Description
本発明は、いくつかの試料容器キャリアを備えるラボラトリ試料分配システムに関する。試料容器キャリアが1つまたは複数の試料容器を運搬するように適合される。各試料容器キャリアが少なくとも1つの磁気的に活性なデバイスを備える。磁気的に活性なデバイスは、永久磁石、電磁石、および/または、任意の軟磁性材料であってよい。
ラボラトリ試料分配システムは、いくつかの電磁アクチュエータをさらに備える。電磁アクチュエータは移送面の下方に静止するように配置され、試料容器キャリアに磁力を加えることにより移送面の上で試料容器キャリアを移動させるように適合される。
電磁アクチュエータは、通常、強磁性体コアを囲むソレノイドを有する電磁石として作り上げられる。これらの電磁アクチュエータは、試料容器キャリアを移動または駆動させるのに使用され得る磁場を発生させるように励磁され得る。この目的のために、各実施例の試料容器キャリア内の少なくとも1つの磁気的に活性なデバイスは永久磁石であってよい。別法としてまたは加えて、電磁石が使用されてもよい。
分析ステーションは、測定信号を発生させるために試料またはその試料の一部および試薬を使用するように適合され得、この測定信号が分析物が存在するかどうかを識別し、存在する場合にはその濃度を特定する。
分析前ステーション、分析ステーションおよび/または分析後ステーションは、デキャッピングステーション、リキャッピングステーション、アリコートステーション、遠心分離ステーション、保管ステーション、ピペット操作ステーション、分類ステーション、チューブタイプ識別ステーション、試料品質決定ステーション、アドオンバッファステーション(add−on buffer station)、液面レベル検出ステーション、および、密閉/密閉解除(desealing)ステーションのうちの少なくとも1つを含むことができる。
ラボラトリ試料分配システム100は制御デバイス150をさらに備える。制御デバイス150は、電磁石120を駆動させることにより移送面上での試料容器キャリア140の移動を制御するように構成され、その結果、試料容器キャリア140が対応する移送経路に沿って独立して同時に移動するようになる。
Claims (9)
- ラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)であって、
1つまたは複数の試料容器(145)を運搬するように適合されるいくつかの試料容器キャリア(140)であって、各試料容器キャリア(140)が少なくとも1つの磁気的に活性なデバイスを備える、いくつかの試料容器キャリア(140)と、
前記試料容器キャリア(140)を支持するように適合される移送面(110)と、
前記移送面(110)の下方に静止するように配置されるいくつかの電磁アクチュエータ(120)であって、前記電磁アクチュエータが、試料容器キャリア(140)に磁力を加えることにより前記移送面(110)の上で前記試料容器キャリア(140)を移動させるように適合される、いくつかの電磁アクチュエータ(120)と、
前記電磁アクチュエータ(120)を駆動させることにより前記移送面(110)の上での前記試料容器キャリア(140)の移動を制御するように構成される制御デバイス(150)であって、その結果、前記試料容器キャリア(140)が対応する移送経路に沿って移動するようになる、制御デバイス(150)と、
地震の発生を検出して検出された地震を前記制御デバイス(150)に報告するように構成される、前記制御デバイス(150)に連絡可能に連結される地震検出デバイス(160)と、を備え、
前記制御デバイス(150)が地震の発生時に前記電磁アクチュエータ(120)を励磁するように構成され、その結果、前記電磁アクチュエータ(120)が、上に位置する試料容器キャリア(140)に引き付ける磁力を作用させる、
ラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 前記制御デバイス(150)が地震の発生時に前記電磁アクチュエータ(120)を励磁するように構成され、その結果、上に位置する試料容器キャリア(140)に作用する前記引き付ける磁力が、前記移送面(110)の上で前記試料容器キャリア(140)を移動させるのに使用される磁力よりも大きくなる、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 前記制御デバイス(150)が、地震の発生時に、前記地震の発生前に試料容器キャリア(140)がその上に位置していた電磁アクチュエータ(120)のみを励磁するように構成される、
ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 前記地震検出デバイス(160)が地震の終了を検出して地震の終了を前記制御デバイス(150)に報告するように適合される、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 前記制御デバイス(150)が、
地震の発生時に前記移送面(110)上の試料容器キャリア(140)の第1の分配を決定して保存するように、
前記地震の終了後に前記移送面(110)上の試料容器キャリア(140)の第2の分配を決定するように、ならびに、
前記第1の分配および前記第2の分配が適合しない場合にはエラーメッセージを発するように
適合される、
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 前記制御デバイス(150)が、エラーメッセージが発せられている場合に再分配動作を実施するように構成され、および、
前記制御デバイス(150)が、エラーメッセージが発せられていない場合に前記地震の終了後に前記電磁アクチュエータ(120)を制御するように構成され、その結果、試料容器キャリア(140)が前記移送面(110)上の対応する移送経路に沿ってさらに移動するようになる、
ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 前記地震検出デバイス(160)が加速度計(162)を備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - 前記地震検出デバイス(160)がマイクロ電気機械センサ(MEMS)を備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)。 - ラボラトリオートメーションシステム(10)であって、
いくつかの分析前ステーション、分析ステーションおよび/または分析後ステーション(20)と、
前記ステーション(20)の間で前記試料容器キャリア(140)および/または試料容器(145)を移送するように適合される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のラボラトリ試料分配システム(100)と
を備える、ラボラトリオートメーションシステム(10)。
