Claims (1)
- アルカリ金属酸化物を実質的に含まず、酸化物基準の重量パーセントで計算して、49%−58%のSiO2、17.5%−19.04%のAl2O3、0%−14.5%のB2O3、0%−8%のMgO、0%−9%のCaO、0.4%−13.5%のSrO、および0%−21%のBaOから実質的になり、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaOの合計が13%−28%である組成範囲内の組成を有し、かつ、640℃より高い歪点、32−40×10-7/℃の範囲にある線熱膨張係数、および95℃で5重量%の塩酸水溶液中に24時間に亘り浸漬した後の20mg/cm2未満の重量損失を有するアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスからなり、フロート工程を用いて製造された、フラットパネルディスプレイ用のガラスパネル。
