Abstract

背景技术
已知的实验室样品分布系统典型地使用在实验室自动化系统中,以便于在不同的实验室站点之间传送容纳在样品容器中的样品。
典型的实验室样品分布系统在文献WO 2013/064656 A1中示出。此类的实验室样品分布系统提供用于高生产量和用于可靠操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于来提供实验室样品分布系统,与在WO 2013/064656 A1中所公开的实验室样品分布系统相比较,其改良了在地震发生时的快速恢复能力。本发明的另一目的在于提供包括此类实验室样品分布系统的实验室自动化系统。
此目的通过根据权利要求1中所述的实验室样品分布系统和根据权利要求10所述的实验室自动化系统来实现。
本发明涉及包括多个样品容器承载架的实验室样品分布系统。样品容器承载器适于承载一个或更多个样品容器。每个样品容器承载架包括至少一个磁激活装置。此磁激活装置可以是永磁体、电磁体和/或任何软磁性材料。
实验室样品分布系统进一步包括传送平面,其适于来支撑或承载样品容器承载架。
实验室样品分布系统进一步包括多个电磁致动器。电磁致动器固定布置在传送平面下方,且适于通过对样品容器承载架施加磁力来移动在传送平面顶部上的样品容器承载架。
实验室样品分布系统进一步包括控制装置。控制装置配置来通过驱动电磁致动器来控制在传送平面顶部上的样品容器承载架的运动,使得样品容器承载架同时沿着相对应的特定传送路径运动。
实验室样品分布系统进一步包括地震检测装置,其相连通地连接至控制装置,且配置来检测地震的发生以及将检测到的地震报告给控制装置。
借助于根据本发明的实验室样品分布系统,来检测地震以及来启动以阻止或减小由地震引起的负面影响的防范措施是可能的。如果发生地震,其能够由此例如阻止实验室样品分布系统必须被手动重启,否则会引起对于样品容器或样品的损坏或(不受控的)错位。
样品容器通常设计成由玻璃或透明塑料制成的管,且通常在上端处具有开口。样品容器能够使用来容纳、储存以及传送样品,例如血液样品或化学样品。
传送平面也能够表示成传送表面。传送平面制成样品容器承载架,其也能够表示成承载样品容器承载架。
电磁致动器通常构造成具有螺线管围绕铁磁芯的电磁体。这些电磁致动器可以被供能,以便于提供能够用来移动或驱动样品容器承载架的磁场。为此目的,在每个样品容器承载架中的至少一个磁激活装置可以是永磁体。可替代地或额外地,能够使用电磁体。

根据实施例,控制装置配置来在地震发生时给电磁致动器供能,使得施加在定位于其上的样品容器承载架上的吸引磁力大于所使用来使传送平面顶部上的样品容器承载架移动的磁力。因此,在地震期间施加在样品容器承载架上的磁力能够被最大化,其阻止地震期间的不受控的运动或倾斜,以便于也最大化上述的积极影响。
根据实施例,控制装置配置来在当地震发生时仅给在地震发生前在电磁致动器上方已经定位有样品容器承载架的那些电磁致动器供能。这阻止样品容器承载架的由于来自定位在附近的电磁致动器施加在其上的吸引力而引起的不受控的运动,且此外这样还节省能量。通常,在地震之前和/或地震期间在其上方定位有样品容器承载架的电磁致动器在定位在它们上方的样品容器承载架上施加吸引力。
如果地震持续时间长于预定阈值持续时间,则提供给那些在其上方定位有样品容器承载架的电磁致动器的电功率可以在阈值持续时间之后减小,例如通过给电磁致动器的线圈施以电流和/或电压脉冲。电功率可以被减小至足够来将容器承载架安全固定在其当前位置上的功率水平。
根据实施例,地震检测装置适于来检测地震的结束且将其报告给控制装置。由此,控制装置可以在地震之后再开始实验室样品分布系统的操作,且可检查在地震期间是否已经发生扰动或其它错误状况。
根据实施例,控制装置适于来在地震发生时确定和储存传送平面上的样品容器承载架的第一分布,在所述地震结束后来确定传送平面上的样品容器承载架的第二分布,以及如果第一分布和第二分布不匹配时,则来发出错误消息。由此,在地震期间在发生关于样品容器承载架的扰动的情况下,实验室样品分布系统的进一步的操作能够被阻止。由此,能够阻止样品容器承载架的可能的错误运动。
应该注意到,能够实施分布的确定,使得控制装置仅具有关于样品分布承载架所位于的位置的信息,而不具有单独识别每个样品容器承载架的能力。此类实施例容易执行。然而,假定的两个样品容器的位置的转换不能够被识别出。可替代地,能够实施样品容器承载架的分布的确定,使得控制装置具有关于每个单独的样品容器承载架的特定位置的信息。例如,此类实施例能够使用RFID-标签或类似识别设备来实施。由此,其甚至能够检测两个样品容器承载架的位置的转换。
根据实施例,每个样品容器承载架包括RFID-标签,控制装置使用其能够唯一地识别样品容器承载架。例如,此类实施例能够被使用以便于执行样品容器承载架的分布的确定,在其中控制装置知道关于单独的样品容器承载架的每个特定位置。RFID-标签也能够用于其它任务,例如在实验室站点处识别样品容器承载架和/或容纳在由样品容器承载架所承载的样品容器中的样品。
根据实施例,控制装置如此配置:如果已经发出错误消息,则在地震之后实施重新分布操作,以及如果未发出错误消息,则在地震结束后控制电磁致动器,使得样品容器承载架在传送平面上方进一步沿着相对应的传送路径移动。可以实施重新分布操作,以便于使由于地震而无意地相对于其各自位置移动在不同位置处的样品容器承载架移回至在地震之前其所位于的位置处。此后,能够重新恢复实验室样品分布系统的正常操作,例如样品容器承载架已经倾斜,错误消息可以发出至用户,指示用户来手动检查实验室样品分布系统的状态并且使其处于用于进一步操作的状态。
根据实施例,地震检测装置包括加速计。地震检测装置可包括微机电传感器(MEMS)。例如,由地震检测装置所包括的加速计能够使用微机电技术制成。这样提供可靠的和小的实施例。
本发明进一步涉及实验室自动化系统,其包括多个预分析的、分析的和/或后分析的(实验室)站点,以及如上所述的适于在站点之间传送样品容器承载架和/或样品容器的实验室样品分布系统。这些站点可以布置成邻近实验室样品分布系统。

预分析的、分析的和/或后分析的站点可以包括去盖站点、重新盖上站点、等分试样站点、归档站点、移液站点、分类站点、试管类型识别站点、样品质量确定站点、添加缓冲剂站点、液体水平检测站点和密封/除密封站点中的至少一个。
借助于根据本发明的实验室自动化系统,如上所述的,根据本发明的实验室样品分布系统的优点能够使得可应用于实验室自动化系统。关于实验室样品分布系统,上述的所有实施例和变型能够被应用。相应地应用上述的优点。

当计算单元164检测到地震已经结束时,其将此事实报告至控制装置150。然后控制装置150检查每个样品容器承载器140是否仍保持在其在地震之前所处的位置。
如果其仍保持在地震之前所处的位置,则控制装置150重新恢复实验室样品分布系统100的操作,使得样品容器承载器140进一步沿着其各自的传送路径移动。
如果在地震之前和之后的样品容器承载器140的位置之间存在差异,则控制装置150发出错误信号,指示用户手动地检查实验室样品分布系统100且使其进入用于进一步操作的状态。
在控制装置150已经接收来自用户的关于已经达到用于进一步操作的状态的输入之后,控制装置150重新恢复实验室样品分布系统100的正常操作,即所有样品容器承载器140进一步沿着其各自的传送路径移动。
Claims (9)
1.一种实验室样品分布系统(100),其包括:
多个样品容器承载架(140),其适于承载一个或更多个样品容器(145),每个样品容器承载架(140)包括至少一个磁激活装置,
传送平面(110),其适于支撑所述样品容器承载架(140),
多个电磁致动器(120),其固定布置在所述传送平面(140)下方,所述电磁致动器适于在所述传送平面(140)的顶部上通过对样品容器承载架(140)施加磁力来移动样品容器承载架(140),
控制装置(150),其配置来通过驱动所述电磁致动器(120)来控制在所述传送平面(110)的顶部上的所述样品容器承载架(140)的移动,使得所述样品容器承载架(140)沿着相应的传送路径移动,以及
地震检测装置(160),其相连通地联接至所述控制装置(150)且配置来检测地震的发生以及来向所述控制装置(150)报告检测到的地震,其中
在地震发生时,所述控制装置(150)配置来给所述电磁致动器(120)供能,使得所述电磁致动器(120)在定位于其上方的样品容器承载架(140)上施加吸引磁力。
