Claims (11)
- 1.式: ▲数式、化学式、表などがあります▼ (式中: 各R1は独立に多価C2−10直鎖状または分枝鎖状アルキル部分;各R2は独 立にC2−10直鎖状または分枝鎖状アルケニル部分;各R3は独立に水素また はメチル; 各xは独立に2以上:および xが2の場合には、各yは独立に3ないし8、でxが3以上の場合には、各yは 独立に2ないし7)の化合物で架橋されたカルボキシル含有親水性樹脂を含む架 橋親水性樹脂。
- 2.カルボキシル含有親水性樹脂がi)1つ以上のエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸 、エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸無水物またはその塩類、および場合によりii) アクリルアミド、ビニルビロリル、ビニルスルホン酸、アクリロニトリル、セル ロース系モノマー、変性セルロース系モノマー、ポリビニルアルコールモノマー またはデンプル加水分解物モノマーの中の1つ以上のコモノマーのポリマーを含 むことを特徴とする請求項1の樹脂。
- 3.各R1がC3−6直鎖状または分枝鎖状アルキル部分;各R2はC2−4直 鎮状または分枝鎖状アルケニル部分;各R3は水素; 各xは2ないし4:および 各yは3ないし7であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2の樹脂。
- 4.架橋剤が、モノマーの重量に対して、1.000重量ppmないし50.0 00重量ppmの量で存在することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいず れか1つの項の樹脂。
- 5.モノマー1)がアクリル酸またはメタクリル酸もしくはその塩類であること を特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1つの項の樹脂。
- 6.25g/g以上の遠心機分離量、25g/g以上の荷重下吸収量および0. 6以上の荷重下吸収量と遠心機分離量との比を示すことを特徴とする請求項1な いし請求項5のいずれか1つの項の樹脂。
- 7.A)i)1つ以上のエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸、エチレン性不飽和酸無水 物またはそれらの塩類、および、場合によりii)アクリルアミド、ビニルピロ リドン、ビニルスルホン酸、アクリロニトリル、セルロース系モノマー、変性セ ルロース系モノマー、ポリビニルアルコールまたはデンプン水解物の中の1つ以 上を、水性媒質中で、場合により遊離基またはレドックス開始剤系を存在させ、 架橋親水性樹脂を生成させるような条件でiii)架橋性化合物と接触させるこ とを含む請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1つの項の架橋親水性樹脂の調製法 において、該架橋性化合物が式: ▲数式、化学式、表などがあります▼ (式中: 各R1は独立に多価C2−12直鎖状または分枝鎖状アルキル部分;各R2は独 立にC2−10直線鎖状または分枝鎖状アルケニル部分;各R3は独立に水素ま たはメチル; 各xは独立に2以上: xが2の場合には各yは独立に3ないし8で、xが3以上の場合には、各yは独 立に2ないし7)の化合物であることを特徴とする方法。
- 8.さらに、 B)反応器からヒドロゲルの形で架橋親水性樹脂を回収し;C)親水性樹脂のヒ ドロゲル中に存在する残留水分および水と混合しうる溶剤が実質的に除去される ような条件下で架橋親水性樹脂のヒドロゲルを乾燥し:さらに D)場合により機械的手段によって乾燥した親水性樹脂の粒径を小さくすること を特徴とする請求項7の方法。
- 9.さらに、 E)架橋親水性樹脂が、25g/g以上の遠心機分離量、25g/g以上の荷重 下吸収量および0.6以上の荷重下吸収量と遠心機分離量との比を示すような条 件下架橋親水性樹脂粒子を加熱することを特徴とする請求項8の方法。
- 10.加熱温度が170℃ないし250℃で、加熱時間が1ないし60分である ことを特徴とする請求項9の方法。
- 11.支持体構造物および請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1つの項の架鎖親 水性樹脂粒子を含むことを特徴とする吸収剤構造物。
