Description
第1剤又は第2剤の少なくとも一方が起泡剤を含有し、
第1剤と第2剤の混合液の粘度(25℃)が1〜100mPa・sであり、
スクイズ容器が、容器本体及びスクイズフォーマーを有し、
スクイズフォーマーが、容器本体内の空気と混合液との混合により混合液を発泡させる気液混合室、気液混合室で発泡した混合液の泡を均質化する泡均質化手段、及び均質化した泡を吐出させる吐出口を有し、
第1剤と第2剤の合計容積と容器本体の内容積との比(合計容積/内容積)が0.30〜0.60である二剤式染毛用又は脱色用毛髪化粧品を提供する。
第1剤又は第2剤の少なくとも一方が起泡剤を含有し、

スクイズ容器が、容器本体及びスクイズフォーマーを有し、

第1剤と第2剤の合計容積と容器本体の内容積との比(合計容積/内容積)が0.30〜0.70であり、
容器本体の胴部外形が、容器本体の高さ方向の中央部において短径と長径の比が0.50〜1.0の横断面を有する二剤式染毛用又は脱色用毛髪化粧品を提供する。

第1剤と第2剤の混合液の粘度(25℃)が1〜100mPa・sであり、
スクイズ容器が、容器本体及びスクイズフォーマーを有し、
スクイズフォーマーが、容器本体内の空気と混合液との混合により混合液を発泡させる気液混合室、気液混合室で発泡した混合液の泡を均質化する泡均質化手段、及び均質化した泡を吐出させる吐出口を有し、
第1剤と第2剤の合計容積と容器本体の内容積との比(合計容積/内容積)が0.30〜0.70であり、
容器本体の胴部外形が、容器本体の高さ方向の中央部において面積12〜30cm2 の横断面を有する二剤式染毛用又は脱色用毛髪化粧品を提供する。
(1)二剤式染毛用毛髪化粧品の作製
表1、表2に示す配合組成で二剤式染毛剤組成物の第1剤と第2剤を調製した。この第1剤と第2剤のそれぞれの粘度とpH、及び第1剤と第2剤との質量比4:6の混合液の粘度とpHを測定したB型回転粘度計でローターNo.1を用い、30rpmで1分間回転させることで測定し、pHはpH計(堀場製作所製F−52 電極9611−10D)で測定した。この結果を表3に示す。
上述のスクイズ容器に第1剤40gと第2剤60gを入れ、容器本体を略正立状態から倒立状態とし再度略正立状態に戻す操作を10秒間に3回の割合で、5回振とうすることにより、第1剤と第2剤をそれらの混合液が泡立たないように混合し、スクイズフォーマーを取り付けた。
また、スクイズ時の(c)押し圧と(d)復元性を次のように評価した。
これらの結果を表4に示す。
スクイズを初回から3回繰り返すことにより吐出した混合液の質量を測定し、スクイズ1回あたりの吐出量(g)を求め、この数値によって、次のように評価した。
◎:3g以上
○:2g以上3g未満
△:1g以上2g未満
×:1g未満
スクイズ容器から1000mLのメスシリンダーに20g吐出させ、最初の吐出から1分後の泡と液との合計体積(mL)を20gで割ることにより気液混合比(mL/g)を求め、この数値によって、次のように評価した。
◎:20mL/g以上30mL/g未満
○:15mL/g以上20mL/g未満、又は30mL/g以上40mL/g未満
△:10mL/g以上15mL/g未満、又は40mL/g以上50mL/g未満
×:10mL/g未満、又は50mL/g以上
25℃でスクイズして混合液の泡を吐出させ、1回目のスクイズで、容器本体4の高さLhの中央部(容器本体4の底面から55mmの位置)を、直径15mmで、先端が高さ5mmの略ドーム形状を有するステンレス製の棒状部材で、容器本体4の対向する両側から短径方向に短径の1/2の距離を15mm/秒でスクイズし、そのときの最大荷重を測定し、その測定値によって、次のように評価した。
◎:5Kgf未満
○:5Kgf以上5.5Kgf未満
△:5.5Kgf以上6Kgf未満
×:6Kgf以上
(c)の測定を行った後、荷重を解放したときに容器本体が原形を回復するのに要する時間を測定した。
◎:0.5秒未満
○:0.5秒以上1秒未満
△:1秒以上3秒未満
×:3秒以上(長径方向に力を加えるなど、ボトルの戻りを助ける操作が必要)
混合液(第1剤と第2剤の質量比4:6)の容器本体における初期充填量を、比を一定のまま表4のように変えた。そして各評価を試験例1も含め、初期状態で上述の吐出性評価を行った。結果を表4に示す。
スクイズ容器の容器本体として、胴部横断面の短径と長径の長さが表5のように異なるものを使用し、容器本体中の混合液が80gの時点で評価する以外は、試験例1と同様にして吐出性評価を行った。結果を表5に示す。
スクイズ容器の容器本体として、胴部横断面の面積が表6のように異なるものを使用し、容器本体中の混合液が80gの時点で評価する以外は、試験例1と同様にして吐出性評価を行った。結果を表6に示す。
スクイズ容器の容器本体として、空気導入路の最狭部の開口面積とディップチューブの流路断面積との比が表7のように異なるものを使用し、容器本体中の混合液が80gの時点で評価する以外は、試験例1と同様にして吐出性評価を行った。結果を表7に示す。
容器本体の樹脂量と内容積から算出される2/3乗係数α(α=w/V2/3)が表8のように異なるものを使用し、容器本体中の混合液が80gの時点で評価する以外は、試験例1と同様にして吐出性評価を行った。結果を表8に示す。

Claims (6)
- アルカリ剤を含有する第1剤と過酸化水素を含有する第2剤とからなる二剤式染毛用又は脱色用組成物、及び前記第1剤と第2剤との混合液を泡状に吐出させるスクイズ容器を備え、
前記第1剤又は第2剤の少なくとも一方が起泡剤を含有し、
第1剤と第2剤との混合液の粘度(25℃)が1〜100mPa・sであり、
スクイズ容器が、容器本体及びスクイズフォーマーを有し、
スクイズフォーマーが、容器本体内の空気と混合液との混合により混合液を発泡させる気液混合室、気液混合室で発泡した混合液の泡を均質化する泡均質化手段、及び均質化した泡を吐出させる吐出口を有し、
第1剤と第2剤との合計初期充填容積と容器本体の内容積との比(合計初期充填容積/内容積)が0.30〜0.60である二剤式染毛用又は脱色用毛髪化粧品。 - 容器本体の胴部外形が、容器本体の高さ方向の中央部において短径と長径の比が0.50〜1.0の横断面を有する請求項1記載の二剤式染毛用又は脱色用毛髪化粧品。
- 容器本体の胴部外形が、容器本体の高さ方向の中央部において面積12〜30cm2 の横断面を有する請求項1又は2記載の二剤式染毛用又は脱色用毛髪化粧品。
- 容器本体がポリオレフィン系樹脂からなり、容器本体の樹脂量w(g)と容器本体の内容積V(mL)の2/3乗との比(w/V2/3)が0.40〜0.60である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二剤式染毛用又は脱色用毛髪化粧品。
- スクイズフォーマーが、容器本体の内部空間と気液混合室とを連通させる空気導入路と、気液混合室から容器本体底部側に伸びたディップチューブを備え、空気導入路の最狭部の開口面積と、ディップチューブの流路断面積との比(最狭部の開口面積/流路断面積)が、0.05〜0.25である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の二剤式染毛用又は脱色用毛髪化粧品。
- スクイズ容器を正立させたときの吐出口の開口面に垂直な軸と鉛直方向とのなす角度が10〜80°となるように吐出口を形成する請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の二剤式染毛用又は脱色用毛髪化粧品。
