Description
Claims (7)
- 車両に搭載される変速装置であって、
クラッチ機構を介して動力源に接続される駆動軸と、
前記駆動軸上に軸方向に並んで配置され、前記駆動軸に前記軸方向にそれぞれ固定された第一駆動歯車および第二駆動歯車と、
前記軸方向に延びる被駆動軸と、
前記被駆動軸上に前記軸方向に並んで配置されているとともに、前記被駆動軸に前記軸方向にそれぞれ固定され、前記第一駆動歯車と噛合している第一被駆動歯車および前記第二駆動歯車と噛合している第二被駆動歯車と、
前記駆動軸上における前記第一駆動歯車と前記第二駆動歯車との間、または、前記被駆動軸上における前記第一被駆動歯車と前記第二被駆動歯車との間に、前記軸方向に移動可能に配置されているスライダと、
前記軸方向に延びるドラム軸を中心として回転可能に設けられているシフトドラムと、
前記シフトドラムと前記スライダとを連結するシフトフォークと、を備え、
前記スライダが前記駆動軸に設けられている場合には前記スライダおよび前記第一駆動歯車の一方、または、前記スライダが前記被駆動軸に設けられている場合には前記スライダおよび前記第一被駆動歯車の一方に、第一ドグ凸部が設けられていて、
前記スライダが前記駆動軸に設けられている場合には前記スライダおよび前記第一駆動歯車の他方、または、前記スライダが前記被駆動軸に設けられている場合には前記スライダおよび前記第一被駆動歯車の他方に、第一ドグ凹部が設けられていて、
前記スライダが前記駆動軸に設けられている場合には前記スライダおよび前記第二駆動歯車の一方、または、前記スライダが前記被駆動軸に設けられている場合には前記スライダおよび前記第二被駆動歯車の一方に、第二ドグ凸部が設けられていて、
前記スライダが前記駆動軸に設けられている場合には前記スライダおよび前記第二駆動歯車の他方、または、前記スライダが前記被駆動軸に設けられている場合には前記スライダおよび前記第二被駆動歯車の他方に、第二ドグ凹部が設けられていて、
前記スライダが前記駆動軸に設けられている場合には、前記駆動軸に対する前記第一駆動歯車および前記第二駆動歯車の回転が可能であり、前記被駆動軸に対する前記第一被駆動歯車および前記第二被駆動歯車の回転は不能であり、
前記スライダが前記被駆動軸に設けられている場合には、前記駆動軸に対する前記第一駆動歯車および前記第二駆動歯車の回転が不能であり、前記被駆動軸に対する前記第一被駆動歯車および前記第二被駆動歯車の回転は可能であり、
前記スライダは、前記スライダが前記駆動軸に設けられている場合には、前記駆動軸に対して回転不能であり、前記スライダが前記被駆動軸に設けられている場合には、前記被駆動軸に対して回転不能であり、
前記第一駆動歯車および前記第一被駆動歯車の変速比は、前記第二駆動歯車および前記第二被駆動歯車の変速比とは異なっており、
前記シフトドラムの回転によって前記軸方向における前記シフトフォークの位置が変化して、前記スライダが前記駆動軸上または前記被駆動軸上を前記軸方向に移動することによって、前記第一ドグ凸部および前記第一ドグ凹部、または前記第二ドグ凸部および前記第二ドグ凹部が係合し、
前記スライダが前記駆動軸に設けられている場合、前記軸方向において、前記駆動軸に前記軸方向に固定された前記第一駆動歯車の幅と前記駆動軸に前記軸方向に固定された前記第二駆動歯車の幅との合計が、前記スライダの最大幅よりも小さく、
前記スライダが前記被駆動軸に設けられている場合、前記軸方向において、前記被駆動軸に前記軸方向に固定された前記第一被駆動歯車の幅と前記被駆動軸に前記軸方向に固定された前記第二被駆動歯車の幅との合計が、前記スライダの最大幅よりも小さい、
変速装置。 - 前記第一駆動歯車および前記第一被駆動歯車の対、および、前記第二駆動歯車および前記第二被駆動歯車の対のうち、少なくとも一方の対は、ヘリカルギアの対である、請求項1に記載の変速装置。
- 前記第一ドグ凸部および前記第二ドグ凸部の少なくとも一方は、前記軸方向から見て歯車形状に設けられている、請求項2に記載の変速装置。
- 前記第一ドグ凸部および前記第二ドグ凸部の少なくとも一方は、前記スライダに設けられている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記動力源により生成された動力の伝達方向において、前記駆動軸よりも上流および前記被駆動軸よりも下流のいずれか一方に設けられた副変速機構を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の変速装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の変速装置と、
運転者によって操作されるスイッチと、
前記運転者による前記スイッチの操作に応じて、前記シフトドラムを回転させる電動アクチュエータと、
を備える、車両。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の変速装置と、
前記シフトドラムを回転させる電動アクチュエータと、
前記車両の走行状態に応じて前記電動アクチュエータの動作を制御する制御部と、
を備える、車両。
