- 前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品の一つまたは複数の部分がレンズを形成し、前記灯ユニットが、前記レンズを通して灯光を射出するとともに前記灯機能用の前記導光体を通して灯光を射出するように構成されている、請求項4に記載のプラスチックグレージング。
- 前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品の少なくとも一つが、前記灯ユニットから受容された灯光を拡散、散乱、または反射させるように構成された表面を含み、
前記表面が、以下の:テクスチャ加工された表面およびレーザーマーキングされた表面の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチックグレージング。 - 前記灯ユニットが、発光ダイオード(LED)を含み、前記LEDが、以下の:前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品の少なくとも一つの中にモールド成形されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチックグレージング。
- 前記灯機能が、以下の:サイド識別灯、外灯、サイド標識灯、駐車モード灯、ルーフピラー灯、リアクォーターウィンドウ灯、ウェルカム灯、室内読書灯、特注可能な個別の灯、環境灯、荷室灯、パノラマルーフ灯、ブレーキ灯、転回信号灯、走行灯、後退灯、霧灯、および安全灯の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチックグレージング。
- 前記灯機能を有する車両のウィンドウのプラスチックグレージングを製造する方法であって、
第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品をモールド成形することと;
前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品上にモールド成形された第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品をモールド成形することと;
前記灯機能用の灯光を生成するように構成された灯ユニットを、以下の:前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品の少なくとも一つと一体化させることと;
前記灯ユニットを、以下の:前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品の少なくとも一つを通してまたはそこから前記灯機能用の灯光を誘導するように配置させることとを含み、前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品の少なくとも一つが透光性または透明である、方法。 - 前記灯ユニットが、以下の:前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品の少なくとも一つの上に支持されており、
前記ウィンドウが、以下の:フロントウィンドウ、サイドウィンドウ、リアクォーターウィンドウ、リアウィンドウ、フロントクウォーターウィンドウ、およびパノラマウィンドウの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記プラスチックグレージングが、前記灯ユニットを支持するように構成されている筐体ユニットに取り付けられており、
前記筐体ユニットが繊維強化ポリマーを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記灯ユニットからの灯光を受容するように構成された導光体を提供することをさらに含み、
前記導光体が、以下の:前記受容された灯光を、その長さに沿って射出して前記灯機能を提供すること、前記灯光をその端部に送達して前記灯機能を車両の内部に提供すること、および前記灯光をその端部に送達して前記灯機能を前記車両の外部に提供すること、の一つを行うように構成されている、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記導光体を保持するように構成されたモールド成形部品をモールド成形することをさらに含み、
前記部品が、以下の:前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品の少なくとも一つの中にモールド成形されている、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 第1の位置における前記導光体から射出された灯光を遮断し、第2の位置における前記導光体から灯光を射出可能にするよう構成された光遮断機構を配置することをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品の一つまたは複数の部分がレンズを形成し、前記灯ユニットが、前記レンズを通して灯光を射出するとともに前記灯機能用の導光体を通して灯光を射出するように構成されている、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品の少なくとも一つが、前記灯ユニットからの灯光を拡散、散乱、または反射させるように構成された表面を含み、
前記表面が、以下の:テクスチャ加工された表面およびレーザーマーキングされた表面の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項11〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記灯ユニットが、発光ダイオード(LED)を含み、前記方法が前記LEDを以下の:前記第1の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品および前記第2の車両ウィンドウグレージング部品の少なくとも一つの中にモールド成形することをさらに含む、請求項11〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記灯機能が、以下の:サイド識別灯、外灯、サイド標識灯、駐車モード灯、ルーフピラー灯、リアクォーターウィンドウ灯、ウェルカム灯、室内読書灯、特注可能な個別の灯、環境灯、荷室灯、パノラマルーフ灯、ブレーキ灯、転回信号灯、走行灯、後退灯、霧灯、および安全灯の少なくとも一つを含む、請求項11〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
