Abstract
【解決手段】 アルカリ金属酸化物を実質的に含まず、酸化物基準の重量パーセントで計算して、60%−67%のSiO2、16%−23%のAl2O3、0%−15%のB2O3、0%−8%のMgO、0%−18%のCaO、0%−15%のSrO、および0%−21%のBaOから実質的になり、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaOの合計が12%−30%である組成を有するアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスのバッチを溶融し、フロート工程によりその溶融物から溶融ガラスの薄いシートを延伸して、フラットパネルディスプレイ用のガラスパネルを製造する。

Claims (1)
- フラットパネルディスプレイ用のガラスパネルを製造する方法において、アルカリ金属酸化物を実質的に含まず、酸化物基準の重量パーセントで計算して、60%−67%のSiO2、16%−23%のAl2O3、0%−15%のB2O3、0%−8%のMgO、0%−18%のCaO、0%−15%のSrO、および0%−21%のBaOから実質的になり、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaOの合計が12%−30%である組成を有するアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスのバッチを溶融し、フロート工程によりその溶融物から溶融ガラスの薄いシートを延伸する各工程を有してなる方法。
