Description
Claims (6)
- 駆動源が発生した駆動力によって回転するメインシャフトの回転をカウンタシャフトに変速して伝達する変速装置であって、
軸線回りに回転可能に設けられたシフトシャフトと、
前記シフトシャフトに機械的に連結されていて、前記シフトシャフトの回転に応じて、前記駆動源から前記メインシャフトに前記駆動力を伝達する接続状態と前記駆動源から前記メインシャフトへの前記駆動力の伝達を遮断する切断状態とに切り替えられるクラッチ機構と、
前記メインシャフトに設けられた複数の第一歯車、および前記カウンタシャフトに設けられ、かつ、前記複数の第一歯車に常時噛み合う、前記複数の第一歯車と同数の第二歯車を含む複数の歯車と、
前記メインシャフトおよび前記カウンタシャフトのうちの一方のシャフトの軸線方向に移動可能に前記一方のシャフトに設けられ、第一ドグ部を有し、かつ、前記一方のシャフトと常時同期して回転するスライダと、
前記シフトシャフトに機械的に連結されていて、前記シフトシャフトの回転に応じて回転するシフトドラムと、
前記シフトドラムに機械的に連結されていて、前記シフトドラムの回転に応じて、前記スライダを前記一方のシャフトの軸線方向に沿って移動させるセレクタと、を有し、
前記複数の第一歯車は、前記メインシャフトの軸線方向における移動が不能に前記メインシャフトに設けられ、
前記複数の第二歯車は、前記カウンタシャフトの軸線方向における移動が不能に前記カウンタシャフトに設けられ、
前記複数の第一歯車および前記複数の第二歯車のうち、前記一方のシャフトに設けられた歯車に、前記スライダの前記第一ドグ部に噛み合い可能な第二ドグ部が設けられ、
前記第二ドグ部が設けられた前記歯車は、前記一方のシャフトに相対回転可能に設けられ、
前記一方のシャフトに設けられた前記スライダは、前記複数の第一歯車および前記複数の第二歯車とは別体であり、かつ、前記複数の歯車のうち、前記メインシャフトおよび前記カウンタシャフトのうちの他方のシャフトに設けられた歯車に常時噛み合っておらず、
前記シフトシャフトが、前記クラッチ機構が接続状態のときの接続位置から所定の方向に切断位置まで回転することによって前記クラッチ機構が切断状態に切り替えられ、前記シフトシャフトが前記切断位置からさらに前記所定の方向にシフト位置まで回転することによって前記シフトドラムが回転し、
前記シフトシャフトによる前記シフトドラムの回転に応じて、前記セレクタが、前記複数の第一歯車および前記複数の第二歯車とは別体に構成されかつ前記複数の歯車のうち前記他方のシャフトに設けられた歯車に常時噛み合っていない前記スライダを、前記一方のシャフトの軸線方向に移動させ、
前記複数の第一歯車および前記複数の第二歯車とは別体に構成されかつ前記複数の歯車のうち前記他方のシャフトに設けられた歯車に常時噛み合っていない前記スライダが、前記シフトドラムの回転に応じて前記一方のシャフトの軸線方向に移動して前記第一ドグ部が前記第二ドグ部と噛み合うことによって、前記第一歯車、前記第二歯車および前記スライダを介して前記メインシャフトの回転が前記カウンタシャフトに伝達される、
変速装置。 - 前記シフトシャフトが前記切断位置から前記シフト位置まで回転する際に前記シフトシャフトに作用する反力の最大値は、前記シフトシャフトが前記接続位置から前記切断位置まで回転する際に前記シフトシャフトに作用する反力の最大値よりも小さい、
請求項1に記載の変速装置。 - 運転者によって操作される操作子をさらに備え、
前記シフトシャフトは、前記操作子に機械的に連結され、かつ前記運転者による操作子の操作に応じて回転する、
請求項1または2に記載の変速装置。 - アクチュエータをさらに備え、
前記シフトシャフトは、前記アクチュエータによって回転する、
請求項1または2に記載の変速装置。 - 前記第二ドグ部を有する前記歯車は、前記一方のシャフトの軸線方向における前記スライダの一方に設けれ、
前記一方のシャフトの軸線方向における前記スライダの一端部に、前記スライダの前記一方に設けられた前記歯車の前記第二ドグ部に噛み合い可能な前記第一ドグ部が設けられ、
前記シフトシャフトは、前記メインシャフトと前記カウンタシャフトとの間における変速比を小さくするためのシフトアップ方向、および前記シフトアップ方向とは逆方向であり、かつ、前記変速比を大きくするためのシフトダウン方向に回転可能であり、
前記メインシャフトの回転が所定の第一変速比で前記カウンタシャフトに伝達されている場合に、前記シフトシャフトが前記接続位置から前記シフトアップ方向に回転することによって前記クラッチ機構が切断状態に切り替えられ、前記切断状態から前記シフトシャフトがさらに前記シフトアップ方向に回転することによって前記シフトドラムが回転し、
前記シフトシャフトによる前記シフトドラムの回転に応じて、前記セレクタが、前記複数の第一歯車および前記複数の第二歯車とは別体に構成されかつ前記複数の歯車のうち前記他方のシャフトに設けられた歯車に常時噛み合っていない前記スライダを、前記一方のシャフトの軸線方向における一方に移動させ、
前記複数の第一歯車および前記複数の第二歯車とは別体に構成されかつ前記複数の歯車のうち前記他方のシャフトに設けられた歯車に常時噛み合っていない前記スライダが、前記シフトドラムの回転に応じて前記一方のシャフトの軸線方向の一方に移動して、前記スライダの前記第一ドグ部が、前記スライダの前記一方に設けられた前記歯車の前記第二ドグ部と噛み合うことによって、前記メインシャフトの回転が、前記第一歯車、前記第二歯車および前記スライダを介して、前記第一変速比よりも小さい第二変速比で、前記カウンタシャフトに伝達され、
前記メインシャフトの回転が前記第二変速比で前記カウンタシャフトに伝達されている場合に、前記シフトシャフトが前記接続位置から前記シフトダウン方向に回転することによって前記クラッチ機構が切断状態に切り替えられ、前記切断状態から前記シフトシャフトがさらに前記シフトダウン方向に回転することによって前記シフトドラムが回転し、
前記シフトシャフトによる前記シフトドラムの回転に応じて、前記セレクタが、前記複数の第一歯車および前記複数の第二歯車とは別体に構成されかつ前記複数の歯車のうち前記他方のシャフトに設けられた歯車に常時噛み合っていない前記スライダを、前記一方のシャフトの軸線方向における他方に移動させ、
前記複数の第一歯車および前記複数の第二歯車とは別体に構成されかつ前記複数の歯車のうち前記他方のシャフトに設けられた歯車に常時噛み合っていない前記スライダが、前記シフトドラムの回転に応じて前記一方のシャフトの軸線方向の他方に移動して、前記スライダの前記第一ドグ部と、前記スライダの前記一方に設けられた前記歯車の前記第二ドグ部との噛み合いが解除される、
請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の変速装置。 - 前記シフトドラムは、周方向に延びる直線部と前記直線部に対して傾斜した傾斜部とを含むガイド溝を外周面に有し、
前記セレクタの一端部は前記ガイド溝内に位置付けられ、前記セレクタの他端部は前記スライダに接続され、
前記シフトドラムの回転に応じて前記セレクタの前記一端部が前記ガイド溝内を移動することによって、前記セレクタの前記他端部に接続された前記スライダが前記一方のシャフトの軸線方向に移動する、
請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の変速装置。
