1 ≤ b ≤ 0.5, 0 ≤ c ≤ 0.9, 및 0.1 ≤ d ≤ 0.5의 범위 이내인 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 삭제
- 제 12항에 있어서, 유기 양이온이 알킬 이미다졸륨 이온 및(또는) 테트라알킬 암모늄 이온을 포함하고, 음이온이 BF4 -, PF6 -, AsF6 -, ClO4 -, CF3SO3 -, CF3COO-, CH3COO-, CO3 2-, N(CF3SO2)2 -, N(C2F5SO2)2 -, 및 (CF3SO2)3C-로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 이온을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 비수성 전해질이 프로필렌 카르보네이트, 에틸렌 카르보네 이트, 디에틸 카르보네이트 및 γ-부티로락톤으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 비수성 용매를 함유하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 음전극이 전류 콜렉터 및 전류 콜렉터에 의해 지지되는 음전극 활성 물질, 전도제 및 결합제를 함유한 음전극층을 포함하고;상기 음전극 활성 물질의 Li 삽입 전위가 0.2 V 이상 (Li/Li+에 대해)이고 평균 일차 입자 직경이 1 ㎛ 이하이고 음전극층의 비표면적이 BET 방법에 의해 측정시 3 내지 50 m2/g의 범위 이내이며;상기 음전극 활성 물질, 상기 전도제 및 상기 결합제의 배합비는 음전극 활성 물질 80 내지 95 중량%, 전도제 3 내지 18 중량%, 결합제 2 내지 7 중량%인;활성 물질을 함유한 양전극, 음전극, 및 비수성 전해질을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 음전극 활성 물질이 리튬 티타늄 산화물을 포함하고 양전극의 활성 물질이 리튬-니켈-코발트-망간 복합 산화물, 스피넬-형 리튬-망간-니켈 복합 산화물, 감람석 구조를 갖는 리튬-인 산화물, 리튬-코발트 산화물, 리튬-니켈-코발트 복합 산화물, 및 리튬-망간 복합 산화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 음전극이 전류 콜렉터 및 전류 콜렉터에 의해 지지되는 리튬 티타늄 산화물,전도제 및 결합제를 함유한 음전극층을 포함하고;상기 리튬 티타늄 산화물의 평균 일차 입자 직경이 1 ㎛ 이하이고 음전극층의 비표면적이 BET 방법에 의해 측정시 3 내지 50 m2/g의 범위 이내이며;상기 리튬 티타늄 산화물, 상기 전도제 및 상기 결합제의 배합비는 음전극 활성 물질 80 내지 95 중량%, 전도제 3 내지 18 중량%, 결합제 2 내지 7 중량%인;활성 물질을 함유한 양전극, 음전극, 및 비수성 전해질을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 양전극의 활성 물질이 리튬-니켈-코발트-망간 복합 산화물, 스피넬-형 리튬-망간-니켈 복합 산화물, 감람석 구조를 갖는 리튬-인 산화물, 리튬-코발트 산화물, 리튬-니켈-코발트 복합 산화물, 및 리튬-망간 복합 산화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물을 포함하고, 비수성 전해질이 알킬 이미다졸륨 이온 및(또는) 테트라알킬 암모늄 이온, 리튬 이온, 및 BF4 -, PF6 -, AsF6 -, ClO4 -, CF3SO3 -, CF3COO-, CH3COO-, CO3 2-, N(CF3SO2)2 -, N(C2F5SO2)2 -, 및 (CF3SO2)3C-로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 음이온을 함유하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 양전극의 활성 물질이 리튬-니켈-코발트-망간 복합 산화물, 스피넬-형 리튬-망간-니켈 복합 산화물, 감람석 구조를 갖는 리튬-인 산화물, 리튬-코발트 산화물, 리튬-니켈-코발트 복합 산화물, 및 리튬-망간 복합 산화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물을 포함하고, 비수성 전해질이 프로필렌 카르보네이트, 에틸렌 카르보네이트, 디에틸 카르보네이트, 및 γ-부티로락 톤으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 비수성 용매를 함유하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
- 제 1항, 제 15항 및 제 17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 평균 입자 직경의 측정 방법이 레이저 회절법에 의해 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수성 전해질 배터리.
