Claims (15)
- 주성분으로서 테레프탈산 또는 이의 에스테르 형성 유도체를 함유하는 디카르복실산 성분과, 주성분으로서 에틸렌 글리콜을 함유하는 디올 성분을, 주기율표의 4A 족의 티탄족 원소로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소의 화합물 (1) 의 존재하에서, 에스테르화 반응 또는 에스테르 교환반응을 통해 중축합시킴으로써 제조된 폴리에스테르 수지로서,상기 테레프탈산 성분과 에틸렌 글리콜 성분 이외의 공중합 성분의 함량이 전체 디카르복실산 성분에 대해 4 몰% 이하이고,280℃ 에서 사출 성형된 두께 3.5 mm 의 성형품에서, 파장 395 nm 에서의 흡광도와 파장 800 nm 에서의 흡광도의 차이가 0.08 이상이고, 파장 500nm 에서의 흡광도와 파장 800 nm 에서의 흡광도의 차이가 0.05 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 280℃ 에서의 사출 성형 후, 성형품에서 수지의 승온 결정화 온도 (Tc) 는 150 내지 180℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 사출 성형 전의 수지는 고유 점도 ([η]) 가 0.70 내지 0.90 ㎗/g 이고, 헌터 색차식 (Hunter's color difference formula) 의 색좌표값 b 는 4 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 화합물 (1) 의 함량은 폴리에스테르 수지 1 톤 당, 화합물 (1) 의 원자의 총량 (T) 로서 0.002 내지 1 몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 주기율표의 Ⅰa 족의 금속 원소, 주기율표의 Ⅱa 족의 원소, 망간, 철 및 코발트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 원소의 화합물 (2) 및 인 화합물 (3) 의 공존 하에 중축합되는 폴리에스테르 수지로서, 화합물 (2) 의 함량은 폴리에스테르 수지 1 톤 당, 화합물 (2) 의 원자의 총량 (M) 으로서 0.04 내지 5 몰이고, 화합물 (3) 의 함량은 폴리에스테르 수지 1 톤 당, 화합물 (3) 의 원자의 총량 (P) 로서 0.02 내지 4 몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 화합물 (1), (2) 및 (3) 각각의 함량은, 폴리에스테르 수지 1 톤 당, 화합물 (1) 의 원자의 총량 (T) 로서 0.02 내지 0.2 몰, 화합물 (2) 의 원자의 총량 (M) 으로서 0.04 내지 0.6 몰, 및 화합물 (3) 의 원자의 총량 (P) 로서 0.02 내지 0.4 몰이고,아세트알데히드 함량 (AA1) 은 5.0 ppm 이하이고, 280℃ 에서의 사출 성형 후, 성형품내 수지의 아세트알데히드 함량 (AA2) 는 20 ppm 이하이며, 280℃ 에서의 사출 성형 후, 두께 5 mm 의 성형품의 헤이즈 (haze) 는 10% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 화합물 (1) 은 티탄 화합물이고, 화합물 (2) 는 마그네슘 화합물이며, 화합물 (3) 은 인산 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 각각 디카르복실산 성분으로서, 전체 디카르복실산 성분에 대해 0.1 내지 3 몰% 의 이소프탈산 또는 이의 에스테르 형성 유도체와, 디올 성분으로서, 전체 디올 성분에 대해 1 내지 3 몰% 의 디에틸렌 글리콜이 공중합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 주성분으로서 테레프탈산 또는 이의 에스테르 형성 유도체를 함유하는 디카르복실산 성분과, 주성분으로서 에틸렌 글리콜을 함유하는 디올 성분을, 주기율표의 4A 족의 티탄족 원소로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소의 화합물 (1), 주기율표의 Ⅰa 족의 금속 원소, 주기율표의 Ⅱa 족의 원소, 망간, 철 및 코발트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 원소의 화합물 (2) 및 인 화합물 (3) 의 존재 하에, 에스테르화 반응 또는 에스테르 교환반응을 통해 중축합시키는 것을 포함하는 폴리에스테르 수지 제조 방법으로서,화합물 (1), (2) 및 (3) 각각의 양은, 폴리에스테르 수지 1 톤 당, 화합물 (1) 의 원자의 총량 (T) 로서 0.02 내지 0.2 몰, 화합물 (2) 의 원자의 총량 (M) 로서 0.04 내지 0.6 몰, 및 화합물 (3) 의 원자의 총량 (P) 로서 0.02 내지 0.4 몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 화합물 (1) 의 원자의 총량 (T) 에 대한 화합물 (3) 의 원자의 총량 (P) 의 비 (P/T) 는 0.1 내지 10 인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 화합물 (1) 의 원자의 총량 (T) 에 대한 화합물 (2) 의 원자의 총량 (M) 의 비 (M/T) 는 0.1 내지 10 인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 화합물 (1), (2) 및 (3) 각각의 반응계로의 첨가 순서는 (3), 이어서 (2), 어어서 (1) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 화합물 (1) 은 티탄 화합물이고, 화합물 (2) 는 마그네슘 화합물이며, 화합물 (3) 은 인산 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 티탄 화합물은 티탄 원자의 농도가 0.01 내지 0.3 중량% 이고 수분의 농도가 0.1 내지 1 중량% 인 에틸렌 글리콜 용액의 형태로 반응계에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 전체 디카르복실산 성분에 대해 0.1 내지 3 몰% 의 이소프탈산 또는 이의 에스테르 형성 유도체가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지 제조 방법.
