Description
1)スタート・スイッチ閉じがシーケンスを開始する。
2)真空ポンプがオンになる。
3)真空設定ポイントに達すると、(名目上は5秒に設定された)真空保持期間の間、真空が維持される。この触媒が血液生成を実用的/使用可能な量まで増大させる。
4)「真空維持」が完了直後、トリガが鋭部を解放する。
5)CMOSセンサがK/S計算及び次の血糖値に必要なパラメータを読み取ることができる前に、ばね定着遅延状態がばねを固定された位置に定着させる。この遅延はトリガが解放されるまで開始されない。これはトリガの解放がアッセイ・パッドを動かし、黒又は白の基準信号上に望ましくない空間的誤差を生じさせる可能性があるためである。
6)典型的には試薬LED照明が消えた状態で、黒の読み取りが行われる。
7)次いで、試薬LED照明がオンされる。
8)白の読み取りが行われる。
9)ウェット読み取りの走査が、CMOS像の結果をデータベースに入力する。
10)十分な量の試料が取得されたことをCMOSイメージ検出器が検出すると、真空が解放される。
11)次いで、K/S及び/又はグルコース濃度計算が行われる。
12)レポーティング状態が、上記計算の結果又は存在する可能性のあるエラーを表示する。
13)幾つかのエラーは捕捉され、大抵の場合、シーケンスを中断する。このようなエラーには、真空が不十分なこと、真空が無いこと、白の読み取り値が予期しないものであること、及びユーザの他の中断のような事が含まれる。
14)グルコース濃度は室が12.7mm(0.5inch)Hg以内になるまで表示されない。これにより血液が室内に不要に吸引されるのが妨げられるので、大きな清掃が必要になる。
15)最後の状態は次のスタート・ボタン閉じを待つだけである。
Claims (17)
- 複数の体液採取分析サイトを内包するハウジングであって、前記サイトの各々が皮膚貫通部材を含むハウジングと、
使用者の皮膚内に前記皮膚貫通部材を駆動するアクチュエータとを有し、
前記アクチュエータは、湾曲した又は回転的な経路に沿って皮膚貫通要素を加速させる捻じりばねを備え、前記皮膚貫通部材は、先端面取り部を備え、前記先端面取り部は、前記皮膚貫通部材の加速中に、ユーザの皮膚の表面から離れる方に向いている、統合された体液採取分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記身体取り付け要素が装着者の手首に固定されるように構成された帯を含む、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、使い捨て可能部分と再使用可能部分とを更に含み、使い捨て可能部分は使い捨てカートリッジを有する、装置。
- 請求項1に記載のアレンジメントにおいて、該アクチュエータを開放するように構成されたトリガを更に含む、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、更に、身体取り付け要素と、前記ハウジングと前記身体取り付け要素とを連結する簡易脱着機構と、を含む、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記皮膚貫通部材が中空針である、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記被検体定量部材が、標的の被検体と反応すると光学的に検出可能な信号を生成するための化学試薬を含むアッセイ・パッドと、前記信号を検出するように構成された検出器とを有している、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記分析サイトが円の回りに周方向に配置され、半径方向に配向されている、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記採取分析サイトが直線的に配向されている、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記ハウジングが、ディスプレイと1つ以上のボタンとを更に有する、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記ハウジングが、1つ以上の採取分析サイトと一致する1つ以上の開口部を含んだフットプリントを更に有する、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記簡易脱着機構が、略C字形部分と、スナップ嵌め型接続で前記略C字形部分内に受け取られる略円筒形部分とを有する、装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置において、前記簡易脱着機構が、前記ハウジング上に配設された相補的な略中空部分内に受け取られる前記身体取り付け要素上に配設された略中空部分と、前記ハウジング上に配設された相補的な略中空部分と、前記ハウジング上に配設された前記略中空部分内に挿入されたクリップにして、該クリップの端部に配設された折り畳み可能な戻り止めを有するロッキング・フィーチャを有するクリップとを有する、装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置において、前記簡易脱着機構が、前記ハウジング上に配設された相補的な略中空部分内に受け取られる前記身体取り付け要素上に配設された略中空部分を有し、前記身体取り付け要素上に配設された前記略中空部分がネジ山付き端部とその中に受け取られるピンとを有しており、前記ピンが前記中空部分の端部のネジ山付き端部と結合するネジ山付き端部を有する、装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置において、前記簡易脱着機構が、摩擦嵌合、スナップ、戻り止め、及び解放可能なファスナのうちの1つ以上の形態で解放可能に前記ハウジングをその中に収容する、前記身体取り付け要素に形成されたポケットを有する、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記ハウジングをその中に受け取るように構成されたケースを更に有し、前記ケースがディスプレイを有する、装置。
- 請求項11に記載の装置において、前記1つ以上の開口部を閉鎖するように構成された可動シールドを更に有する、装置。
