灯機能用の灯光を生成して、前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品の第1の部分を通して灯光を射出するように構成された灯ユニットであって、前記第1の部分は前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品により画成されており、また前記灯ユニットは、前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品のうちの少なくとも一つと一体化されている、前記灯ユニットと、を含むものであり、
前記灯ユニットが、前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品のうちの少なくとも一つを通してまたはそこから前記灯機能用の灯光を誘導するように構成されており、

- 前記灯ユニットが、発光ダイオード(LED)を含み、当該LEDは、前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品のうちの少なくとも一つの中にモールド成形されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチックグレージング。
- 灯機能を有する車両のウィンドウのプラスチックグレージングを製造する方法であって、当該方法は、
第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品をモールド成形して、前記プラスチックグレージングの無色透明部分(108)を形成することと;
前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品上にモールド成形される第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品をモールド成形して、前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品の第1の部分を画成することと;
灯機能用の灯光を生成して前記第1の部分(102)を通して光を射出するように構成された灯ユニットを、前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品のうちの少なくとも一つと一体化させることと;
前記灯ユニットを、前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品のうちの少なくとも一つを通してまたはそこから前記灯機能用の灯光を誘導するように配置させることとを含み、
前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品のうちの少なくとも一つは、半透明又は透明である、方法。 - 前記灯ユニットからの灯光を受容するように構成された導光体を提供することをさらに含み、
前記導光体が、受容された灯光を、その長さに沿って射出して前記灯機能を提供すること、前記灯光をその端部に送達して前記灯機能を前記車両の内部に提供すること、および前記灯光をその端部に送達して前記灯機能を前記車両から外部に提供すること、のうちの一つを行うように構成されており、
前記プラスチックグレージングは、前記灯ユニットを支持するように構成されている筐体ユニットに取り付けられており、該筐体ユニットは繊維強化ポリマーを含むものである、請求項6記載の方法。 - 前記導光体を保持するように構成された部品をモールド成形することをさらに含み、
前記部品が、前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品のうちの少なくとも一つの中にモールド成形されているものである、請求項6記載の方法。 - 前記プラスチックグレージングを、繊維強化ポリマーの筐体ユニットに取り付けることと、前記灯ユニットを、当該筐体ユニットで支持することとをさらに含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記灯ユニットが、発光ダイオード(LED)を含み、また前記方法は、前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品のうちの少なくとも一つの中に当該LEDをモールド成形することをさらに含む、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
