Claims (17)
- DSC에 의한 융해 피크 온도인 융점이 50 내지 130 ℃의 범위에 있는 수지를 주성분으로 하는 수지 조성물을 포함하는 추종층과, 융점이 200 ℃ 이상인 수지를 주성분으로 하는 수지 조성물을 포함하며 상기 추종층에 적층되어 있는 이형층을 갖는 다층 시트로서,2장의 상기 다층 시트의 이형층끼리를 170 ℃, 3 MPa의 조건으로 30 분간 압착시켰을 때 ASTM D1893에 준거하는 방법에 의해 측정한 블로킹력이 0.1 N/cm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추종층이, 융점이 50 내지 130 ℃의 범위에 있는 상기 수지를 제1 수지로 하였을 때에, DSC에 의한 융해 피크 온도인 융점이 130 ℃보다 높으며 250 ℃ 이하인 제2 수지를 더 포함하는 다층 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 추종층의 170 ℃에서의 복소(複素) 점도가 1000 내지 10000 Paㆍs이며 170 ℃에서의 tanδ가 1 미만인 다층 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추종층의 상기 이형층이 적층되어 있는 면과 반대측 면에 제2 이형층이 적층되어 있고, 제2 이형층이 융점이 200 ℃ 이상인 수지를 주성분으로 하는 수지 조성물을 포함하며, 2장의 이형층끼리(제1과 제2 또는 제2 끼리)를 170 ℃, 3 MPa의 조건으로 30 분간 압착시켰을 때 ASTM D1893에 준거하는 방법에 의해 측정한 블로킹력이 0.1 N/cm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추종층이, 250 ℃에서의 복소 점도가 100 내지 5000 Paㆍs이며 250 ℃에서의 tanδ가 1.5 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 추종층이, 제1 및 제2 수지가 해도(海島) 구조를 형성하는 구조를 가지고, 상기 해도 구조의 섬부를 구성하는 제2 수지의 융점이 바다부를 구성하는 제1 수지의 융점보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 시트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 바다부를 구성하는 제1 수지의 융점이 50 내지 130 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 시트.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 섬부를 구성하는 제2 수지의 융점이 130 ℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이형층을 구성하는 수지 조성물이 극성기를 주쇄 중에 갖는 수지를 주성분으로 하는 다층 시트.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 극성기를 주쇄 중에 갖는 수지가 결정성 방향족 폴리에스테르인 다층 시트.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 극성기를 주쇄 중에 갖는 수지로서 폴리메틸펜텐 및α-올레핀 공중합체 중 1종 이상의 수지를 더 포함하는 다층 시트.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 이형층에 있어서, 극성기를 주쇄 중에 갖는 수지로서의 결정성 방향족 폴리에스테르가 결정 성분으로서 적어도 부틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 포함하는 다층 시트.
- 제9항에 있어서, DSC에 의한 결정 융해 열량이 40 J/g 이상인 다층 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2장의 상기 다층 시트의 이형층끼리를 170 ℃, 3 MPa의 조건으로 30 분간 압착시켰을 때 ASTM D1893에 준거하는 방법에 의해 측정한 블로킹력이 0.02 N/cm 이하인 다층 시트.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 극성기를 주쇄 중에 갖는 수지의 유리 전이 온도 이상 및 융점 이하의 온도에서 이형층의 적어도 표면이 열 처리되어 있는 다층 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이형층의 표면이 마찰 처리되어 있는 다층 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이형층에 있어서의 할로겐 함유율이 5 중량% 이하인 다층 시트.
