Description
Claims (13)
- 接続状態において互いに押圧されてトルクを伝達し、切断状態においては前記押圧が解除されてトルク伝達を遮断する駆動側摩擦部材と被駆動側摩擦部材とを含む摩擦クラッチと、
ドッグクラッチをそれぞれ有する複数のギアを含み、変速時に、前記複数のギアが選択的に相対移動し、前記ドッグクラッチによって選択的に係合することによって、新たな変速比でトルクを伝達する変速機とを備える鞍乗型車両の変速制御装置であって、
前記摩擦クラッチを操作するクラッチアクチュエータと、
変速指示の入力に応じて前記クラッチアクチュエータを作動させ、前記複数のギアが前記ドッグクラッチによって選択的に係合する前に、前記接続状態における押圧力より低い押圧力で前記駆動側摩擦部材と前記被駆動側摩擦部材とが互いに押圧される中間状態に前記摩擦クラッチを移行させるクラッチ移行制御部と、
前記複数のギアが前記ドッグクラッチによって選択的に係合した後に前記クラッチアクチュエータを作動させて、前記中間状態に設定されている前記摩擦クラッチを、前記接続状態に復帰させるクラッチ復帰制御部と、
を含むことを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の変速制御装置において、
前記摩擦クラッチから車輪側への伝達が要求されるトルクを要求トルクとして取得する要求トルク取得部をさらに備え、
前記クラッチ移行制御部は、前記要求トルクに基づいて定められる前記中間状態に前記摩擦クラッチを設定する、
ことを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の変速制御装置において、
前記要求トルク取得部は、前記摩擦クラッチが前記接続状態に復帰した後に前記摩擦クラッチを介して伝達されるトルクを推定し、推定された前記トルクに基づいて前記要求トルクを定める、
ことを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載の変速制御装置において、
前記要求トルク取得部は、前記摩擦クラッチの前記中間状態への移行が開始する前の車両の運転状態に基づいて、前記摩擦クラッチが前記接続状態に復帰した後に前記摩擦クラッチを介して伝達されるトルクを推定する、
ことを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の変速制御装置において、
前記クラッチ移行制御部は、車両の運転状態に基づいて定められる前記中間状態に、前記摩擦クラッチを設定する、
ことを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項5に記載の変速制御装置において、
搭乗者のスロットル操作を検知するセンサをさらに備え、
前記クラッチ移行制御部は、前記スロットル操作に基づいて定められる前記中間状態に前記摩擦クラッチを設定する、
ことを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項5に記載の変速制御装置において、
エンジン回転数を検知するためのセンサをさらに備え、
前記クラッチ移行制御部は、前記エンジン回転数に基づいて定められる前記中間状態に前記摩擦クラッチを設定する、
ことを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項5に記載の変速制御装置において、
車速を検知するためのセンサをさらに備え、
前記クラッチ移行制御部は、前記車速に基づいて定められる前記中間状態に前記摩擦クラッチを設定する、
ことを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の変速制御装置において、
前記クラッチ移行制御部は、前記複数のギアが前記ドッグクラッチによって選択的に係合するまで前記駆動側摩擦部材と前記被駆動側摩擦部材との相対的な回転を生じさせない押圧力で、当該駆動側摩擦部材と当該被駆動側摩擦部材とが互いに押圧される前記中間状態に前記摩擦クラッチを設定する、
ことを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の変速制御装置において、
前記複数のギアを選択的に移動させるシフトアクチュエータと、
前記変速指示の入力に応じて前記シフトアクチュエータを作動させて前記複数のギアの選択的な移動を開始し、前記摩擦クラッチが前記中間状態に設定されている間に、前記複数のギアを前記ドッグクラッチによって選択的に係合させるギア切換制御部と、をさらに備える、
ことを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の変速制御装置において、
前記変速指示の入力に応じて前記エンジンが出力するトルクを低減するエンジン制御部をさらに備える、
ことを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の変速制御装置を備える鞍乗型車両。
- 接続状態において互いに押圧されてトルクを伝達し、切断状態においては前記押圧が解除されてトルク伝達を遮断する駆動側摩擦部材と被駆動側摩擦部材とを含む摩擦クラッチと、
前記摩擦クラッチを操作するクラッチアクチュエータと、
ドッグクラッチをそれぞれ有する複数のギアを含み、変速時に、前記複数のギアが選択的に相対移動し、前記ドッグクラッチによって選択的に係合することによって、新たな変速比でトルクを伝達する変速機と、を備える鞍乗型車両の変速制御方法であって、
変速指示の入力に応じて前記クラッチアクチュエータを作動させて、前記複数のギアが前記ドッグクラッチによって選択的に係合する前に、前記接続状態における押圧力より低い押圧力で前記駆動側摩擦部材と前記被駆動側摩擦部材とが互いに押圧される中間状態に前記摩擦クラッチを設定するステップと、
前記複数のギアが前記ドッグクラッチによって選択的に係合した後に前記クラッチアクチュエータを作動させて、前記中間状態に設定されている前記摩擦クラッチを、前記接続状態に復帰させるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする変速制御方法。
